Oldish hotel, some renovations required. Perfect location.

This hotel remains the Soviet time. The whole building needs to renovate. There you can hear a lot the Russian language. At the infoboard you can see the tours are mainly for Russian language. The room was quite simple and unfortunately wasn’t clean at all. The toilet smells badly. About the breakfast you can have, our naber table ladies told- “this is Soviet style dining” and can’t be more agreed. It was really very simple breakfast! The parking is with the additional charge you have to pay before leaving. Don’t want to visit this place again and probably never don’t come back there.

It is not possible to reach the hotel by car at all due to road works, which we did not know about and we announced our arrival. But no one informed us that we could not reach the hotel. Rooms in very poor condition. Dinner is served in a nearby restaurant 200m away. Very bad in general.

AUDIBILITY, here you can hear EVERYTHING. TV, doors slamming, footsteps, speech... everything. The feeling that the walls do not. Besides, most of the guests are Russian. So, to ignore will not work.

Great location close to thermal lake and bus station. Rooms are clean and spacious. Own parking. Good value for the money. Breakfast and dinner were good, typical 3* hotel food.

I broke a finger staying here early December, and have yet to find out if they will even pay for medical expenses as no staff at time could speak English, or when I returned with my hand in a cast. This place does not meet health & safety standards in my opinion. I was just coming down the stairs, stepped a little out of place wearing boots on an unfamiliar staircase, and only needed to steady myself on a stair rail. To find they don't have one you can grip!!!! There was only a big thick square edged plank along the stair and all I could do was put open fingers behind it to brace a fall forwards. My right hand is still in a cast and you can imagine not having a dominant hand is an enormous inconvenience to everything I need to do and am still receiving treatment for it. i cannot recommend this place in its current condition. I hope I can advise of the hotel paying expenses accrued from my breaking a bone while using their staircase at a future time.
