Very satisfied. The room is a bit old and simple, just like ordinary hot spring hotels in China, but clean, with complete facilities, and no slippers. The restaurant is delicious! The hotel itself does not have hot springs, but it has SPAs. It is also very close to the Heviz Hot Springs, which is two or three minutes' walk away. There is a parking lot. Only adults are accepted.

This is the second time I booked this hotel. The best hot spring lake in Hévíz is right next to it. The location is very good. Breakfast and dinner are included. It is an ideal hotel. The front desk lady is very enthusiastic. I will book here next time.

The hotel itself is very close to the thermal lake and the shops etc.
The rooms are avarage, absolutely fine for a couple days.
The wellness floor is lovely, the gray tiles gives a really calm and chill vibe. Saunas, steam room and jakuzzi are great.
The breakfast and dinner was just perfect, changes daily and always something special.
The staff was kind and helpful, would absolutelly recommend.

This is a very good hotel! An excellent choice if being close to the Lake is important to you. Very clean, extremely quiet (no children) and the food was quite tasty, wide selection available. Their kitchen is excellent.. We are a retired American couple and selected this hotel based on the reviews, we never been at Heviz before. The entire experience was unique, very relaxing and satisfying. We would come back anytime...

We are very satisfied with the hotel, everything is clean, the rooms are excellent with a balcony, the food is phenomenal. The spa is also very good with all the saunas, the only small complaint is the smaller pool in the spa center and that the hotel guests are not provided with parking (there is parking for an extra charge), but not everything can be perfect. All in all, a hotel to recommend.

Our go-to romantic gateway. We go every year and just love it. Great food, cozy rooms, incredible spa area. Love the bar as well.

The rooms are clean and quite spacious. The restaurant prepares excellent meals for breakfast you can choose hot or cold dishes, if something runs out it is replenished. Dinner consists of 3 kinds of appetizers 2 kinds of soups and several main courses and dessert. The cuisine is varied - vegetarian, meat, Asian. In addition, an excellent spa with 4 types of sauna, 2 Jacuzzis of different temperatures and other facilities.

In a tourist resort, you will go to the hot spring resort when you go out. Remember to pay the city tax when you leave the hotel. The interior decoration of the room is a bit old, but it is generally clean and tidy. There is a mini bar that is not free, but overall it is not bad. Very nice little hotel with great food. What has to be said is that whole place is non smoking, even the room's balcony. Also the saunas are not naturist space. You have to wear a swimming suits at saunas.
