Excellent destination for a relaxing holiday. Peaceful environment, spacious rooms, and excellent, healthy food prepared with care - the dinner was the best part of our stay! The spa area is almost empty (stayed in May) and there are plenty of chairs/loungers.

Not sure how they got a 4 star rating; rather 3 star in my opinion. It's all about the thermal water, which they've done nicely. Dinner is buffet style, with very limited choice. It's a real mass place... Room was quite disappointing. Quite run down, spider webs on door opening, mold in the shower. Had a room that sleeps 4. Double bed ok, sofabed terrible. Internet constantly dropping in the room....

We had a really nice weekend at the Park Inn Hotel in Zalakaros, it's really one of the best hotels in Hungary Their cuisine is simply delicious, huge selection and the All inclusive is just the icing on the cake. The rooms are average, but OK on the whole. Food selection is quite limited, especially during the evenings, and there have been occasional quality issues (e.g. one evening the French fries seemed to be leftovers). They charge very hefty prices for all drinks. Infrasauna not working, the other saunas are OK. The pool is quite small.

The best goulash I ever had in my life and in general dinner and breakfast was amazing. Most of the guests were older people which I personally really like and the staff was very friendly, rooms are nice but as a recommendation renovation would not be bad idea.😉

2nd year in a row at this property. We really enjoyed staying here... nice walk to centre of town or to the thermal lake of Heviz, rooms are comfortable (a bit dated) and breakfast/dinner also nice. This is the most cost-effective hotel in our entire trip, with the lowest price and breakfast and dinner included. The hotel has hot springs, but we didn't prepare for hot springs because we were a little hesitant about mixed bathing for men and women. The room was very big.

The wellness area is nice and tidy, but other than that, I can't say too much good. What made me write a review is that one of the ladies with glasses in the restaurant regularly publicly criticizes the guests who have just left, which I think is extremely humiliating.

Very satisfied. The room is a bit old and simple, just like ordinary hot spring hotels in China, but clean, with complete facilities, and no slippers. The restaurant is delicious! The hotel itself does not have hot springs, but it has SPAs. It is also very close to the Heviz Hot Springs, which is two or three minutes' walk away. There is a parking lot. Only adults are accepted.

We stayed for one night, the room was on the second floor. We really liked it. The only thing is that the shower is only overhead, and there were no shower caps, which is uncomfortable for guests with long hair.

Hotel was very nice, sauna was exceptionally good and hotel staff friendly and helpfull. But restaurant was below all expectations. In normal day, it was 1/3 full and it took 1h 20min to get food from daily menu. Tenderloin steak was first way over cooked to rubber, second try was well done+ despite specific request for medium. Waitress didn't tell that que was 1,5h and our evening plans were ruined

The woman who works in the restaurant warned me that I was not properly dressed for the restaurant and that next time I should not come as I was dressed! Apartments very large with balconies, large air-conditioning in the living room (included), spacious kitchen and bathroom. One star is removed for lack of cleanliness (rooms are cleaned maybe once every six months). Location very good, only the backyard could have been bigger.

In general, we enjoyed our stay, we had a room for 2 persons with a small kitchenette and a big terrace. Our kid really appreciated garden toys provided by a host. The place was quiet and private, we actually didn't see any other quests there, but maybe it's because of corona crisis. The host Krisztina is very friendly and welcoming.

Very good accommodation, with few hosts. It has a beautiful large garden, and everything in Hévíz can be reached with a relatively short walk. Let's say the settlement is not that big. The accommodation is on the route of the National Blue Tour. We got a fairly well-equipped room, and the cleanliness was absolutely fine.

We spent only a night in this hotel, it was great. We needed a quiet hotel with sauna near to our home. The receptionist speak good german, the food was delecious, and the coctails excellent. There are 2 rooms for children, both of it are on the ground floor, far from the guestsrooms.
