This is exceptionally well organized and managed family and kid friendly hotel. There is every activity available and every need taken care of. It's like you have your home next to all the facilities kids love. The staff is extremely polite, emphatic and professional.

Best Spa hotel ever.

It's a big, busy (in August), probably late socialist-era resort hotel that's actually quite pleasant. And cheap. There's a holiday vibe. For an overnight stay it's excellent and I wouldn't have minded staying longer. I didn't try any of the many "health"/beauty treatments on offer but they're inexpensive. (The lifts/elevators are few and slow.)

The rooms are average, but OK on the whole. Food selection is quite limited, especially during the evenings, and there have been occasional quality issues (e.g. one evening the French fries seemed to be leftovers). They charge very hefty prices for all drinks. Infrasauna not working, the other saunas are OK. The pool is quite small.

The best goulash I ever had in my life and in general dinner and breakfast was amazing. Most of the guests were older people which I personally really like and the staff was very friendly, rooms are nice but as a recommendation renovation would not be bad idea.😉

This is a well-run and beautiful hotel and spa. The grounds are beautifully cared for. It is an easy and pleasant walk along a creek to get to town. Breakfast and dinner were sumptuous. Loved every minute there. Hope to get back there.

We haven't stayed there personally but our Family did when visited Heviz. They were very satisfied by the hotel. The restaurant with buffet is awesome (we tried the breakfast and dinner buffet) with a wide variety of food in excellent quality. The employees speak fluent German and English. The entertainment is great and they even have their own hotel newspaper in different languages with programs...

We had a great 3 night stay in Ensana Thermal Aqua hotel. Room was very comfy and the personal was very frindly, professional and helpfull. Not bad hotel. Rooms are ok, wellness & spa part is also ok, saw better, saw worse. Got 2 small pools with hot water, one that is connected with outer part. Got small pool for kids. Also got some saunas and steam bath. Food is average, but versatility of food is questionable. If you are vegan or vegetarian, don't have to much options. I would give it 5 stars of it was a 3-star hotel, but they claim to be 4-star. As a 3-star hotel, I have no complaints about them. They are very reasonable priced. The staff is very polite. The rooms are clean, and it is the closest hotel to the lake. Other 4-star hotels in the area are much nicer inside and have better food.

If you wanna have the closest and most comfortable room to the lake then you found it.

Lovely complex over a lake. Being English, it was a bit surreal to my girlfriend and I. Seems very popular with older people, but was generally very pleasant and relaxing experience. Water wasn't too hot or Grundy, but would definitely recommend you bring a float with you. The hotel is in a fantastic location. Literally 3 minutes from the lake. The staff is very professional and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The meals are in a form of a buffet with a wide variety of choices. All on all I highly reccomend this place!

We were there as a family with young children so it’s not really appropriate. All people was watching us with hate even kids were just swimming, not being loud. It never happened similar to us. But the staff was super nice.

Very great accommodation! Clean, comfortable room, quiet neighborhood, yet very close to the lake and the center. The Landlord is very nice, cute and helpful. We had a lot of fun. :)

The people who run Villa Familia are wonderful people. The environment is clean and sophisticated. The care is of a high standard. We had a great time there, I would gladly recommend it to anyone! 👍😉🌞

Friendly landlady and landlord in a nice house next to the Thermal Lake, the town center and the bus station. Situated in a calm street. A good breakfast is served and the rooms are tidy and have a small citchen with a fridge. Parking space is available for free and you get some discount for the Thermal Bath tickets.

Great hotel, and the receptionist was such a nice chap, great stay overall. The hotel is close to the lake and the restaurants downtown, it is a great value for money really. The hotel also provides a ticket, so that you could park on street nearby the hotel.

Nice quiet hotel just in center of Hévíz. Terasse, garden with chairs and table tennis. Free WiFi, free entry to big welness world in Danubius hotel just 150m away (5 pools with different temperature, badminton court, several different saunas). Small welness is even in Park Hotel, not tested. No elevators (!), no dogs. Delicious breakfasts from 7 to 10, dinners must be ordered in advance.
