Just over the road from a pebbly beach but there are two points on the way into town where you can access the sea for those that like a swim

The sea view room you booked can see the sea. Across the road from the hotel is a long beach coastline. The tap water on this island is too salty to even rinse your mouth

It is a pretty good hotel that can be booked in the off-season. The room is not too big, there is free parking, it faces the sea, it is not far from the port and the airport, and the breakfast is also rich.

Additionally, the rooms are clean and spacious. We booked a sea view room, and the view was fantastic. The hotel’s breakfast was also quite good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful

A good hotel to sleep and near the city center to visit by foot. Our room had a balcony with Sea View. Maybe the rooms need a fresh-up in renovation, but it's not that bad

The outside of the Hotel was beautiful with the flowers hanging off the balcony. The receptionists were all really nice and helpful

There is an elevator in the hotel which makes it really easy to move your luggage or get to your room quickly

Let’s face it: unless you’re staying at a resort, what more do you really need from a city hotel? It’s a place to sleep, freshen up with a good shower, and set out to explore

Overall if you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel close to all of the amenities, then I would definitely recommend Yria Hotel and if I come back this is where I’ll be looking to stay

Very clean rooms and very friendly staff. The beach in front of the hotel with fine gravel and very beautiful. The sea-view rooms are perfect for an unforgettable sunrise.

We spent a lot of time there! Actually we didn't want to leave, the food was very good and pool just perfect. The location was ideal, near the beach (one of the most beautiful), near the port, near Laganas

South Zakinthos beach is only a few minutes away and offers incredibly clear Mediterranean Sea swims with lots of turtles

Room has ample space and beds, air conditioning is extra but worth it when temperatures reach over 35c. Room serviced daily with fresh bedding and towels. Swimming pool is clean and warm

Our room was spacious and looked renovated or new. The pools were very good for relaxing time. You can walk to Tsilivi leisure area or drive a few minutes to Zakynthos town. We will visit Petros hotel again!

Perfect just perfect cause the workers were very good and helpful.The pool was very good and it had the metres that you are in too.The rooms were basic but the pillows were hard as a rock.

Lovely little hotel. Nice pool with a smaller one out the back for the very young children. The breakfast is rather poor quality though. Staff extremely friendly.

What a beautiful place! We didn’t stay in the apartments but were lucky enough to spot the sign outside welcoming all into the pool/bar area so stopped to have a quick dip in the stunning infinity pool

We arrived at the Balcony Hotel on a saturday, after staying the week before at a appartment in Laganas. Our intentions were to spend the last week of our holiday at a more luxurious hotel than the week before

The only thing is would have wanted extra during our stay would have been access to a gym and pool, but i also belive the aim is not to be the kind of hotel that would have a gym or pool, so it's a small coplaint

The Balcony Hotel exceeded these expectations. The room we booked (225) had a view that was far beyond anything the pictures could portray, but the view from the terrace was as well

A narrow beach - it shelves a long way out , making it ideal for families. Also buses to other towns and beaches & the tourist train. Avoid the taxis, very expensive. I would highly recommend this hotel

The hotel certainly needs a refresh but it has many positive aspects in its favor: the strategic location, the not small swimming pool, the size of the rooms and the cleanliness

Incessant traffic noise and smog (cars, trucks, pullman, moto, quads). The nice pool is equally plagued. I had to use air conditioning at night to shelter from the noise. Do not stay there without a car or scooter

Cleaning is carried out on request, which suited us perfectly. Not much noise late at night as the main bars are not that close. Big balcony (with the 2 bedroom apartment) which has sea views across to the mainland

Location of the apartment was very convenient for beach, restaurants etc. Apartment was generally well maintained and very clean on arrival

Communication with hosts (both before and during stay) was easy and effective via Booking. Some items on the inventory weren't present when we arrived, but were promptly supplied when requested

Cocktails- wow, so many choices and a great variety. Sunbeds- we had to get up at 6am to get sunbeds daily. Sunbeds at the beach- dirty and alot of litter, could do with some picking up at night

First time staying at this hotel. The location is awesome right in the beach. Breakfast was really good and ate looking over the sea. The rooms are very comfortable and clean

We just came back with our family from Iakinthos. I want to give 10/10 to the Hotel, but I can’t and am giving 8/10 and will tell exactly way

The sun-loungers were very comfortable, with parasols provided. We stayed B&B and breakfast, which was served overlooking the sea, had lots of choices and the food was excellent, with many home-made items

It was kept very clean and a litre of mineral water was provided every day. The location right on the beach was excellent for daytime but did lead to some noisy nights from merry-makers

Last year they also served diner which I must admit was excellent, tasty and varied. - view 10/10 - location 10/10 - air conditioning FREE - sunbeds paid 4 euros/day/person but worth it

When you come to the seaside, then make sure you can see, enjoy and feel the sea. The sunbeds on the grass, neat the hotel and the pool, were free and were 5m away from the sea

Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and the rest of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The location is also great for those who are not looking for a party, the beach is beautiful and not overcrowded

This hotel was great, we stayed for a long weekend and had a wonderful time during our stay. We had a sea view room and it was spectacular, we fell asleep to the waves every night

Since we were in the beginning of the season we had perfect weather and more than enough space. It is also only 10-15 minutes from the airport and taxi is ~€20

- rooms extremely clean - staff extremely kind, helpful and they make you feel at home - this year only breakfast was served, which was good as any breakfast at any hotel in the world

We were joined by a storm for the first week of October, so never got in the pool. I would stay here again but on the south side of the building in a side sea view room. Plenty of good restaurants in Argassi

The pool is in the shade most of the day so it's super cold. The location was nice as it is on the seafront, however the tall wall balcony made it impossible to enjoy the view when seated on the balcony

The rates for a sunbed and umbrella were high (8€) and we were rarely given a receipt unless we asked for it. The waiters at the Sea Sky restaurant were exceptionally polite though

I should have realized that being part of the Blue resort it would be similar to the one we stayed in Majorca and had I of realised before booking wouldn’t have booked! You get towels for the pool at 5€ deposit for the week, you can change them between 9-3

I am staying at this hotel at the moment , and what I will say is we are loving it here , everything is spotless , the food is lovely and plentiful , it’s an all inclusive buffet , I have stayed at a lot of all inclusive hotels and this is lovely , so ignore the bad reviews , I’m glad I did !! It’s prime location , and friendly staff here don’t deserve the haters !!

not ideal when trying to get changed! The rooftop bar wasn’t open which was one of the things that had attracted us to the hotel. The food was average, not much vegetarian alternatives, salad was nice and fresh

We had 2 meals here and on one day hired 2 loungers and an umbrella from them. It is ideally situated, right on the beach and the water is shallow enough to paddle out then swim
