The St. Regis Florence

An absolutely stunning property with even better service. Before checking in the team reached out and asked what brought us to Florence. I told them we were coming for my partner's graduation from law school. Upon checking in the room was decorated for a full graduation party along with the most thoughtful amenities. Our butler also picked up my favorite beverage that I know is not stocked on property.

Along with amazing service and a great location, these rooms are truly old school Italian style. Our suite was grand and covered in stunning frescos with the perfect view of the Arno.

The staffs make you feel like old friends! Very passionate ! Breakfast is good with fresh squeeze fruit & vegetable juice , fresh fruits, succulent omelets, lot variety fresh made pastries , especially the croissant crema ! U can taste and see vanilla seeds in the crema! 😋

Incredible experience and staff. We arrived early and they contacted the staff immediately and prioritized cleaning our room so we could check-in early. Breakfast was delightful and set in a beautiful room on a balcony. Location is easy walking distance to everything.

Our stay at the St. Regis Florence was nothing short of exceptional. The room was beautifully designed, spacious, and offered breathtaking views of the Arno River—a picture-perfect location to immerse ourselves in the beauty of Florence. The level of hospitality from all the staff was unparalleled, but the highlight was undoubtedly the incredible butler service from Elena. From bringing us coffee every morning or any part of the day, to providing bandaids and printing service, pressing clothes, and offering insightful recommendations on how to enjoy the city, she made our stay flawless. The valet service/ greeters at the front were always so friendly and attentive, ensuring every detail was taken care of. They would offer umbrellas if they thought it may rain, helped us get taxis, and opened our doors, making sure we got in safely. All the staff we encountered, such as the front desk, housekeeping, and people working the breakfast stations, all were so incredibly nice to us and always greeted us with a smile. We felt so comfortable here. This was, without a doubt, the best hotel experience we've ever had and we compare it to other hotel stays all the time. No competition- this one always wins!

This hotel is ultra luxury and feels like your in a dream!! Service is number one priority here. The food is so fresh and plenty of good food Our butlers were so attentive and are at your beck and call 24/7. Located close to the canal with beautiful views of Florence. You don't want to miss staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed two nights in this beautiful hotel. The staff were so welcoming and our dog thoroughly enjoyed the fuss that was made of her throughout our stay. Our room was stunning and so comfortable, with an enormous bed, decent soundproofing and environmentally friendly toiletries. We overlooked the river, with a beautiful skyline and parkland beyond. The breakfast was great, with very attentive service. I celebrated a birthday during my stay and was gifted some delicious chocolates and a birthday card. Evening drinks in the bar area were wonderful, with generous nibbles. From the moment we arrived to the moment of departure the staff couldn't have worked harder to make our stay special. Thank you for this wonderful stay in Florence.

Want to stay somewhere that truly delivers on the Grand Hotel experience? Look no further...the St. Regis is that place. The history, location, rooms, appointments, service, food, hospitality? Five stars on all points.

A family of four (two teenagers), we had two suites for three days/two nights, and arriving jet lagged from a red-from the states, the St. Regis team went to work to get us settled, situated, and ready to relax and enjoy all Firenze had to offer. The location is ideal, with nearly everything signicant with an easy walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed the stroll back along the river ech evening as the sun went down and restaurants filled up.

Of note; we did not eat in the restaurant downstairs, but the other reviewers are right - di not miss the breakfast here. Everything was outstanding, and it was the perfect start to every morning for all four of us. Also of note; one of our daughters has celiac disease, and the host and kitchen staff went out of their way to ensure she had as wondeful a brunch experience as the rest of us each morning...preggo!

One imagines what it was like when the Astor family established their idea of a Grand Hotel...onky in this case, you need not imagine...the St Regis delivers.

Treat yourself to the style and romance here; you will not be disappointed.

Oh how I miss the St. Regis in Florence!
Everyone is professional. The rooms are beautifully decorated , breakfast buffet so very yummy and we had butler service which I highly recommend.
Turn down service with delicious chocolates.
Their soap, shampoo and lotion are fabulous.
Location along the river is also a big plus!

Couldn’t ask for a better location. The suite was stunning. Service was excellent. Our suite has a beautiful bedroom with living room and big closet area plus our bathroom has both a tub and a shower and two sinks. I love a room with a desk for working and this room had a beautiful one y stocked with paperclips and pencils and lens.

Stunning property right along the river! A great location with everything within walking distance! The rooms are beautiful, service exceptional. A shout out and thank you to Anna who absolutely went above and beyond not only to tell us about the property but to give us some history on our surname in Florence and surrounds. She gave us hints and tips as to where to go! Absolutely loved our stay and only wish it’d been longer!
