It is right in the center of Zakynthos Town. I booked a sea view room and watched the sunrise directly from the balcony

The receptionists were helpful and enthusiastic when we asked for a taxi to the airport after checking out. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Its clean and cute. The room are clean. The pool is good the water very good in summer. In morning the food is good and tasy. On the terrace you can see the harbor. I recommend this hotel. ☺??

We spent a lot of time there! Actually we didn't want to leave, the food was very good and pool just perfect. The location was ideal, near the beach (one of the most beautiful), near the port, near Laganas

South Zakinthos beach is only a few minutes away and offers incredibly clear Mediterranean Sea swims with lots of turtles

Room has ample space and beds, air conditioning is extra but worth it when temperatures reach over 35c. Room serviced daily with fresh bedding and towels. Swimming pool is clean and warm

The sea view room you booked can see the sea. Across the road from the hotel is a long beach coastline. The tap water on this island is too salty to even rinse your mouth

It is a pretty good hotel that can be booked in the off-season. The room is not too big, there is free parking, it faces the sea, it is not far from the port and the airport, and the breakfast is also rich.

Additionally, the rooms are clean and spacious. We booked a sea view room, and the view was fantastic. The hotel’s breakfast was also quite good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Absolutely wonderful stay! Got upgrades to private pool! Every staff was kind and helpful and they knew my room number and my face before I spoke to them! Breakfast was amazing and service was amazing! Very quiet place if you want no disturbances! Would definitely stay here if I go to Zante again!

The hotel is on a small hill, and there are electric cars to pick you up and down the hill. The room has a great view, and you can see the sea view from the room

This is the best 5 star hotel I have ever been too! I only ever book 5 star holidays but this hotel really stood out because every little detail is perfect! The staff are really friendly and they really go the extra mile to please you, even if it’s your first day or your last the service stays the luxury high standard that you maybe loose at other hotels

Because we signed up for a one-day tour that started in the morning, the breakfast on the next day was originally open at 8 o'clock, so they specially helped us arrive at 7:30 in advance

A narrow beach - it shelves a long way out , making it ideal for families. Also buses to other towns and beaches & the tourist train. Avoid the taxis, very expensive. I would highly recommend this hotel

Incessant traffic noise and smog (cars, trucks, pullman, moto, quads). The nice pool is equally plagued. I had to use air conditioning at night to shelter from the noise. Do not stay there without a car or scooter

Hotel Zarkadis is a family hotel , placed on a sandy beach and has its own sunbeds. Rooms are well equipped. Its Ideal for families.The cleaning lady does GREAT job! Thanks a lot!

Beautiful place right on the beach we were on ground level apartments big with large veranda every thing u need in there double bed very comfy,the two singles a bit hard Maria and. Roxanne who run it our so nice.

Cocktails- wow, so many choices and a great variety. Sunbeds- we had to get up at 6am to get sunbeds daily. Sunbeds at the beach- dirty and alot of litter, could do with some picking up at night

The doors to the balcony have sliding glass doors, these were open all the time we went away early May and the sound of the sea lapping the beach was beautiful at night

I am staying at this hotel at the moment , and what I will say is we are loving it here , everything is spotless , the food is lovely and plentiful , it’s an all inclusive buffet , I have stayed at a lot of all inclusive hotels and this is lovely , so ignore the bad reviews , I’m glad I did !! It’s prime location , and friendly staff here don’t deserve the haters !!

Buy beach shoes!! The surrounding city area is mixed use, you'll find plenty of restaurant options and other things to do. Great experience overall - definitely coming back!

Last year they also served diner which I must admit was excellent, tasty and varied. - view 10/10 - location 10/10 - air conditioning FREE - sunbeds paid 4 euros/day/person but worth it

When you come to the seaside, then make sure you can see, enjoy and feel the sea. The sunbeds on the grass, neat the hotel and the pool, were free and were 5m away from the sea

Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and the rest of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The location is also great for those who are not looking for a party, the beach is beautiful and not overcrowded

The first time was the day after we arrived in the resort of Argassi and although there weren't many pubs and restaurants open as the beginning of the season, we were happy to rest and drink at the Castello

Service with a smile from Georges and just sitting by the edge of sea and drinking a lovely cold beer was bliss. Listening to the waves lapping with not a care in the world. NOW that means a great holiday

Wish we had gone at night too as watching the stars in the sky whilst looking out to sea would have made for a romantic evening. However we had two romantic and relaxing day visits

Athough all incusive in a nearby hotel we always like to venture out but not too far and we did discover the Castello Beach Bar. The location in itself gives it the 4 stars above

View from hotel was amazing right by the sea. We stayed in a bungalow was newly refurbished had everything we needed. Pool was large and well looked after. Would definitely recommend for a nice relaxing break

Lovely room (35),sliding door onto the garden which ran down to the sea. Asked for a kettle which was delivered straight away. Breakfast was basic but something going for everyone. Always a sun bed when you wanted one

You have to pay €2 per day for safety deposit box in the office and €7 per day for air con. Breakfast is not extensive but caters to all nationalities. You can walk off the grounds straight into the sea

Breakfast is a gentile affair, all you can eat and much variety to satisfy all tastes. On the whole it is family orientated, intimate and welcoming. We would go back there again and again and again

The hotel is only 20-30 minutes away from the airport and i never saw anything dirty in this hotel! They keep everything clean including kitchen,pools and the sea shore

The beach is nice and the new beach bar is superb, unfortunately it is not included in the all inclusive range and there is a bit of a problem with the sunbeds because every guest wants to reserve them very early and in the end they don‘t use them so much

It's a very basic hotel, built a long time ago but it's clean, spacious and well maintained. The location, sea views and access to the beach below your balcony is crazy good

+ hotel is located right next to the sea, has private beach with free sun beds + good views from the balcony + suite was okay, but reconstruction needed + nice hotel workers - breakfasts was awful, everyday! It should be illegal to feed people this way - suits located above the road could be very noisy - 10 euro/day for air conditioning is wild!

The service is nice, from reception to the cleaning ladies and the breakfast staff. Swimming pool super nice with enough places to chill. Price quality ratio is definitely okay but please do something about the showers

I've stayed in several hotels in Argassi. It had the most comfortable beds! We had wonderful stay! So great, that I organised my camp there. Everyone was over the moon and back. I think it is great value for your money

The location is great, it is right at the sea. There's not really a beach but you can just swim in the sea or chill at the pool. The staff is very, very friendly

Another thing worth mentioning is the Al a carte restaurant in the evening a little expensive but well worth it the food was excellent, and the setting wonderful,outside with views of Zante Town by night across the bay

On both of our stays we observed the ‘no reserving’ of sun beds before 9am being adhered too, which is refreshing. Albeit hotel at side of a main road the traffic is light & never heard or been disturbed by road noise

The hotels location was very good about a 10-15 minute stroll into Argassi center where there are restaurants and shops in abundance, and be sure to take a ride into Zante Town on the road fun train

We usually book a hotel that is for adults only. We made an exception this time, and it was worth it. The summer season had just started, and the hotel was very quiet, there was mainly adult guests

The staff were friendly, there was always someone on reception, the pool bar was staffed well and the rooftop bar, restaurant serves amazing food. Again the staff were lovely in every part of the hotel

But if you don't want luxury I could totally recommend the place as you can enjoy some nice morning, some cooling down in the pool and you will not use the room so much anyway
