Sisan Family Resort

First time in this hotel with family, and we were completely satisfied with the well-appointed apartments, nothing missing from the kitchen, everything new and super clean! My 6 year old had a great time in the pools. Attentive and friendly staff, pizza in the restaurant is very good. I recommend to all families with young children. We will definitely be back.

We are delighted! The breakfast is excellent, the interior is new and clean. Everyone here is very, very friendly. Requests are immediately processed at the reception. The dinner is also excellent. The apartment is large and clean. But there are several more apartments for the entrance to the parking lot P2. They are not suitable for children, as there is a lot of traffic (all cars go there, and there is no separation for children). Pay attention to this when booking! Overall, a very successful summer vacation.

This place is perfect for families. The rooms are well equipped and clean. Staff is very friendly. Surroundings are lovely. Nice pool with slides. Restaurant with good food and service with a smile. It made our vacation to a success!

This is our second year staying at Sisan Resort and we had a great time. Very kind staff, very clean apartments etc. everything is very well looked after. I only wish the pool was heated as it was really too cold with children of a few months! But we will definitely be back!!!

Leaving tomorrow but really don't want to. What a perfect place. I really can't find anything that's wrong with this holiday park. The breakfast staff is hardworking and always friendly. Also super convenient to have breakfast including, no stress for getting up for fresh bread and groceries, no, everything available in 1 minute of walking! The park and the houses are so clean. We had an absolutely lovely housekeeper. She works 7 days a week, but came to our home (the last one on her route), smiling and chatting happily. We will definitely come back to this place! the location is ideal. Within minutes by car you arrive in lago di Garda's best cities. But by a 3 minute walk you are on the Cisano di Bardolino boulevard with also restaurants, a gelateria and acces to the lake. Only the pool was a little bit fresh, but I guess that's inevitable with colder nights after august. And our baby didn't care at all. also the parking was a big plus. The car is litarally in front of our house. Super with a lot of stuff for the little one. Sad to leave, thank you for everything! This definitely felt like a Family resort, all the staff handles you if you were their family. Grazie mille

My family and I just had a great stay at Sisan Resort. We compared it with several of the high end camping resorts around Lake Garda and for us, the possibility of being in actual apartment versus a mobile home was more appealing. Mr. Vanni, Alessandro and the entire staff were all very welcoming and helpful. We made some requests regarding check in times and other issues we had and the staff was flexible and accommodating. The apartments themselves were very well appointed with all the basics necessary and it was great to not have to pay extra for every little thing, like towels. The rooms are spacious and the beds were comfortable. We have a travel crib which we bring with us, so the ability to move beds around is a key feature. We would recommend blackout shades if you like to make your room really dark. The quality of the breakfast and the selection was pretty good and the other food we sampled was also good quality. The biggest draw of this resort, besides the location is probably the pool for kids. There are several waterslides and sprinkler areas and our children loved visiting it every day. Lifeguards are present at all times. There is also a small onsite playground which has some nice equipment. Laundry facilities are associated with the next campsite over but were not accessible due to COVID-19. There is a self-service laundromat just past Lazise which we used. There are bike rentals available on site as well. The size of the resort is also not too large (80 rooms), so it never felt overrun or too crowded. The pool does fill up because other resorts also have access, but there was still room to swim and play in the pools. Overall, we were very happy with the stay and thought the value for money was good. We would definitely recommend this for families with small or adolescent children.
