Its clean and cute. The room are clean. The pool is good the water very good in summer. In morning the food is good and tasy. On the terrace you can see the harbor. I recommend this hotel. ☺??

It is a pretty good hotel that can be booked in the off-season. The room is not too big, there is free parking, it faces the sea, it is not far from the port and the airport, and the breakfast is also rich.

However the hotel itself is close to Solomos square, that has an entrance to the port, and a bus station to Tsilivi (and tourist "train" to Kalamaki), that has that wonderful, sandy greek beach

My family and I highly recommend the amazing Hotel Varres! All of the staff were extremely friendly and polite - they helped us with a couple of restaurant recommendations (which were excellent) and spots to visit along the coastline and in the city centre

All areas in the hotel were very clean - the rooms got cleaned daily and the pool area was very nice! Our room was super spacious and cool with an awesome view of the trees surrounding the hotel, which made it very romantic

All the staff were brilliant and their shuttle service spot on , can’t fault the hotel or staff, and when we are back in Zakynthos will head for the Varres rather then a beach all inclusive hotel

Came to the Varres as at the end of our holiday my wife was admitted to hospital on the day we should have flown home. Moved to Varres Hotel as it is close if not the closest to the hospital

We have visited many Greek islands but Zakynthos is one of the best! Diana Hotel is a great hotel with even greater people! Mornings were something we looked forward to! The breakfast had great variety and everything tasted fresh

Over all its a hotel you could stay for a week or so if you are not looking for something fancy the bad side is if you don't have a car it's a 20-30 min walk to the bus station(KTEL) but to the centre of the town's its a 10 min walk plus that's the buses going Tsivili have a stop at the intersection section but not the buses going to Laganas :/ *the shampoo that you see in the picture is ours not from...

Everything was perfect! Room is cozy, bathroom is well-equiped, the balcony is nice. The pool is very nice and clean. People here are very friendly, helpful and professional. They helped us with any problem we had

A good hotel to sleep and near the city center to visit by foot. Our room had a balcony with Sea View. Maybe the rooms need a fresh-up in renovation, but it's not that bad

The breakfast was delicious and most importantly varied, consisting of several types of bread, jams, butter, meat, cheese, egg, sauces, even baked beans and watermelon and melon slices, and cereal

The outside of the Hotel was beautiful with the flowers hanging off the balcony. The receptionists were all really nice and helpful

A highly recommended hotel, about 10 minutes from Zakynthos Airport, very close to the central square, many restaurants downstairs, convenience stores, cafes, the most important thing is that the view from the sea is very good, and I saw the sunrise in the morning

Although the bathroom facilities are a little old, but overall it is pretty good. The boss is a simple and honest uncle, the service is very good, and he also gave us disposable slippers and a bunch of toiletries

The hotel is very close the centre of Zante town and it's at a very convenient location. The receptionist is a super friendly and helpful person that made us feel very welcome

The amenities in the room could be better, for example there could be a string or something at the balcony where we would be able to hang our wet swimsuits and towels, and the hotel could provide small shampoos and shower gels

The cleaning staff were very good, and our room was always done to a high standard, as were the immaculately clean public areas of the hotel. Reception staff were friendly and helpful

In the morning when woke up there was a service going on in the church a street over and I could hear the congregation singing! So beautiful! The breakfast was a buffet, I’m vegan and there was plenty of choice for me ranging from fresh fruit and cereal

Pedro helped us to book a taxi to our next destination before finishing his shift and his colleague helped us with our luggage again before we left. Found the hotel through booking

Being a smaller boutique hotel I thought it would just be a few continental options, but the friendly staff offer you a choice of options cooked fresh, which was a nice touch

Note: I would recommend only taking carry on luggage if you stay here because of the economical amount of space available to put belongings. Our booking came with a breakfast

On arrival we were greeted by lovely Pedro on reception who helped us with our suitcases. He explained everything really clearly and made sure we had everything we needed
