Beautiful place with a helpful host(Nikos)he helped us in every possible ways during our stay and surrounded with lovely cats…my daughter loves them so much😍

+ clean rooms, nice garden, convenient location close to city(3 minutes by car) - not double bed available (they offer an alternative with 2 twins beds which are modified as double bed), 1 night there was no hot water however after contacting with owner the issue is resolved 20 minutes later.

I know greek accommodation is basic but when advertised as luxury I did expect a lot more. The bathroom was dirty with a quarter sized bath and a shower head but nothing to hold the shower up with. The roof was that low that I couldn't stand up anyway to have a shower. The toilet was positioned under the lowest part of the roof. We had one hot shower In the week we were there. Great view! Wonderful breakfast! Very helpful staff who gave us many helpful recommendations for restaurants and tours! My only complaint is the weak wifi reception. It’s extremely slow even opening common website. I got one bar 4G signal so the cellular data is slow too. However, it’s great to stay away from internet and read some books😛

Great hotel on the top of the hill with a wonderful view.Big rooms very clean.Big spacious balcony. Situated atva walking distance from the centre and the beach. Lovely pool amid banana trees. The hosts were great, very helpful and smiling. There is enough parking space.

Yanna studios are set in a nice part of town over looking olive groves and the sea , a short walk to bars and restaurants . Owners of the Yanna are very friendly and helpful .

Very nice place to stay for a vacation in Zakynthos. The room was clean and you have all the basic stuff you need. The air conditioner is free of charge, which is a big bonus. From the balcony you can see all Tsilivi area. The Tsilivi beach is at 15 min walk. There is also an outiside pool at the location with free sunbeds. Very well presented and clean accommodation. Handily placed for local bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. Well worth considering if you plan o staying in this area

The apartment was very clean, the beach is 5 mins on foot, and the city center with all the restaurant and souvenir shops nearby. Very friendly owner, we enjoyed our stay there!

Fantastic family run hotel. Always a very warm welcome from extremely lovely staff nothing is too much trouble & they always go above & beyond. Highly recommended for a lovely relaxing holiday.

Just dropped by they are not yet open but are very busy preparing the building for the upcoming season. Stayed many times before it is a lovely hotel and the host's are brilliant.

Wifi is not working, or it is working extremely slow. You need to pay 6 euro for air conditioner. Breakfast is 7 euro and it is ok. Personel is kind, but you will not get any additional tea (if you will drink the one from room)

Spent a great week here , everyone so friendly and helpful. our apartment no 14 very clean, maids very pleasant.I suppose the view could have been better though Its a perfect location. The food at the pool bar always spot on. Would definitely recommend.

Great place for a vacation! Apartments were clean - this is very important!!! All required things were available in the kitchen of our apartment. Towels, shampoo, hairdryer. Room was spacious and comfy. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. I had option with breakfast, which was a good decision as there was a big list to choose from. Very close to the centre of Tsilivi but up a small but steep hill so fairly peaceful. Nice pool , snacks and drinks from the bar. Various different rooms some overlooking the pool. Lovely owners.

The Jewel of zante, if you want a holiday were your treated as a welcomed customer not just a number This is the place to go. Yani (owner) and team makes your stay a very friendly experience, also were nothing is to much trouble for the staff ,you just have to ask . I'll be returning to this little oasis ??

Very good location, great accommodation, clean, spacious, great pool. The owners are very helpful, giving plenty of useful information, cooking lunch or just having small talks... The only downsize is that, by foot, it will take you at least 30 min down to the beach (even more back, uphill).

The most fantastic apartments, well equipped, spacious and with a balcony. Ours was with a wrap around balcony that was accessible from both bedrooms and the kitchen. The prices includes safe and air conditioning in the two bedrooms and kitchen. Fantastic!
