The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, making it easy to relax. The staff were genuinely friendly and always ready to help with a smile - they even gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne for my partners birthday! The spa was a real highlight—peaceful, modern, and a perfect way to unwind. And the food was absolutely outstanding! Every meal was a treat. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, relaxation, and top-notch service. It's also perfect for those who enjoy peace and quiet - as there are no kids!

This is the most cost-effective hotel in our entire trip, with the lowest price and breakfast and dinner included. The hotel has hot springs, but we didn't prepare for hot springs because we were a little hesitant about mixed bathing for men and women. The room was very big.

The wellness area is nice and tidy, but other than that, I can't say too much good. What made me write a review is that one of the ladies with glasses in the restaurant regularly publicly criticizes the guests who have just left, which I think is extremely humiliating.

A comfortable stay
The location is great. It’s close to the lake and about a 20-minute walk from the bus station. It’s new, clean and well designed. The service is good, the bed is comfortable and the food is very delicious. The pool is a little small.

Perfect! The rooms are fine, breakfast and dinner are fine, the staff is amazing! Kind, in the background, helpful, absolut professional. Small issue: no bar in the wellness with alcohol.

Very satisfied. The room is a bit old and simple, just like ordinary hot spring hotels in China, but clean, with complete facilities, and no slippers. The restaurant is delicious! The hotel itself does not have hot springs, but it has SPAs. It is also very close to the Heviz Hot Springs, which is two or three minutes' walk away. There is a parking lot. Only adults are accepted.

Very nice place to rest, accomadation is perfect, the kitchen cooks very good, zhe thermal also wonderful.

This is the second time I booked this hotel. The best hot spring lake in Hévíz is right next to it. The location is very good. Breakfast and dinner are included. It is an ideal hotel. The front desk lady is very enthusiastic. I will book here next time.

The hotel itself is very close to the thermal lake and the shops etc.
The rooms are avarage, absolutely fine for a couple days.
The wellness floor is lovely, the gray tiles gives a really calm and chill vibe. Saunas, steam room and jakuzzi are great.
The breakfast and dinner was just perfect, changes daily and always something special.
The staff was kind and helpful, would absolutelly recommend.
