Had a great stay here, was only one night but would definitely stay again. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the location is excellent. On arrival we were greeted by lovely Pedro on reception who helped us with our suitcases. He explained everything really clearly and made sure we had everything we needed. We had an amazing stay! Everyone is very friendly, the breakfast is delicious and the rooms are very clean and comfortable! Restaurants and bars are walking distance and the parking is also a great addition!

Incredible hotel! I recommend it 100%. I came with my husband for a week to discover the island and our stay in Bitzaro Hotel was more than perfect! The room is beautiful, super clean, the service was kind and caring, the breakfast was delicious and the waiters were more than kind! Pretty views! Some people said in reviews that they could hear planes taking off and landing but I didn’t hear any! It was such a nice hotel lovely and in a quiet area, felt pretty safe and out of the way. This area of Zakynthos felt less touristy so it was nice! The beach is literally right outside to the left not even 5 mins! Very quiet beach and if you keep walking to the left it gets more quiet...

The staff at the reception is incredibly helpful, friendly and constructive, the rooms are clean, there is a balcony and everything you want in the room, A hearty buffet, a pleasant breakfast, free egg options, friendly staff, there is free parking and it is right in the center of the city, I recommend it.

Recommended for couples and families with older children. Nice rooms and clean. We didn't stay, but our experience and the image he left us are very positive. While we had booked and left, we could not stay because we were with children and the parking lot and the room were not comfortable. The owners understood our problem and did not charge us even though we had made a reservation without cancellation

Very nice Boutique hotel , rooms are clean and well decorated. Very Comfortable bed. Our suite had a wonderful view to the sea with a private spacious balcony. wonderful owner very helpful. Very good location , walking distance to restaurants and the main square with coffee shops and market. Enjoyed our weekend 😊 Definitely go there again

Very happy we stayed here, good location only a few minutes from town. All staff very friendly and professional. The best breakfast we had in our 2 week trip. Just over the road from a pebbly beach but there are two points on the way into town where you can access the sea for those that like a swim. A good choice

The hotel was amazing, honestly the best vacation we ever had! The room was very well equipped and maintained- also very clean. The staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable providing us with great service. We never had a problem finding parking - this made our vacation even better.

So just as a heads up, Zakynthos (Zante town) doesn't have touristy beaches, so you will probably not like the one nearby. However the hotel itself is close to Solomos square, that has an entrance to the port, and a bus station to Tsilivi (and tourist "train" to Kalamaki), that has that wonderful, sandy greek beach. The rooms are very well kept, they are cleaned daily; there is a hairdryer in the bathroom...

I have really enjoyed my 7-day stay here, everything was great! The staff was really nice and helpful, the food was fresh and delicious, and the rooms were kept clean. The area is very accesible, and so close to the beach and a lot of mini markets. I highly recommend this place!

No way it is a 4-star hotel. Obsolete furniture, quite dingy bathroom, especially the shower curtain which does not prevent water from being splashed all over the bathroom. If it comes to cons, it located in the city center and has the view on sea (on harbor, to be exact) and has a 'roof garden' with a bar and swimming pool. The staff was nice and helpful, especially at the reception.

It was our best holiday. Everybody was realy kind and helpfull. The Hotel is nice, the meals are delicious. Everything was perfect. 💕

Hotel at good location. Local tours are available at reception. Water pressure at sink is too low to use ended using the shower tap. Staff speaks proper English and friendly for non-greek tourist. Toilet ventilation is connected to next room. You can hear each other in toilet clearly. When using the tub, you can see each other head. Location is near to square. Easy to find eateries and shops....

Very beautiful hotel right in the middle of the port city of Zakinthos! Our room was superb, incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated, with a intimate balcony from which we could admire the sunsets and the boats in the port. I appreciated how polite the staff members were and how they offered plenty of activities at and starting from the hotel. I recommend it!

Incredible place to stay. Prices are very good, staff is extremely polite and they speak english pretty well. Our room had an incredible view to the port and it was huge. The hotel is very clean, breakfast is diverse and fresh, we will surely return to this amazing hotel.

The hotel is not next to the beach, but this is not an issue! You can have a transfer from there to any place that you want to visit. People who work there are amazing! Service is great! We used the transfer to go to the beach and the girl who brought us there was lovely! Thank you very much for the great time! The view was breathtaking!Recommend it! ☀️

Came to the Varres as at the end of our holiday my wife was admitted to hospital on the day we should have flown home. Moved to Varres Hotel as it is close if not the closest to the hospital. All the staff were brilliant and their shuttle service spot on , can’t fault the hotel or staff, and when we are back in Zakynthos will head for the Varres rather then a beach all inclusive hotel .

Excellent place! If you are in Zante for a quiet and peaceful vacation - Varres is a great place for that. Rooms are cosy, the pool is ultra clean and the staff is just perfect. 30 minutes to the port by foot, or 7-8 mins with a car. Shuttles were available for anywhere on the island. Hotel restaurant is just what you need for a cosy evening - food was great! Can’t wait for the next visit!

A nice hotel. The rooms were neat and well cared for, though the atmosphere felt a bit lacking (with one of the lamps it had a bit of an aquarium vibe, but that was mostly just funny). Well renovated. Great staff. Managed my group of 28 very professionally. Rented rooms for a birthday and had many day trips based from their lobby haha. Planned a 40 person dinner on their beautiful terrace in the Solomon’s square. Was super nice with good service.

Hotel/Apartment was fine, minus the fact that the missus woke up after the first night to find bread on her leg... stripped the bed to find 10 or so slices of bread under the sheet. Hotel dealt with it promptly but it puts doubts in your head as to how well the rooms are cleaned and if the entire bed make up is changed between occupiers. 🤮 Staff on the restaurant were great, couldn't be more helpful...

Spent a fabulous week here. The staff are so welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The room was lovely, with two balconies! Food in the restaurant was very good and reasonable. The pool was lovely and just half an hours walk away was a fabulous beach and lots of bars and restaurants. Everyone we met, taxi drivers, bar and restaurant staff etc were really friendly. Can't wait to go back.

It's an average hotel with very friendly staff. The Room's have are average and for some reason they don't give you a shampoo for your shower and the toilets has a weird design that haven't seen in any other hotel. The pool a very nice addition. My boyfriend and I had a really nice stay here during peak season. The pool area was great and the staff were lovely and very helpful. They helped us organise taxis, transport around the island and tours. Only ten minutes walk down the hill into town. Would definitely return and recommend.

A good hotel to sleep and near the city center to visit by foot. We had a relly good matress. Our room had a balcony with Sea View. Maybe the rooms need a fresh-up in renovation, but it's not that bad. The bathroom of our room was really small to keep in mind if you are a big person. After all it was a nice Center of City Zakynthos experience.

The outside of the Hotel was beautiful with the flowers hanging off the balcony. The receptionists were all really nice and helpful. There is an elevator in the hotel which makes it really easy to move your luggage or get to your room quickly. The staff are very friendly and nice especially the lady with short hair. The cleaning staff are awesome they do a very good job cleaning. The AC works very well, the rooms are always clean everyday with fresh towels, the hotel is very strategically located so you can walk around old town. Negative side: bad wifi, bad spot for network connection as well. If you need network connection than better choose other hotel. If not, then the hotel might be fine. It was quite, cleaning service everyday. Breakfast was good but without vegetables and/or fruits.

City hotel with excellent location! The rooms, the food and the owners are excellent as well. You can also swim if you just walk 30m to the see. Highly recommended!

I had lunch at Dali restaurant, the food was delicious, plus they serve very large portions. The staff were friendly and I sat outside with a nice view of the harbour. I would definitely recommend and visit again if I'm in Zante.

Stay two nights here. Room is spacious and has balcony. Also equipped with cooking burner and basic kitchenware. Bathroom also spacious but shower booth does not have Shower curtain. The receptionist with the dreads was really nice and helpful throughout my booking. As for the Brazilian waiter, He was the best!!! friendly, fun, and sweet. They were both cute btw ;) I would surely recommend this place to anyone going to zakynthos.

I've not stayed at the hotel but, iv had food at the resurtant have to say what amazing service they provide, even the owner bless him he sorted us our taxi back to our hotel we was staying at and sat n spoke to us whilst we was at his resturant. Good rooms, quite large. Last floor rooms have huge balcons. Clean, chic. Landscape is nice both sides. The only problems are the noise in the night due to stupid motorcycle drivers and lack of parking places in the evening.

Perfect location, clean and comfy room, friendly helpful staff, and best day tour in town, the owner is tour guide too, he perfects my trip and made me love Zakinthos more than Santorini!
