Disappointing. Rooms although ok in size and bathroom with a closed shower (yay! Not flooding the bathroom) were not spotlessly clean, and the furniture is old. Gym was in a poor state: tiny room with ancient equipment that didn’t even work properly, dust everywhere. Breakfast was reasonable. Staff were friendly in general.

Pretty views! Some people said in reviews that they could hear planes taking off and landing but I didn’t hear any! It was such a nice hotel lovely and in a quiet area, felt pretty safe and out of the way. This area of Zakynthos felt less touristy so it was nice! The hotel was amazing, honestly the best vacation we ever had! The room was very well equipped and maintained- also very clean. The staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable providing us with great service. We never had a problem finding parking - this made our vacation even better.

So just as a heads up, Zakynthos (Zante town) doesn't have touristy beaches, so you will probably not like the one nearby. However the hotel itself is close to Solomos square, that has an entrance to the port, and a bus station to Tsilivi (and tourist "train" to Kalamaki), that has that wonderful, sandy greek beach. I have really enjoyed my 7-day stay here, everything was great! The staff was really nice and helpful, the food was fresh and delicious, and the rooms were kept clean. The area is very accesible, and so close to the beach and a lot of mini markets. I highly recommend this place!

No way it is a 4-star hotel. Obsolete furniture, quite dingy bathroom, especially the shower curtain which does not prevent water from being splashed all over the bathroom. If it comes to cons, it located in the city center and has the view on sea (on harbor, to be exact) and has a 'roof garden' with a bar and swimming pool. The staff was nice and helpful, especially at the reception.

Hotel at good location. Local tours are available at reception. Water pressure at sink is too low to use ended using the shower tap. Staff speaks proper English and friendly for non-greek tourist. Very beautiful hotel right in the middle of the port city of Zakinthos! Our room was superb, incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated, with a intimate balcony from which we could admire the sunsets and the boats in the port. I appreciated how polite the staff members were and how they offered plenty of activities at and starting from the hotel. I recommend it!

Have only been staying here for 2 nights,but so far so good with everything. Their buffet has a lot of variety of food. Their pool is smaller than what it seems on the picture though. Their service is excellent.

Only been here less than two days however we think it is a lovely place to stay. The rooms are big, the staff are very friendly. It's a fair way from the beach, but a pleasant half an hour walk with places to see after about 400m ... bars/restaurants/shops etc. So far that's ... enjoying it!

Good service. Our room, towards the street, was not very well ventilated. That’s also the sunny side, in the mornings. So mind that! :) But the daily cleaning was impeccable. Make sure to call your taxi early enough. They tend to be 20+ mins late.

Can't comment on the Hotel itself but we used the pool area on a daily basis. €15 for two sunbeds and parasol isn't bad really. The setting is stunning being set right next to the sea though sadly the beach in this area is long gone. Only down side is the same tune played from the bar on repeat again and again and again for 6 hours.

Super nice! There hasn't been a single type of food for breakfast or dinner, that wasn't great. People that work here all have personal approach and you feel like staying with friends.

Well positioned in the centre of the town, not too much noise of an evening. Bottom pool needs some TLC. Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were the best bit of the hotel, welcoming and friendly. This is NOT a kid friendly hotel, although they tried to make it so, other guests made it clear that they want a quiet and uneventful day by the pool.

Bathroom is really outdated, shower and toilet is one same place, the water from shower goes all over the place. Buffet is in another hotel 300-400m. away from this hotel, so if you have all inclusive get ready to take a walk every time you want to eat. Buffet have almost any labels on any dishes so you have to guess or ask. Stuff is really nice and helpful after all.
