We had a lovely time in this hotel. Everything is easily accessible. Because its located in the center of the town. Very comfortable, clean with super friendly staff. Highly recommended. Has a private parking possibility what we preferred. We were very happy with everything

An acceptable hotel and overall a good experience. The best thing was the friendliness and helpfulness of most of the staff. In these Covid times, there was almost no effort made to encourage distancing or sanitising, particularly in the buffet restaurant. We had a sizeable room with good bathroom facilities. One of the greatest adult-friendly hotels in Hungary. Staff is very polite and welcoming. Spa is relatively big with different pools and saunas. There is a free of charge option to go to Eger city spa as well. Both breakfast and dinner are fantastic. Rooms are modern, clean and spacious. Amongst my favorite hotels of the country, highly recommended.

Great hotel with pretty nice service. The wellness section is OK and the wine cellars next to the hotel are amazing. The only bad thing is the basement rooms view looks more to the parking lot then the cellars

The staff were friendly and always happy to help. The facilities were excellent and set in an idyllic location just around the corner from the famous wine caves/cellars serving "Eger Bull's Blood". The hotel restaurant is just across the road from the hotel and serves excellent food (and wine) and as a hotel guest you get a discount for dining between 7pm and 10pm. We would recommend to stay here.

It is difficult to use slippers inside because of the park's architecture - you enter the pool inside, but exit outside and then you have to cross an area to enter another pool. We only used their spa facility. Many pools, nicely maintained. Separate cold-warm water pools to improve your circulation! Such a shame that the salt-hill next to the hotel is severely neglected, looks dirty and pretty awful now.

Hard to rate it because of the huge contrasts. Unbelievably abundant and delicious food but totally worn-out and old infra everywhere. They just can't keep it clean. So the catering is 5 the infra is 1, the cleanliness is 2. The staff friendliness and helpfulness are 4.

This is one of my favorite location in Eger. It is a fantastic location right next to the castle wall in the middle of downtown. You can feel the history and the culture radiates from the walls of the building! Actually it is an interesting fact that they used some of the stones from the castle when the hotel was built. Even during Covid they are creative to offer some drinks outside for the tourists...

Fantastic tasty Hungarian food, excellent service. Probably the prices a bit high, but it's in a central location. Card payment accepted without any issue. Waiters speak German, English and of course Hungarian. Highly recommended for a nice dinner!

We had a pleasant stay here. Staff was really friendly and service minded. They prepared the sauna and jacuzzi for use and we received muffins upon check-out. Rooms are a bit dated, but facilities are nevertheless still fine. Would come back when around.

Great customer experience. People working in the reception are amazing - very friendly, helpfull and just...warm:) They made our stay in Eger much better. Lovely hotel which is in the center. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and breakfast was good. Only problem is voice isolation between rooms.
