Super nice staff but the hotel is not worth the price. It’s basically a 2 star hotel.

Amazing hotel, very clean, great breakfast, and amazingly friendly staff.
I genuinely felt like being at home.
Oh, and was allowed to check in 4 hours before the official check-in time.
Two thumbs up, will be coming back.
P.S. although a controversial opinion, staying at a hotel with no crying babies around is such a breath of fresh air. :)

I loved my stay! The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, providing free water and nice coffee in the mornings. The suite was beautiful and very spacious. We had some issues with the curtains opening the first day, but the staff quickly addressed our issues. We were also able to store luggage before check-in and after check-out with no issues. The area the hotel is in is definitely not the nicest area of Eilat. It felt safe enough, but I wouldn't necessarily want to walk around alone as a female in that area. It's really close to the bus station though, which is convenient if you are traveling via bus. It's about a 20 minute walk from the beach and the boardwalk at the center of the town. There are buses that go quite close to the hotel though. All in all, I would stay again!

We stayed there during the incidents last Saturday (Oct 7 2023). They were super kind with us, allowing us to stay 2 more nights than originally planned as we were not able to drive to Tel Aviv. We appreciate how they managed to bring some calm in such a terrible situation. We’ll never forget the gesture.

Cute, comfortable hotel for a quick stay
Great little hotel for a quick stay in Eilat. Loved having Netflix access and a restaurant downstairs.

You have to walk through a crowded restaurant to find the checkin. The room controls are difficult to understand and don't work properly. The receptionist came to our room and asked for our remote control without explanation or return.

The staff were extremely helpful and positive. The restaurant was out of this world and everyone there made our dinner experience wonderful.

Great hotel , rooms are clean with fine details, service is excellent. Front dest was really helpful, Pavel and Angelina from reception was very nice, efficient and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and fine! Highly recommended from the Dekel group from Herzliya 💗will come back again

Hotel Staff were super nice
We had an amazing stay, the staff were super helpful and very nice. They let us check in early which was good for us because we could drop off our bags and explore the city!
