Disappointing Stay Due to Mismatched Information and Poor Service I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The information provided before booking did not match the reality at all. For example, the pool closing time was different than advertised, and I was asked to leave the pool earlier than expected. The gym was shown as a free facility, but it turned out there was an extra charge to use it, which was frustrating. Additionally, the breakfast was lacking - there were no cereal plates available, which seemed like a small but important detail overlooked. Overall, the service felt unorganized and inconsistent. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve guest experience in the future.

Enjoyed the hotel room very cooperative and polite staff. Located in a good place on the main walking riviera of Eilat with pool and exit to the beach. Dining room quite with good food.will come back soon.we are here with few friends first time.

We loved every thing, starts from the best service ever in Eilat, they realy made us feel taking care off, every day treated us with some kind of sweets, wine, baverege, upgraded our room to a bigger one, had even an hot tub, didnt want to leave the room, the hotel have a privet beach, no charge too. And a good spa and massage

Thank you Leonardo Plaza Team for the best stay I've ever had! The hospitality was amazing – the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was fantastic, with a huge variety of salty and sweet and it's definitely an Israeli breakfast that you can't find in Europe! The rooms were spacious, clean, and bed is really huge&comfortable. Restaurant as well was high quality, I deeply recommend the Greek salad. I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great getaway. Also thanks to Kobi the reception manager for answering all our requests with a smile! It was a true pleasure to communicate with him. Thanks for an unforgettable stay!

Very recomended The service was exallent, the room was big, also the bed, clean, each day with a new treat...close to the sea, to all stores, and shopping mall, big swimming pool, great spa been there, was great, will come again for sure, soon

My first vacation in Israel after Alyah, still had no friends or people more less close. But the vacation was incredible. This hotel was full of happy Israeli people and their enthusiasm and joy filled me with energy. The hotel staff is amazing and very caring people. I enjoyed breakfast and dinner and of course the sea and the beach and the little coral reef near the hotel. What can I say, I returned with a warm heart and full of amazing emotions. This hotel is incredibly good for companies and families but even lonely travellers as I was able to find a lot of joy and happiness where.

Its a bit old and need maintenance but the great location in the center of the center make up for it. The food is good minus, the pool is nice and the beach across the street is the best part

I would like to express my utmost appreciation for the Leonardo Plaza Hotel. My stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable, and the hospitality experience was impeccable. The rooms were luxurious and exceptionally clean, and the service provided by the staff was outstanding. The hotel staff was courteous and accommodating, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. The location of the hotel is excellent, with proximity to restaurants, cafes, and shops. Well where do I begin? We arrived at Leonardo plaza Eilat last Monday. From the minute we walked inside we were greeted first by security confirming we had a reservation. Then we went to the check in reception desk where we were greeted with a huge smile and good afternoon by Eli. That’s where I knew our stay was going to be great. Upon entering our room we walked into a room full of surprises. A bottle of wine, champagne, yummy treats etc etc. I’ve been to almost all the Leonardo hotels in Israel the Leonardo plaza Eilat by far is the best. Max at the bar gave us great service as well as Svetlana in the dining room. The cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms is wonderful. The food is absolutely delicious and plentiful. There is not one bad thing about this hotel. we were supposed to stay only 3 days but we extended our stay and stayed the whole week. Eli deserves recognition for his superb customer service. The hotel general manager is also very nice. She really knows how to run her hotel and she makes sure all her guests are happy. We can’t thank you enough staff at Leonardo plaza Eilat. Especially to Eli . See you again real soon. I am rating this hotel 100% I am giving Eli 100% best customer service Eli.
