Incredible hotel! I recommend it 100%. I came with my husband for a week to discover the island and our stay in Bitzaro Hotel was more than perfect! Pretty views! Some people said in reviews that they could hear planes taking off and landing but I didn’t hear any! It was such a nice hotel lovely and in a quiet area, felt pretty safe and out of the way. This area of Zakynthos felt less touristy so it was nice! The staff at the reception is incredibly helpful, friendly and constructive, the rooms are clean, there is a balcony and everything you want in the room, A hearty buffet, a pleasant breakfast, free egg options, friendly staff, there is free parking and it is right in the center of the city, I recommend it.

Recommended for couples and families with older children. Nice rooms and clean. We didn't stay, but our experience and the image he left us are very positive. While we had booked and left, we could not stay because we were with children and the parking lot and the room were not comfortable. The owners understood our problem and did not charge us even though we had made a reservation without cancellation

Very nice Boutique hotel , rooms are clean and well decorated. Very Comfortable bed. Our suite had a wonderful view to the sea with a private spacious balcony. wonderful owner very helpful. Great romantic hotel. Good cleaning everyday. I didn't like their all inclusive food but atmosphere and staff work is at the best!

Bathroom is really outdated, shower and toilet is one same place, the water from shower goes all over the place. Buffet is in another hotel 300-400m. away from this hotel, so if you have all inclusive get ready to take a walk every time you want to eat. Buffet have almost any labels on any dishes so you have to guess or ask. Stuff is really nice and helpful after all.

Beautiful place for vacation in Zante

I can absolutely recommend this place. Alex, his parents and the other staff are great people and the hotel just perfect. Clean, modern and relaxed place! Amazing hotel. We loved our room with private pool. The floating breakfast was a beautiful addition to the stay. All the of the food has been fantastic. The staff have all been helpful and attentive. Spacious and bright room, great location

The room is quite big. The sea view room you booked can see the sea. Across the road from the hotel is a long beach coastline. The tap water on this island is too salty to even rinse your mouth. The driver who picked me up at the airport said that you must not drink the tap water, even if it is boiled, and the hotel does not provide free drinking water.

It is a pretty good hotel that can be booked in the off-season. The room is not too big, there is free parking, it faces the sea, it is not far from the port and the airport, and the breakfast is also rich.

The hotel is not next to the beach, but this is not an issue! You can have a transfer from there to any place that you want to visit. People who work there are amazing! Service is great! Came to the Varres as at the end of our holiday my wife was admitted to hospital on the day we should have flown home. Moved to Varres Hotel as it is close if not the closest to the hospital. All the staff were brilliant and their shuttle service spot on , can’t fault the hotel or staff, and when we are back in Zakynthos will head for the Varres rather then a beach all inclusive hotel .

Excellent place! If you are in Zante for a quiet and peaceful vacation - Varres is a great place for that. Rooms are cosy, the pool is ultra clean and the staff is just perfect. 30 minutes to the port by foot, or 7-8 mins with a car. Shuttles were available for anywhere on the island. Hotel restaurant is just what you need for a cosy evening - food was great! Can’t wait for the next visit!

A nice hotel. The rooms were neat and well cared for, though the atmosphere felt a bit lacking (with one of the lamps it had a bit of an aquarium vibe, but that was mostly just funny). Spent a fabulous week here. The staff are so welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The room was lovely, with two balconies! Food in the restaurant was very good and reasonable.
