Just over the road from a pebbly beach but there are two points on the way into town where you can access the sea for those that like a swim

If it comes to cons, it located in the city center and has the view on sea (on harbor, to be exact) and has a 'roof garden' with a bar and swimming pool. The staff was nice and helpful, especially at the reception

The staff was great and we loved the rooftop pool and bar, although the pool is closed at 7pm. If you prefer to have a beach nearby, maybe this is not the best option for you

A good hotel to sleep and near the city center to visit by foot. Our room had a balcony with Sea View. Maybe the rooms need a fresh-up in renovation, but it's not that bad

The Hotel is not far from the city center, where there are several restaurants and bars, and some mini markets, and a stony beach is also a few minutes walk away

The breakfast was delicious and most importantly varied, consisting of several types of bread, jams, butter, meat, cheese, egg, sauces, even baked beans and watermelon and melon slices, and cereal

We always left the dining area stuffed and feeling satisfied. Breakfast by the way is from 7:30 until 10:30, for which you have to pay extra

The bathroom (or at least ours) include both hand towels and shower towels, a package of hand soap, and a tube of shampoo/shower gel

The outside of the Hotel was beautiful with the flowers hanging off the balcony. The receptionists were all really nice and helpful

We spent a lot of time there! Actually we didn't want to leave, the food was very good and pool just perfect. The location was ideal, near the beach (one of the most beautiful), near the port, near Laganas

South Zakinthos beach is only a few minutes away and offers incredibly clear Mediterranean Sea swims with lots of turtles

Room has ample space and beds, air conditioning is extra but worth it when temperatures reach over 35c. Room serviced daily with fresh bedding and towels. Swimming pool is clean and warm

The owners are incredibly nice, the localisation is good as it's close to the beach, the rooms themselves are very good-looking, there's a pool here, a garden, you can pay and have delicious breakfast and other meals here

in general, if you're still hesitating whether to pick this hotel or not, please do, you'll be more than satisfied

Nice pool, (a few minutes walk to the local beach - it shelves very gently and for a long way out) Breakfast selection is great - even Greek coffee available

The room was very comfortable and amenities are top notch--the jacuzzi and sauna were very relaxing. Additionally, I tried a beer and Gyro by the pool and it was very tasty

Incessant traffic noise and smog (cars, trucks, pullman, moto, quads). The nice pool is equally plagued. I had to use air conditioning at night to shelter from the noise. Do not stay there without a car or scooter

Possibly the only downside is that my room is a little uphill and has steps up to it. But that downside probably has more to do with my age. In short a wonderful place to stay!!! Highly recommend it

Last year they also served diner which I must admit was excellent, tasty and varied. - view 10/10 - location 10/10 - air conditioning FREE - sunbeds paid 4 euros/day/person but worth it

When you come to the seaside, then make sure you can see, enjoy and feel the sea. The sunbeds on the grass, neat the hotel and the pool, were free and were 5m away from the sea

Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and the rest of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The location is also great for those who are not looking for a party, the beach is beautiful and not overcrowded

This hotel was great, we stayed for a long weekend and had a wonderful time during our stay. We had a sea view room and it was spectacular, we fell asleep to the waves every night

Since we were in the beginning of the season we had perfect weather and more than enough space. It is also only 10-15 minutes from the airport and taxi is ~€20

- rooms extremely clean - staff extremely kind, helpful and they make you feel at home - this year only breakfast was served, which was good as any breakfast at any hotel in the world

The pool is perfect temperature, the area is perfect (1 block from everything) for taking tours, many different food choices, moped rentals, night life, private beach, fully stocked bar, great in hotel restaurant with a lot of variety

Location is second to none is the resort, right on seafront and in the middle of the town - however still quiet. Staff helpful and very friendly. Rooms big enough and aircon great!

Disadvantages: kids will feel uncomfortable because, like I said, the hotel is located at the central spot of Argassi village, all most popular and crowded places are arranged around it, with disco bars included - loud music until 4-5 am

Advantages: Recommend for people without kids who want to be in the very center of life. This is a good 3 star hotel with friendly attitude and quality service

We loved our stay in Mimoza Beach resort. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and just a few minutes by car from Zante town, the beach in front is amazing, warm and calm

The pool chairs are old and worn out, some of them tearing and broken. The breakfast buffet was very basic with yogurt, sugary cereal (like a version of cocoa puffs), and some processed meats

AC was working perfectly and it made sounds kinda like the waves, so I didn't mind having it on even at night. The mini fridge faired well too. Each bungalow also had hair dryer, I was very thankful for that

I'm sorry to say that I did not learn the name of the lady who works at the front desk during the day, but she was the absolute best and did everything she could to make things more pleasant for us

The hotel is a small family run hotel facing out onto the sea. There is no beach although acess to the shallow sea is easily gained by steps The rooms are basic and clean

After many diffrent Greek Island and many diffrent hotels, we finally found this quiet nice little hotel

- Some noise from the bar across the street - Street noise Works fine with the doors closed but then air condition is needed and that is expensive at 10€/day

New superior rooms are also really nice (also coffee, tea … awesome!) and sea view is mesmerizing 👍 good price performance for high season! Pool is very nice and as a guest you can use sun-beds and enjoy in sea or pool views and swims

We went there twice because one visit isn't enough. Delicious dishes for reasonable prices. We loved the 3 bruchettas as starters but the mushrooms were lovely too. The anadalis risotto was the best risotto I ever had

Right next to the beach, you have your own private one if you like, very few other people. It is rocky and sandy, and it has kind of everything. The view from the dining room is unreal

Beach is right below the terrace and there are usually just a few people there. Wifi connection is available at the lobby. However do not expect good connectivity. I would recommend to get the room with seaside view

Alas Beach Lodge was quite simply exceptional in every way. It is amazing value and you would be fooled into thinking you were paying five times the price for the service and experience you receive

Nikos arranged for me a reflexology with a great specialist, we did the session on the roof top: getting such a treatment with this amazing view on the sea was UNIQUE

The location is great, it is right at the sea. There's not really a beach but you can just swim in the sea or chill at the pool. The staff is very, very friendly

Me and my husband and our little dog was stay there over 14 days. The hotel is dog friendly for a small dogs. front desk was very professional

I have to eat glutenfree and they made sure I had a very tasty breakfast. Argrasi is a great town as well, we liked it here

Self catering facilities were good to store and cook basic food when needed. Pool area became very crowded, very quickly, so get to the sunbeds early if you can
