It is right in the center of Zakynthos Town. I booked a sea view room and watched the sunrise directly from the balcony

The receptionists were helpful and enthusiastic when we asked for a taxi to the airport after checking out. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Its clean and cute. The room are clean. The pool is good the water very good in summer. In morning the food is good and tasy. On the terrace you can see the harbor. I recommend this hotel. ☺??

In the morning when woke up there was a service going on in the church a street over and I could hear the congregation singing! So beautiful! The breakfast was a buffet, I’m vegan and there was plenty of choice for me ranging from fresh fruit and cereal

Being a smaller boutique hotel I thought it would just be a few continental options, but the friendly staff offer you a choice of options cooked fresh, which was a nice touch

Note: I would recommend only taking carry on luggage if you stay here because of the economical amount of space available to put belongings. Our booking came with a breakfast

On arrival we were greeted by lovely Pedro on reception who helped us with our suitcases. He explained everything really clearly and made sure we had everything we needed

We have visited many Greek islands but Zakynthos is one of the best! Diana Hotel is a great hotel with even greater people! Mornings were something we looked forward to! The breakfast had great variety and everything tasted fresh

The hotel is very close the centre of Zante town and it's at a very convenient location. The receptionist is a super friendly and helpful person that made us feel very welcome

The amenities in the room could be better, for example there could be a string or something at the balcony where we would be able to hang our wet swimsuits and towels, and the hotel could provide small shampoos and shower gels

The hotel was amazing, honestly the best vacation we ever had! The room was very well equipped and maintained- also very clean. The staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable providing us with great service

It is a pretty good hotel that can be booked in the off-season. The room is not too big, there is free parking, it faces the sea, it is not far from the port and the airport, and the breakfast is also rich.

However the hotel itself is close to Solomos square, that has an entrance to the port, and a bus station to Tsilivi (and tourist "train" to Kalamaki), that has that wonderful, sandy greek beach

All areas in the hotel were very clean - the rooms got cleaned daily and the pool area was very nice! Our room was super spacious and cool with an awesome view of the trees surrounding the hotel, which made it very romantic

All the staff were brilliant and their shuttle service spot on , can’t fault the hotel or staff, and when we are back in Zakynthos will head for the Varres rather then a beach all inclusive hotel

Came to the Varres as at the end of our holiday my wife was admitted to hospital on the day we should have flown home. Moved to Varres Hotel as it is close if not the closest to the hospital

A highly recommended hotel, about 10 minutes from Zakynthos Airport, very close to the central square, many restaurants downstairs, convenience stores, cafes, the most important thing is that the view from the sea is very good, and I saw the sunrise in the morning

Although the bathroom facilities are a little old, but overall it is pretty good. The boss is a simple and honest uncle, the service is very good, and he also gave us disposable slippers and a bunch of toiletries

I had lunch at Dali restaurant, the food was delicious, plus they serve very large portions. The staff were friendly and I sat outside with a nice view of the harbour

Not my first stay in Tisilve but was at these apartments I've stayed in plenty over the years in Greece got to be the cleanest I've come across allways plenty of sunbeds even though people reserve them and don't turn up for 5or 6 hrs later very frustrating

I was concerned about the location, but my concerns were groundless. The location is quiet but only a 5 min walk from beaches, bars and restaurants. The appartments are basic but clean and comfortable

Ten min walk to the beach same to town shortcut to bars etc walk straight opposite past some apartments turn right easy no hesitation on staying here again shame I have to tell other people

food on site in the bar/ restraunt was high quality. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would defo concider staying here again in the future

This is the best 5 star hotel I have ever been too! I only ever book 5 star holidays but this hotel really stood out because every little detail is perfect! The staff are really friendly and they really go the extra mile to please you, even if it’s your first day or your last the service stays the luxury high standard that you maybe loose at other hotels

Because we signed up for a one-day tour that started in the morning, the breakfast on the next day was originally open at 8 o'clock, so they specially helped us arrive at 7:30 in advance

The hotel in Zaso was a pleasant surprise. The hotel environment, service, breakfast and dinner tastes were first-class. It is very suitable for couples to vacation

The hotel is on a small hill, and there are electric cars to pick you up and down the hill. The room has a great view, and you can see the sea view from the room

Friendly helpful staff, towels and bedding changed every couple of days, 5 minute walk from the beach and maybe 10 minutes into town, nice to be a little bit out the way as it's quiet and relaxing by the pool, good food drinks and cocktails, fantastic stay

No kettle in the room but you get all the basic cooking utensils so it's easy enough to boil water for coffee or whatever in the pot they give you, I really can't think of any reason to complain

They are totally dedicated to you. They really become your family. Clean bedding and towels almost daily. But you have to get up two steep inclines to reach the ground floor, then 2 more floors if your right at the top

Very nice quiet place with an amazing view. Close to a touristic beach that is fun for one or two days and whatever shops and rentals you might need. Great breakfast and dinner with vegetarian options

Really lovely place... The view is fantastic, rooms are great, pool is good, the staff are very kind. Only thing missing is a playground for the kids.

The water is heated by solar energy so that might be a bit uncomfortable, but I personally value the ecological side of it

Pool and sunbathing excellent

What makes this hotel so exceptional is the staff. Attentive, polite, courteous, helpful and genuinely happy to do anything to make our stay more comfortable. We would recommend this hotel unreservedly

Another staff member said that the fee was 70 euros and we could stay until 6 o'clock. Language errors may lead to communication errors. But they are also inexperienced staff, and it can be clearly written on a note

We did stay with a few more children, but as a staff member, they should have informed us of the solution in advance. They did not agree to let us book a room again instead of rolling their eyes and being irritated

When we checked out, the two staff members asked us to pay another 340 euros. First, we booked a late check-out. She agreed, and the female manager said that the fee was 100 euros to delay until 3 o'clock

I asked her to show me the hotel's price list. She said no, the manager said that the fee was what it was. In China, I would call 12315 to complain immediately. The female manager hid after she finished speaking

Because we missed the boat ticket due to work, we had to take the night boat to the hotel. It was almost 12 o'clock in the morning when we arrived at the hotel with the elderly and four children

Excellent hotel, with 2 swimming pools and a very modern design. Just 400m away from Tsilivi and 150m from the central junction

Excellent place for a family holiday. Great service the staff were absolutely lovely (without exception ❤!) Quite quiet so not the place for loud nights and entertainment, but perfect for us. Would recommend 👌

There are some problems with wifi into the rooms but with the windows opened it's better. Rooms are large especially maisonettes. Beds and pillows are cocomat and very very comfortable

Yannis, Sandy and Maria were all lovely and couldn't do enough for me and my friends on our holiday. We had 2 rooms between the 4 of us and they were perfect for what we required

Bed, shower and fridge was all we needed as we ate out everyday. Last thing you want to do on holiday is cook 😉 rooms were regularly cleaned and towels changed

Was great to be back last month May 2022 for a week. As always spotlessly clean, towels and beds changed regularly during visit, sure it was 3 times

I really enjoyed the Greek Salad and club sandwiches not to mention the best pint of mythos! We love the location its not on thee main ***** its about 10-15 mins walk depending on your capability so i agree with other reviews that if you want to be in the thick of it this may not be for you

I would like to thank vicky and gus for the bubbly and chocolates left in our room for my husband's birthday. It was a lovely thought and very much appreciated. It is a beautiful hotel and the surroundings are lovely

We had a fabulous holiday at Daniel Hotel. The pool was wonderful, never crowded. The rural location was great, lovely and peaceful, which is what we wanted. Only a 10 minute walk to restaurants and bars

Just dropped by they are not yet open but are very busy preparing the building for the upcoming season. Stayed many times before it is a lovely hotel and the host's are brilliant.

To go to the town center one risks life walking on the overcrowded highway without a sidewalk. My low rating (0 stars for location, if I could!) is due to the position and noise

The owners are incredibly nice, the localisation is good as it's close to the beach, the rooms themselves are very good-looking, there's a pool here, a garden, you can pay and have delicious breakfast and other meals here

Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. My room (for one) is huge!!! Two double beds, a sofa bed, wardrobe, a shower room, a balcony, (tv), air conditioning, and a fully fitted kitchenette - even has a bottle opener

Hotel Zarkadis is a family hotel , placed on a sandy beach and has its own sunbeds. Rooms are well equipped. Its Ideal for families.The cleaning lady does GREAT job! Thanks a lot!

Kitchen is small but has what it takes to build a simple meal. Bathroom was fine and everything is clean. If you want to sleep in, I recommend a room upstairs. We slept on the ground floor and it is quite noisy

Cocktails- wow, so many choices and a great variety. Sunbeds- we had to get up at 6am to get sunbeds daily. Sunbeds at the beach- dirty and alot of litter, could do with some picking up at night

We arrived to the hotel at 7am, escorted to our rooms. We didn't get shown around or drink on arrival(will let them off because it was very early) we had inland large double room

I am staying at this hotel at the moment , and what I will say is we are loving it here , everything is spotless , the food is lovely and plentiful , it’s an all inclusive buffet , I have stayed at a lot of all inclusive hotels and this is lovely , so ignore the bad reviews , I’m glad I did !! So, after reading many reviews on here i was a little apprehensive about the holiday and unsure what experience we were going to have! Firstly, I’d just like to let anyone know who is reading this review, that the hotel is well worth a visit! The reception staff were welcoming and helpful, both our rooms were not ready when we arrived, this was 1pm, but they made sure that we started our holiday as...

Our rooms were ready within the hour. Both of our rooms were good, great views and good size. Our room was like a penthouse, Balcony was massive, and we were overlooking the beach and sea

Last year they also served diner which I must admit was excellent, tasty and varied. - view 10/10 - location 10/10 - air conditioning FREE - sunbeds paid 4 euros/day/person but worth it

- rooms extremely clean - staff extremely kind, helpful and they make you feel at home - this year only breakfast was served, which was good as any breakfast at any hotel in the world

When you come to the seaside, then make sure you can see, enjoy and feel the sea. The sunbeds on the grass, neat the hotel and the pool, were free and were 5m away from the sea

I spent 14 nights here and I thank everyone at the hotel for making my stay a wonderful one!

4th time here, and I must say I loved it every minute

The only flaws were the lack of a coffee machine in the room (breakfast coffee wasn’t very tasty either), the bathroom and part of the room were not the cleanest, and one particular receptionist (morning - afternoon) was not very kind or genuine

Access to the sea is great , we would recommend getting some sea shoes as they help getting over the first couple of metres which is pebbly, we managed without, as is the case for most of argassi beach , but once over this part the sea floor is sand and quite shallow for a long way out , its a lovely way to cool down and when we were there the sea temperatures were so warm it was like being in a warm...

We have stayed at the Semes hotel twice now. The first time was October 2023, (end of the season). The 2nd was May 2024(beginning of the season). We had a fantastic time on both occasions

One tip I would say is book early if you want to stay at Semes , its very popular with return guests

We like the fact you don't get covered in sand coming out the sea , and also there is a shower to wash off the salt directly at the top if the steps exiting the sea

Rooms and grounds immaculately cleaned. The breakfast is cooked and prepared by the lovely ladies

This is the most peaceful hotel we have stayed in , as there are not many rooms and all face forward onto the sea view , It was very quiet and relaxing

They allowed us to use the facilities, store our baggage, check us in hours earlier than scheduled, and would have allowed us a much later checkout, or the room at a super cheap rate because our flight wasn’t until 2130

The pool is perfect temperature, the area is perfect (1 block from everything) for taking tours, many different food choices, moped rentals, night life, private beach, fully stocked bar, great in hotel restaurant with a lot of variety

The 24 hour reception is always there to answer questions and make suggestions. Excellent view to Zante port and the sea. Highly recommended except for breakfast which is quite expensive and not of high quality

Really nice. The bottom rooms in the new building though were OK only because of the scorching heat outside, in normal weather they would be too dark. For the breakfast, buffet might be more convenient for the guests.
