We had an amazing stay. The staff is very welcoming, and sat us down with cappuccinos and fresh water while explaining the hotel amenities. The location is superb. We got massages which were also excellent and reasonably priced! The included breakfast is vast and includes fresh fruit, pastries, breads, and a juicer. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I had an amazing stay at the Golden Tower Hotel & Spa in Florence. Amanda, the receptionist, welcomed us warmly and provided an excellent orientation of Florence and its surroundings, making our trip even more enjoyable. She was incredibly helpful in suggesting things to do, and her knowledge of the area was impressive. Nami, her colleague, was also very helpful throughout our stay. The hospitality we received from both Amanda and Nami truly made our experience at the hotel memorable. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Golden Tower! The staff were all exceptional, the room was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious! The location was also in an excellent location and within walking distance of everything we did. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer. We will definitely be back!

I highly recommend staying at Golden Tower in Florence. It is clean, the staff is very friendly, professional and accommodating. They have a turn down service every night. The rooms are very clean and have all the amenities you need. Nami at the front desk was very welcoming when we arrived tired from our journey. She offered us water both on arrival and departure for our journey. Breakfast is included with a large variety of fruits, meats, pastries and fresh squeezed juice of any kind. They also offer eggs any way you want. The Cappuccino was delicious!
The location is ideal within walking distance to many restaurants and museums but far enough away to not be bothered by people passing by.
You can have the front desk get a taxi to the train station or where you would like to go.
We will stay here again if we come back to Florence.

I have never had a better experience at a hotel!! This place felt like home away from home. The beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was amazing fresh squeezed juice every morning. My friend and I absolutely will be back!! You can't beat the location!! The staff was also very friendly and helpful!!

The breakfast is fantastic to say the least. An imaginative chef who will create the perfect dinner with his dishes. The bartender knows how to recommend the most suitable wines. All the staff are very helpful and pleasant. Last but not least is the dream spa.

The hotel location is fantanstic. The people are very sweet. The service is worth a 5 stars hotel!!
Don't forget to privatise the spa, it's worth it, especially the tropical rain shower, the smell is incredible.

Wonderful stay close to all of the sights! Rooms are well kept, staff was wonderful and the hotel has small touches to make your stay more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again someday!
