The most magical place in Florence surrounded by beautiful green hills. Extremely friendly staff and excellent service. Loved every minute of it

Great rooms, great service, extremely nice and friendly staff. And most importantly perfect location and AMAZING view with a private piece of land for a nice walk or a jog in the morning.

I booked this summer for my clients at Villa La Massa and it was breathtaking. Every corner of the hotel was magical. The service and attention was impeccable. They upgraded my clients to the next category. They gave them welcome amenity in each room. For dinner, they made a personalized and exclusive dinner for them.

We had a great stay at Villa La Massa. The service was exceptional, the breakfast was ample, delicious and a diverse selection. The accommodations are very comfortable, amongst a tranquil setting. It was really great to be 10km out of busy Florence.

My only suggestions is the food could be better given the price tag. And it’s be great if the return shuttle would go to 10pm instead of 8pm.

The service of the front desk manager Tamara Trambusti was wonderful. She suggested shopping places and made sure our transfer by train to Venice went smoothly with our large amount of luggage. A local restaurant suggestion was also appreciated. We liked the property so much we spent four nights there instead of our booking for two nights. All in all a very relaxing stay made possible by the wonderful team. As a Virtuoso property and our being a member of Virtuoso the added value of upgrade and meal credit completed the experience

Really enjoyed my time here. The amenities and pool were fantastic and the grounds were beautiful as well. Food options were plentiful though we didn’t try the high end restaurant. Location is convenient to Florence as well as wineries to the south. I would highly recommend

It’s a wonderful hotel, certainly in our top 5. We love the location. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner is excellent. The pool is spectacular. We wish we could have stayed longer. The room could have been cooler at night but that may be due to the extremely hot weather. We’ll be back!
