Hotel Firenze Number Nine

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring. The location was fantastic—right in the center of the city, with easy access to popular sights, dining, and shopping.

The reception team was very helpful, providing useful information and answering all our questions with a friendly attitude. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Overall, this hotel offered everything we needed for a comfortable, hassle-free city stay. Highly recommended!

We had 2 rooms. The breakfast and room service menu are limited and not worth it. The street side room was very noisy with late night revelers and pedestrian activities. We enjoyed massages at the spa. The decor was wondeful.

- This hotel is very unique, if you're into astrology and niche style you should stay here. The hotel ambiance takes you into a world of modern but ancient world.
Pros:
- The breakfast captures the essence of Florence and qualifies as high tea.
- Interior design is described as sentimental modernism.
- The location is amazing as you're in the centre of anything you might want to do in Florence.
Cons:
- The windows are quite thin and you can hear the noises from the street, if you're a light sleeper take that into account.
- There are strong scents in the rooms and hallways which I personally enjoyed, although might be too strong for those with allergies or those sensitive strong scents.

This hotel is a complete gem. I’m not sure where to even start. Everything was done with excellent attention to detail. The staff and reception are incredibly helpful, and always willing to find solutions to your problems. The gym is one of the best hotel gyms I’ve seen (for a hotel of this size). Just excellent all around

TLDR: A beautiful curated hotel with extremely attentive staff and nice rooms.

I stayed in the junior suite and all I can say it was incredibly nice and I would stay again when I revisit Florence. The staff were very attentive and clarified items quite quickly even offering drinks for a while when we entered during the 35+ degree weather and the included breakfast was very nice.

The cleaning staff were incredibly nice, we needed to pop in whilst they were cleaning for our items and the lady was very nice working around us.

Emma was an amazing masseuse, and the massage facilities were wonderfully relaxing, I went every day that I was there and I would highly recommend. They come to your room door and walk you down to the massage which is great if you tend to get lost and stops you from waiting at the counter. For the spa I'd recommend you go during your stay!

In general a wonderful boutique hotel I'd say more 4 star than 5 star. In terms of any let downs there really wasn't anything barring VERY SMALL elements i.e. the spa jets for the foot bath only working on two, ordering a breakfast yoghurt without nuts and recieving it with 2/3 nuts and room wise:

the wardrobe door not closing all the way, the mini fridge not being cold enough (personal preference of mince so do take with a grain of salt) and the shower having mild rust on the outside but other than that everything really was amazing.

All in all I would definitely recommend a stay here!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Florence with big spacious rooms. Fully renovated, it combines modernity with coziness. Expect all the services of a 5-star property. The location is unbeatable, just a 2-minute walk from the center.

Revisited this fine establishment 4 or 5 times now after taking pot luck with a card booking system.

Nothing short of superb. Spectacular yet thoughtful decor. Easy but professional staff. Luxurious services lacking ostentation.

Combined with a perfect location easily my favourite spot.

At the risk of over complimenting the owners, who are regularly there to speak with, the new extension is simply inspired. Takes the theme and elevates the whole place.

In my view No.9 should be at the top of your list for a stay in Florence.

Will be returning as frequently as is possible. A hotel that adds to your stay rather than being a functional element of your holiday.

This hotel is clean, new, and has a cool funky/artsy vibe. And the location can’t be beat. There are cheaper options available, but I would still highly recommend this place. The rooms are great, and the staff is super friendly and helpful.
