A good value for the price - so do not be too strict about the rooms (which are really getting old, but it’s kind of a style 😁).
The food is delicious ! Lunches and dinners with service at your table - wow. Breakfast is ok… could be better.
The pool with this hot water is sooo relaxing.
And the Gala dinner with music was fun !
So these are amenities that are included in the room price. The mud treatments and massages are extra.
So I was so excited about my 55 minutes massage which costed me 55€ ( which is a half of the room rate!). And how DISAPPOINTED I was with the poor massage that I had done by a young tall dark haired girl with piercings. Firstly she my appointment was late for 15 minutes ! But the massage finished 10 minutes before it should ! So in total instead of 55 minutes I got only 30 for the price of 55 !!
The girl did not put any relaxing music, her massage was just moving her hands up and down on my body. I noticed that she was using her phone with one hand while doing my “massage”. And the worst part - she was eating grapes and spitting the seeds into the sink also during my back “massage” !!!
What a DISASTER. I did NOT enjoy my massage at all.
Avoid this girls for your treatments, as it is a waste of your money. Chose another person.

The rooms are almost ancient but enough clean, pool area good.

The best hotel in Abano Terme. A nice and helpful staff, delicious foods, wonderful thermal water and swimming pool. I highly recommend it for couples and families.

The exterior according to me it would have to be restored, but the interior is absolutely fantastic. I have not seen the rooms since I was the guest on the day of the terme. The baths offer a truly relaxing stay. The staff is very courteous and professional

It's just absurd. My worst experience at Abano Terme.
We booked a night at the Terme Internazionale via a coupon from 139 Euro. The coupon included a Saturday night in a double room with access to the spa/pool and a so-called "massage" mobile a person. After the booking of the coupon (i.e. you have already paid for!) for email there are specified the conditions of the stay, the less doubtful for a Hotel that wants to be on a price range high:
1) the "massage" mobile is not done by any operator, but it is a series of lodges hot tub to the pool to be usable by all users. In fact, for anyone who is a regular customer of the spa, the "massage" mobile is the series of small whirlpools to pool in all the facilities.
2) the access to the pool/spa is limited in time 24 hours check-in (except for the extension for the modest sum of 45 Euros). The front desk staff, upon check-in, prepares himself to provide to the customer a card with the time limit of access to the pool area. This fact seemed to us very absurd, especially since all the other hotels in Abano Terme that we have hosted to provide access to a swimming pool throughout the day of the departure (no extra charge).
3), Bathrobe, slippers and pool towels are for rent for 15 Euro per person. Still, treatment non-existent in all the other facilities that I visited.
4) Dinner on the Saturday. At the turn of the seconds we were served last, and at the request of two dishes of vegetables and the waiter prepares a unique dish with the excuse not to create "confusion" on the table" but in reality because the cart was finished.
5) the Bathroom. I am a man of height and normal build, and yet the service was so near the wall that the knees there were.
Ultimately, at 11.00 am on the day of departure, we preferred to leave rovinandoci the end of the week.

We chose this hotel for the second time . Welcoming and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Swimming pools are very beautiful and gorgeous in the park. Very good service, good restaurant. Two steps from the pedestrian area of Abano. Recommended

Arrived.. With an outdoor temperature of 34°Heat. Go in the bedroom trying to get to sleep, but you find that the air conditioner goes on and off.. Then you get up and you restart it two or three times four, because it will turn on and turn off after a short time .. you do Not understand you do not know... At 5.20 in the morning after a sleep at the spa, and seen from the Hall we do not have response down. Why? We had to tell him that we wanted the air conditioning. Then there is the unlock. ?!?!?!

Good location, the breakfast was ok, the personnel not too kind but on average not bad. The sauna is small, but the pool quite big with a suggestive outside part. It is ok for an overnight stay and no more
