The hotel is located within a short walk of the metro station, tram, and bus routes. Easy walk to the Opera House, two historic synagogues, churches, dozens of restaurants, chocolate stores, and pubs and bars. We stayed here and decided to return the rented car, buy a daily transit pass or tickets, and save our money for other things.
Enjoyed using the spiral stairs instead of the elevator, it's an artwork in it's self.
Breakfast was beautifully served each morning, something available for anyone, no matter what nationality you are.
Great hotel.
Very bad service, workers are not nice at all.
Small rooms.
Very weak air conditioning.
Lame breakfast.
No air conditioning at all at the loby/ reaturant/ gym.
Very lame gym!
- Near a long street with a lot of options for coffee / Brunch / Souvenirs / Money Exchange
- Very comfortable rooms with heating , towels dryer in the bathroom, safe and frigobar
So after a week, you still have not yet stated out the reason of for ‘ACCEPTING THE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT By only asking your client to provide the PIN in the back of the credit card’.
Instead, you were still trying to argue that the payment itself was not over 1000 euros. It is funny that you are still not focusing on the main reason of how this incident happened. You cannot just blame every incidents without taking up the responsibility.
Moreover, I feel so disrespectful for a hotel that can disclose other personal information online without asking for their approval.
If that’s the way for how you operate a hotel and being a general manager of a hotel. You should be reconsidering of operating a hotel.
I don’t think it is reasonable for a 4star hotel to act in this way. The way you and your staff handled this incident, represent the attitude and the way you would treat your customers in the same way. I cannot find any reasons that you would act in a different way even if this incident did not happen.

It is funny that they left a comment below without mentioning the reason of accepting over a thousand Euro of “physical transaction” without checking of the credit card owner information.
And you can check the other customer comments below about the staff in this hotel stole money from their personal luggage. It’s super sketchy.

Be careful of this hotel, they would accept payment from someone who obviously not the credit card owner. And they will only tell you that they don’t have the security footage to check and made up nonsense like they used PIN to make the “physical” transaction, which it is my first time to hear that a company accept clients to make the Physical transaction with only three PIN on the credit card without checking and reviewing the credit card owner information
