This all-Suite hotel situated in a secluded location, overlooking the island of Spinalonga. True Mediterranean architecture, soft colours, wooden furniture with carvings – all this is in harmony with the environment. Recommend for a respectable family or for a romantic getaway. There is the possibility of wedding ceremonies. 2.5 km away is the village of Elounda, famous for its fish taverns with fresh seafood, and the village of Plaka in 700 m.

The hotel features 80 suites, 4 villas and 8 private residences. The spacious rooms are decorated in a Mediterranean style with elements of Eastern classical music. Each room is individual and unique in its design.

Beach: own sandy-pebbly beach, the first coastal line, 30 m away. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach there is an underground transition. The length of the beach – 700 m.

Additionally, this hotel is very child-friendly, making it a perfect destination for families.
Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and look forward to our next visit.
We would not hesitate to come back here.
I would suggest the following for feedback - which whilst did not take away from our overall experience at the hotel, could be improved for future guests.
1. Porridge at breakfast would often be cold - I do not think the electric hob where the cast iron pot was placed was hot enough to maintain a desired temperature. Especially as the pot was topped up with milk throughout the course of breakfast - this often led to cold and overly milky porridge. A real shame for us porridge lovers!
2. The BBQ held at the Core / Street Food location on Thursday was not included in the half-board option despite other nights being inclusive. This was not properly communicated ahead of time which did result in an unexpected bill.
3. We have a 10-month old who crawls everywhere and presented us with a first hand experience of the level of dust that can accumulate on the marble floors. Whilst high traffic areas such as the hotel reception are hard to keep pristine, we did note that certain parts of our family room caused some black feet and knees! I'm not sure if cleaning staff regularly mop the floors or just do a light dusting - but more could be done here to improve the cleanliness of the floors.
4. The golf buggies are a great touch and ensure guests can be at their destination in no time. However the waiting times from the family pool area back to the main resort can be long. We often decided to walk it back instead of waiting and whilst I was happy enough to get some much needed exercise, this would be a concern for anyone less able to do so.

Lovely, friendly staff throughout the resort who could not have been more helpful. We were always made to feel welcome and well looked after, nothing too much trouble.
