Great hotel, one of the best family friendly hotels in Hungary

This is exceptionally well organized and managed family and kid friendly hotel. There is every activity available and every need taken care of. It's like you have your home next to all the facilities kids love. The staff is extremely polite, emphatic and professional.

I liked everything about the hotel. The staff is very responsible. Food and entertainment for every taste. The child gets a lot of positive emotions from the slides, playgrounds, entertainment, food. One minus is the staff does not understand or speak English or Russian at all in the restaurant

Great hotel for families. A lot of outside playgrounds for different aged kids. Indoor playgrounds, family pools - again for different aged kids family wellness and daycare included.

A heaven for parents: good buffet food, lost of activities for kids, spa for adults, lake Heviz nearby. I would only suggest to service and expand the bikes for rent. They were old, seats not moving and gears not changing. Also, the rooms on top floor have lower ceiling, so taller people would bump into it.

This place is a very good place to stay especially with kids. Service is excellent. Food is excellent too. It just expanded their services with a new fun park. It is about 2 hrs drive from Budapest. Not everyone speaks English it helps if you come with friends or family who speak Hungarian.
