I stayed 3 nights at The Savoy. The rooms are clean. The service was good, some clerks better than others. The breakfast was great: lox and bread, tuna salad, cheese, and omelettes and cappuccino.
The hotel is across the street from the beach and a lovely boardwalk for long walks and great food and scenery.
Being from Los Angeles, I appreciated the staff helping me secure rides to museums and restaurants and even to the airport.
Highly recommended.

★If you’re looking for the worst customer service in Tel Aviv, this is the place for you.
★If you’re looking for a room with a broken floorboards and safety hazards (the old lady at the savoy and by14 explained that they’re old hotels so what do you expect?) this is the place for you.
★ If you’re looking to send your laundry out during a war with no official price quote, and get it back being expected to pay hundreds of dollars, this is the place for you.
★ If you’re looking to use the stairs because the elevator rarely works, this is the place for you.

I've NEVER had better service than at this sweet little gem of a hotel. Its side street location (steps from the beach) makes it preferable to the beach- front hotels. The fresh Israeli breakfast is really good (with, again, outstanding service from nice people)

While the hotel may not be the most modern or updated property in Israel, what it offers is a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and unwind.
From the moment you arrive, the hospitality stands out—Eli, Raphael, and Natalie are exceptional team members who go above and beyond.
When I’m here I love enjoying the sunset views from the rooftop.
The location is another major highlight: just steps from the beach and nestled in a unique, vibrant neighborhood filled with great shops, charming cafés, and fantastic restaurants—all within easy walking distance. The daily breakfast is fresh and satisfying, and the 24/7 coffee machine in the lobby always comes in handy.
I’ve stayed here three times and fully intend to return whenever I’m back in Tel Aviv.
While the hotel may not be the most modern or updated property in Israel, what it offers is a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and unwind.

When we arrived at the hotel we were shown our room which looked ok, during the evening we noticed problems with the balcony doors which we thought we fixed. However, during the night we didn’t sleep as the doors wouldn’t close properly and wouldn’t lock, the house was so loud!!! We then asked the hotel to help move us to another room as we didn’t feel safe with the doors not locking properly, the other room that was shown to us had the same problems.

Everyone here is really kind and helpful. The room is a little small, but so cozy, clean and I love having a balcony and included breakfast. It is an extra bonus to be 2 minutes from the beach !

We booked The Savoy for a 6 night stay primarily due to its central location, and knowing we would be out most of the day as we have been to Tel Aviv before. However, we checked out after just 10 hours and found accommodation elsewhere. The lobby/entrance level, and all hallways on the room levels have an absolutely terrible and unbearable smell. Hallways were dark and musty. Rooms had extremely limited closet space, small, outdated bathrooms, and leaking A/C units that we heard during the night (same in two rooms). I would say the pictures are very misleading, as given what I saw in person, I would never have booked the property. Would equate this to a 1 stay motel, not a Boutique Hotel as it attempts to portray itself. The only benefit to this property is it’s central location to Jaffa/Dizengoff, and the beach.

We stayed here mid-July, 2023 and loved the location and the staff are the best! This was our first time visiting Tel-Aviv and the central location and proximity to the beach (one block) are perfect! The staff including, Natalie, Jojo, Alara and Elam made our stay easy and were helpful with restaurant recommendations, securing taxi service, and answer a plethora of questions. The available daily breakfast is second to none, and includes fresh fruit, cheeses, pastries and all the coffee you'll need to power your visit. Great place to stay for your visit!

We have spent one night here. The hotel is in an excellent location. The room was ok, but quite noisy. During the night other guest were having party on the corridor that was really annoying. The most problematic part was the transfer to the airport. We asked the hotel to order a taxi. We asked the price in advance that was confirmed as beeing 180 ILS. The taxi was there in time. We asked help to find out our terminal and the taxi driver looked on some webpage and sait it should be Terminal 3. It was not. We were left on Terminal 3 but our flight was leaving from Terminal 1. Moreover although the price communicated by the hotel was 180 ILS, the driver insisted that his price is 200 ILS and he comminicated his price to the Hotel.

If you are looking to be very near the beech on a budget this is your spot! The hospitality here is wonderful. They are so accommodating and even leave little gifts in your room. We stayed here over a week so we got the best rate. They also have beech towels available. We would for sure stay next time we are in Tel Aviv!
