Lovely hotel, great air con, great breakfast, we happen to land there at a very busy time and staff were great, setting up table and getting seats for us. Staff were very helpful in general. Some guests just ignorant to staff as if they were more important but I found If your nice to staff they nice back. Not far from gardaland but I wouldn’t walk it as on busy road and no footpaths part of the way be ok during day to walk but not at night due to visibility.

Too bad
1. Starting from the entrance First of all the was no road near the lobby to take the luggage from the car , in the reception they asked to move the chain by my self and open the enter near the door
No bellboy i had to take 4 big bags with my self
Just after i give them the note they send me one
2. The room was not as clean as we expected
3. The worst part the toilets and the shower room is just like a handicap hospital . Just a hanging curtains with my shower all the water flood into the room!!
My child slipped over and almost banged his head seriously, fortunately i was near him !!
3. The hell was when i spoke with the front desk they said it a completely normal bathroom for Italian people !!!!
4.no water to drink !! Only give u 0.5 liter for even a week if u want more go buy 3 euros worth battle of water form the bar
5. If u have a baby just bring ur own cot , either wise they charge u 15 euros per night

Beware: parking outside is free but if you park in the underground garage its 5 euros. Staff helpful except the welcome guy at the restaurant told us twice there is no place when the restaurant wasnt even half full. The restaurant dinner very expensive for the poor buffet. The room was ok except the shower was moldy. Breakfast poor quality. Location good near gardaland and lake.

Breakfast was good. The bathroom was nice, but the bedroom's walls were dirty and bloody.
Beware if you have an electric vehicle; They block charging for all cars except Tesla.

Ok hotel. Plenty of room. Breakfast was poor and a strange rule that you're not allowed to use the swimming pool without a swimming cap which we didn't have.

The employees were nice and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean, there were two types of showers which was lovely. Breakfast was good, can sit inside and outside. The pool was nice and big. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel! A welcoming atmosphere and pleasant surroundings by the lake. It’s easy to reach the lake on foot. Very well connected to Peschiera, as the starting point to go to Mantua by bike. 10 km from the charming Sirmione! Highly recommended!

At the pool you are obliged to wear ridiculous swimming caps which you have to buy at the reception. I don't think you can oblige that to people who pay hundreds of euros to be at the resort. we are not on a school trip. I asked the lifeguard why it was necessary. She said she didn't know it either, it's a hotel rule. she was very friendly, the bald man was not. There is also barely room to sit at breakfast because there are still dirty plates on all tables. The room itself is ok. but don't expect the front desk to pick up their phone at ten in the evening. But they are very helpful during the day.

This hotel stealed from us for 6k euros worth of stuff they and they don't even change the cover of the bed they say it costs 30 euros to change

The design of this hotel baffles me. First off, you can’t pull up to the reception to check in. The lifts from the garage are on the far side of the building rather than going through the reception area so if your room is on the other side of the hotel like ours was you have to go up, then walk to what seems like forever to get to your room.
The pool is located on the far side of the hotel near the garage rather than in the centre of the complex. The inner garden is large enough to have housed the pool so I can’t understand why it’s located where it is.
The rooms are plain and dimly lit. The bathroom is a fair size but they’ve used the shiny (and very slippery) wall tiles for the flooring in the bathroom. The toilet is too high and the toilet paper holder is located in the most awkward spot imaginable.
As for COVID measures; this was also the only hotel in Italy that we went to that allowed its customers to serve themselves at breakfast. Everywhere else the staff took our order and served us our food.
Breakfast was average. Italians really need to start to understand the importance of breakfast to other nations and cater accordingly. It’s really evident that most hotels treat breakfast as an afterthought.
On the upside, staff were very friendly, beds were comfortable and our room was spacious.
