Yesterday evening, around 21 hour, i asked at the reception for a double room, that appeared available also on booking, and the receptionist asked extra 30 euro and then refuzed to give me the room and sending me to another hotels.

The place was so nice and quiet. The room was clean, fully remodeled and with new furniture (and it smelled SO good). Also, the recepcionist gave us a warm welcoming and she was so nice to us, which we were thankful for after a long trip.

The Outside doesn't look so nice, this is the first view! But if you meet the Girls by your Check-in, the are so friendly, you see your Room, nice and clean! You can walk in 5 minuets to the Lake Balaton, to visit the Beach, find a good spot to eat and much more. Also the Breakfirst was good, and the parking spot is direkt in front of the Hotel.

The equipment is four stars but the quality is not. It looks nice at first sight, but when you look into details it is not. The rooms are clean, minimally equipped. The furnitures are not in a good conditions. There is no floor mat, any carpet on the floor, it was super cold. There was only one towel for person, they charged you extra if you asked for one for the spa. The wellnes is really small, but this is what they promised. In the bar there were only one bottle of white wine at 8 pm on Friday evening. And they had no any snacks. The breakfast was also low quality.

We booked a room wit my wife for just one night. We couldn't sleep at all because a bunch of Air Condition System Outdoor unit was under our window. We turned off our AC but it was not that. It was as if a tractor had been buzzing next to my head all night. I asked the receptionist what we can do but he said he can't help at all... We booked the room to sleep a night and we couldn't so my rating is 0.
