Unfortunately, out of all the hotels in Hungary that I stayed in, this has to the worst one. This was due to the rooms, restaurant and lack of cleanliness. The bathroom was full of rust and the room was so old fashion. The bed narrow as really too soft. The entire hotel was not welcoming. Unfortunately and clearly, I can not recommend this hotel. The only plus side was the friendly staff.

Pool broke when then, scratchedy whole leg.
Food was okay but seemed angry when was running low. Staff probably are the worst, least attentive group of people I have ever seen anywhere.

The hotel does not deserve one star. It is not normal for a 4-star hotel not to have air conditioning when outside temperatures exceed 35 degrees. The food is monotonous and not healthy with a lot of fat! The pool is too chlorinated! The rooms are old fashioned with many broken things, especially in the bathroom! Regarding the cleaning, I can say that in 4 days they cleaned and changed the towels once! Conclusion: I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

Very comfortable and with lots of extra's like swimming pool and sauna. Great diner and breakfast buffet, all you can ask for. Had a wonderful short stay and will surely come back next time I'm in Cegléd.

The only pro: the receptionist was friendly and patient.
Take your own soap! According to the receptionist, the new management doesn't care about buying soap. If they save money on soap, we can only imagine what else they cheapskate about... maybe other cleaning products are no available as well... or maybe the food is not that fresh...
Rooms: outdated, with weird spots on the carpet and you can feel all the springs poking in the mattress.
Bathroom: old, not exactly clean...
Wellness area: doesn't work, it's been out for some time now according to other people's reviews.
Breakfast: ok
Dinner: ok. The waiters don't care about serving drinks. You need to go after them to get a beer.

Very kind staff. The wellness area nice and comfortable! Temperature of the pools are very good! There is a very good thermal water pool. We had a cheaper room on the 3rd floor. The room was a bit "old school" and "worn out". One of the curtain was missing on the windows. I complained about the shower cabin's drain blockage and the missing curtain after the first night. The technical staff solved the drainage but they did not replaced the missing curtain. We spent four night there.

Nice hotel, in a great location for families, as in the summer months the next-door activity centre, a large water world with slides and pools, opens up. The town centre is a full 7km away, so not ideal if you want to stroll to town for dinner or after it. As for the accommodation itself at the time of my travel, Covid restrictions made my stay much less pleasant, since none of the hotel's facilities (sauna, pool, etc. were open). Likewise, breakfast was a room service with overfried eggs, supersweet orange juice with a thick syrupy sediment on the bottom, crumbly and dry bread. So all in all, not the best experience, but that's mainly related to Covid restrictions. What's not related to Covid are the beds, which are rubbery and bouncy, and the pillows that have apparently seen better days and have no life left in them.
I'm sure this is one of the best hotels in the area and in better conditions it might get a better evaluation, but as it currently stands 4 stars are already a bit of a stretch.

Cozy rooms and a nice bath. Food was good, but based on it's stars I expected less monotony.
