Hotel Terme Internazionale in Abano Terme

So I go back to the hotel after 3 years I hardly recognize it a pity, neglected, not renovated. Broken outdoor pool flooring. Bottom of tub with floor that comes off. Disappointing colo ions not on par with other 4* sin

Very uncomfortable mattresses
It appears that the mattresses have not been updated since it was built.

I book with my wife for two days of relaxation upon arrival the hotel looks quite good you can see the years it has the reception is quite good we arrive in the room it's hot to death 2 pm I follow the instructions for the climate but nothing done I call the reception and they tell me to send to see us in the meantime we go to the swimming pool area and here I open a parenthesis that is quite nice but half of the whirlpools do not work all the grids around the pool are black indoor pool with moss and algae full of insects preposterous beds in rigid plastic more broken than fixed we go back to the room around 6pm still hot I call the reception we are waiting for the technician.
