Nice hotel close to the nature. The hotel and the wellness were both clean and demanding. The staff was nice and helpful. We also tried the massage, it was pretty relaxing.

We had a lovely time in this hotel. Everything is easily accessible. Because its located in the center of the town. Very comfortable, clean with super friendly staff. Highly recommended. Has a private parking possibility what we preferred. We were very happy with everything

An acceptable hotel and overall a good experience. The best thing was the friendliness and helpfulness of most of the staff. In these Covid times, there was almost no effort made to encourage distancing or sanitising, particularly in the buffet restaurant. We had a sizeable room with good bathroom facilities. The wellness area was quite well-equipped.

Room: 3 Room is nice, but the tech is old, TV channels only Hungarians (and from those only the rubbish ones. Air conditioning is there, but not cooling a bit, and only "the boss" can regulate it. Comfortable beds, cleanliness everywhere. Both breakfast and dinner are plentiful and delicious. You can really switch off in the wellness area. The masseuse is professional.

Perfect retro experience. Medium size wellnes, some sauna, big outside park with outdoor pools. At every evening at dinner there is a man playing on electric piano. This place's stuck in the 70s.

Hard to rate it because of the huge contrasts. Unbelievably abundant and delicious food but totally worn-out and old infra everywhere. They just can't keep it clean. So the catering is 5 the infra is 1, the cleanliness is 2. The staff friendliness and helpfulness are 4.

One of the greatest adult-friendly hotels in Hungary. Staff is very polite and welcoming. Spa is relatively big with different pools and saunas. There is a free of charge option to go to Eger city spa as well. Both breakfast and dinner are fantastic. Rooms are modern, clean and spacious. Amongst my favorite hotels of the country, highly recommended.

The rooms are modern and clean, but maintenance is poor. The bed was comfortable but too soft for me. Extra pillow and blankets were provided too. To say that it was good-nothing to say....all all all was super....the room is big with a large balcony...clean . all the rest silence...no children.Spa worthy of praise special..decent massage..and dinner is a different story....each dish is a work of art....I recommend to all.

Great hotel with pretty nice service. The wellness section is OK and the wine cellars next to the hotel are amazing. The only bad thing is the basement rooms view looks more to the parking lot then the cellars

The staff were friendly and always happy to help. The facilities were excellent and set in an idyllic location just around the corner from the famous wine caves/cellars serving "Eger Bull's Blood". The hotel restaurant is just across the road from the hotel and serves excellent food (and wine) and as a hotel guest you get a discount for dining between 7pm and 10pm. We would recommend to stay here.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful, the bed was comfy. The pool was cold but refreshing on a very hot day.

Super sweet hotel. The ppl were rlly rlly nice. Our room was so incredibly hot that sleeping was a bit rough. But otherwise very clean and nice.

Would be 4.5 stars. Great view nice food, reasonably close to the city centre. The rooms are a bit small but tidy and neat. Overall recommended if you don't look for pure luxury.

This is one of my favorite location in Eger. It is a fantastic location right next to the castle wall in the middle of downtown. You can feel the history and the culture radiates from the walls of the building! Actually it is an interesting fact that they used some of the stones from the castle when the hotel was built. Even during Covid they are creative to offer some drinks outside for the tourists...

Fantastic tasty Hungarian food, excellent service. Probably the prices a bit high, but it's in a central location. Card payment accepted without any issue. Waiters speak German, English and of course Hungarian. Highly recommended for a nice dinner!

The food and dining experience in general was the best part about this hotel. The quality of the rooms should be brought up to the quality of the restaurant. But everything was fine the staff is kind and energetic in general.

Good location and good-sized rooms. Clean. As other reviewers have mentioned, some details in the bathrooms need attention. Good but limited breakfast buffet (no fruit or yoghurt). Good value.

We had a pleasant stay here. Staff was really friendly and service minded. They prepared the sauna and jacuzzi for use and we received muffins upon check-out. Rooms are a bit dated, but facilities are nevertheless still fine. Would come back when around.

Quiet hotel at 5 min walk to the castle, baths or center. Very kind and smiling staff. Tasty and affordable restaurant although was closed a bit early

Great customer experience. People working in the reception are amazing - very friendly, helpfull and just...warm:) They made our stay in Eger much better. Also - rooms are clean and nice looking, they have AC, breakfast is ok (one of the best scrumbeld eggs I ate in a hotel!). At the end of the stay we got muffins that were just delicious:) Thanks!!!

Great hotel! We had a very good time there. The people is amazing and really helpful. We felt very welcome along our stay. Also the breakfast was good.

#Hotel# This hotel was good enough, not perfect, but good. One part of the staff were professionals, one part were I think students who couldn't write a bill. The breakfast was good, not too varied, but good. Coffee was average. The beds were a bit shaky, but comfortable. The location was perfect, very close to Eger termal baths, like 400-500 meters.

Good value. It is part of the university that provide hotel accommodation as a work term training for students in Hotel Management. Its is great for vocation stay. Staff are friendly and rooms are tidy and clean. Air condition keeps the room cool even under extreme heat. Location is great with walking distance to the thermal bath and Dobo ter which is the centre of town. Highly recommended.

I can't stress enough how friendly and accommodating the staff was. The breakfast buffet was simple but had plenty of food to fill up every morning. It's a quick walk to everything in Eger. My only complaint is that the AC did not work very well. Overall, nice hotel with a great staff.
