The location is very great, as it is close to the central train station and surrounded by stores and restaurants. The staff is nice and can communicate well in English.

Nearby main train station and meeting point for group tours.
Breakfast included and laundry facilities on site, however we paid more and got a local laundrette do it to save time, just drop off and pick up same day about a 2 minute walk.
Within walking distance to great restaurants (loved harbor crew) literally seconds away with terrific service and pasta in the same street.
Actually there’s also a great indoor market around the corner too where the flea market sellers are, try avoid them as they are crap quality and pushy so go inside or the nearby shops, basically buy off the locals, you should be able to spot them out.
I totally love Florence for its beauty and less annoying street sellers compared to Rome
Hop on/off bus is worth trying out one day too

Myself and my friend both 22 yrs old visited for a vacation!! Upon arrival we were greeted by an extremely polite young man.. Great english ( as that’s all i and my friend speak) and helped us with everything. Room was bigger than expected and had a beautiful window ( our view was the playground) but the window did not disappoint. We felt extremely safe, as well as the location is great! we walked about 15-30 minutes MAX, for everything we visited! Convenience store across the street that sells drinks, wine toiletries candy gum and just a few snack items. Shower was great, pressure as well as temperature. We had a package with breakfast included but sadly didn’t make it down once so cannot comment on that. Air conditioning was a must as we took multiple breaks just to come back and cool off. Mini fridge included as well as a safe and a small rack to hang clothes. Only downfall is no body mirror (as a young girl you just always want one)!
We checked out at 5:30 am and had no problems as someone is always at the desk! Great experience and if returning to florence will 110% be back at Hotel mia and Cara! :))))

I was there in Feb 2022. The location is very close to the train station and is in the walking distance from the attractions.
There’s breakfast included in the room price. They also offer luggage storage before and after staying.

We stayed in the 1st floor, the room is nice it have AC and a nice bathroom.
At night you can hear weird sounds from the pipes , and since the curtains are not blackout it was hard for me to sleep.
A huge advantage of this hotel is the location is close to the train station not mentioning that includes breakfast :)

Bonus --- there is a terrace on the third floor with a nice view of Dome and Tower.
However, this is not the Hotel's fault, if you leave windows open there are mosquitos in Florence. To have a good sleep better to close the windows and leave the AC on.

Convenient location, good breakfast, good hygiene and environment

Loved the location, very central and close to the station. The service was brilliant! Everything was very clean, made us feel safe in this COVID-19 times.

A simple hotel near the central station and the historical centre, the central market of Florence which is wonderful. The hotel has very comfortable rooms, spacious bathroom, a tv and a computer in the room and air conditioning. The breakfast is very good and the staff is very nice and helpful. Very good quality for the price.
