Thought we treat ourselves to a soup, soup was excellent but was very expensive but then again our own fault for not checking price first. It is the perfect place for an pvernight stay along your travels via Western Hungary. The place is clean, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is good. The heating requires to be looked at. It has been cold in room.

The food is very delicious, the staff is nice and the place is very cozy and lovely.

Great size, epic taste for all food! We were there with 4 people, 2 men and 2 women, the dishes were perfect for all of us. Prices are very fit, not too much! Great service, we were paid attention at all the time not needing to wait any for order plus things. So so nice and fantastic staff! Thank you so much

Tried some local dish Zala dödöle, which are potatoes dumplings seasoned with fried diced bacon and onion and sour cream. It's a strong energetic dish which was eaten by peasants, so nothing fancy. It tasted great and authentic. Tap beer and coffee all at a fair price.

Clean, new and tidy place! Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. But the shower drain was clogged. The TV is paid.

Stayed at Alenso guesthouse for 2 weeks and had a amazing time. Everything was perfect, clean rooms, great location, and the staff was very helpful with everything i needed. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect to relax. I will be staying there again in December...... Highly recommended to all.

We made reservations through booking, we had a delux suite. Everything as described, spacious comfortable apartment with air conditioning. You can walk for dinner to the nearby vineyards. Recommended. Nice service, speaks English.

Fantastic place ! Quiet street , big rooms

Apartments very large with balconies, large air-conditioning in the living room (included), spacious kitchen and bathroom. One star is removed for lack of cleanliness (rooms are cleaned maybe once every six months). Location very good, only the backyard could have been bigger.

Been there twice for two weeks. Clean, friendly staff. The room has a kitchenette. Entrance to the building with an individual card - key. The main disadvantage is no air conditioning. A large fan does not help in the heat.

For a few years after the transfer, it was considered a very good and modern hotel, and the market price was always lower than the others. Our apartment had sleeper couch and two single beds. No air-con. Not good ventilation. 2 fans were going 24/7. Lots of counter space and plug sockets. No lighting in bedroom other than small insignificant lamp, neither of which worked properly. Fridge is great. We made sandwiches and obviously tea and coffee. Appreciated apartment being serviced every day. Clean towels daily. Beds comfy and linen...

The accommodation was basically fine, the key can be picked up at the hotel in the neighboring street, breakfast is also available there. The room was nice big and clean, the bed was comfortable. It can be very hot in the summer due to the rooftop layout. It can be confusing at dawn that the blinds on the skylight are not completely passable, the light filtered in at the edge at dawn. Very close to the lake. Reception, breakfast etc is in another building in another street. Appr. 200 meters away.

In general, we enjoyed our stay, we had a room for 2 persons with a small kitchenette and a big terrace. Our kid really appreciated garden toys provided by a host. The place was quiet and private, we actually didn't see any other quests there, but maybe it's because of corona crisis. The host Krisztina is very friendly and welcoming.

Very good accommodation, with few hosts. It has a beautiful large garden, and everything in Hévíz can be reached with a relatively short walk. Let's say the settlement is not that big. The accommodation is on the route of the National Blue Tour. We got a fairly well-equipped room, and the cleanliness was absolutely fine.

Owner is super nice, beds and bathroom clean. Fridge and kitchen is also super. Especially the apartments at the top are great. The penthouses look freshly renovated. With my best recommendation.

Older hotel with great personnel with decent rooms but little bit too far from heviz lake... Food was also fine and also saunas and jacuzzi.

Nice friendly clean hotel but a good walk out of town. You need a taxi as it is very hilly.

Quite good food but also quite expensive.
