Csöpi Panzió Hotel in Tihany

We stayed one night with my partner last year, and it was very pleasant.

The room was super clean, and the whole place looked brand new in general. The bed was very comfortable, and we had a roof window above it, so we could see the stars while lying in bed (while the sky was clear). At the time there was a huge storm at night, but the room still stayed quiet, despite the strong wind, lightning, and thunder. The shower and toilet also were extremely clean, and the towels were fresh and crispy.
The location is also amazing, it is on one of the main roads of Tihany. The Tihany Abbey is just around the corner, and one of the best lavender shops is next door. There are also several restaurants, ice-cream shops, cafés, and souvenir shops within a few minutes of walking distance. You can board the small tourist bus nearby and go to the bottom of the hill to the Balaton.
The price of the accomodation is also very reasonable, so it is a great value for money.

The only negative thing I can mention is that we had to wait half an hour for the owner to arrive, and he wasn't friendly. But this didn't spoil our stay, and we had a great holiday there. I definitely recommend it!

It is easily accessible due to its central location. The host is nice, the room is clean and tidy. There is some noise from the street, but it is a good choice for one night. The only drawback is that the water barely came out of the shower for us.

My husband and I spent a weekend at the Csöpi pension. The place is in a very frequented area, so everything is easily accessible. The room is nice, comfortable and clean. The owner is kind and helpful. We are fully satisfied. If we come to Tihany on vacation, we will definitely choose this accommodation again.
The only thing to pay attention to if we want to use the parking lot in the yard is that there are a lot of pedestrians who don't really want to stop and wait a few seconds to let us into the parking lot, and because of this, car traffic also has to be stopped.

The wifi in the room was very weak + I used to pay the daily parking fee of 3500ft. Apart from these, it is a pleasant little accommodation. :)

Nice stay. And an ideal location.
