Convenient location, great service. I like that they provided slippers and bathrobes. Their breakfast buffet provided many food choices. The receptionists were helpful and enthusiastic when we asked for a taxi to the airport after checking out. Would highly recommend this hotel!

The location is excellent. It is right in the center of Zakynthos Town. I booked a sea view room and watched the sunrise directly from the balcony. The view was superb. The room was average and the facilities were quite old, but the location offset many of the shortcomings. There are also many restaurants around the hotel, and it is very relaxing to go out for a walk. I regret not bringing running...

The location is definitely good, and the front desk is quite polite. But the facilities are a bit old. The air conditioner is facing the TV, and it won't turn on if you don't close the door. You still have to use your own shower gel and shampoo, but I didn't use them despite looking at the facilities.

Pretty views! Some people said in reviews that they could hear planes taking off and landing but I didn’t hear any! Lovely hotel in brilliant location with super friendly staff. Rooftop bar and pool excellent - shout out to Takis, good bloke. Excellent and wide ranging breakfast choices. Cleaning staff and reception also great. My room faced inward so balcony rather irrelevant. The extract fans for five or six air con units pumped into the space so inadvisable to have the window open. Otherwise a great stay.

We have visited many Greek islands but Zakynthos is one of the best! Diana Hotel is a great hotel with even greater people! Mornings were something we looked forward to! The breakfast had great variety and everything tasted fresh. The staff were always smiling and helped us with anything we needed. Felt really at home.

We loved staying at Diana Hotel! The location was perfect==right in the heart of town but still peaceful, the staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. You can tell they care about their guests. Would 100% come back.

Disappointing. Rooms although ok in size and bathroom with a closed shower (yay! Not flooding the bathroom) were not spotlessly clean, and the furniture is old. Gym was in a poor state: tiny room with ancient equipment that didn’t even work properly, dust everywhere. Breakfast was reasonable. Staff were friendly in general.

Spacious and bright room, great location

The room is quite big. The sea view room you booked can see the sea. Across the road from the hotel is a long beach coastline. The tap water on this island is too salty to even rinse your mouth. The driver who picked me up at the airport said that you must not drink the tap water, even if it is boiled, and the hotel does not provide free drinking water.

It is a pretty good hotel that can be booked in the off-season. The room is not too big, there is free parking, it faces the sea, it is not far from the port and the airport, and the breakfast is also rich.

Good service. Our room, towards the street, was not very well ventilated. That’s also the sunny side, in the mornings. So mind that! :) But the daily cleaning was impeccable. Make sure to call your taxi early enough. They tend to be 20+ mins late.

We had 2 meals here and on one day hired 2 loungers and an umbrella from them. It is ideally situated, right on the beach and the water is shallow enough to paddle out then swim. Service was great, the owner is a very friendly and helpful person. It is well situated and definitely worth a visit.

I like this hotel very much. I live in a room with its own swimming pool. Walking out of the backyard is a large balcony and swimming pool. I can lie down all day. My children love it very much. Well positioned in the centre of the town, not too much noise of an evening. Bottom pool needs some TLC. Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were the best bit of the hotel, welcoming and friendly. Bathroom is really outdated, shower and toilet is one same place, the water from shower goes all over the place. Buffet is in another hotel 300-400m. away from this hotel, so if you have all inclusive get ready to take a walk every time you want to eat. Amazing rooms, really good breakfast and probably one of the best views on the island!

During my six-night stay at this hotel, everything was perfect, and I give it five stars without hesitation. The magnificent view from the room amazed me every day. The staff, always smiling and helpful, made my stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was a real delight: abundant and varied. An exceptional experience that I highly recommend!
