Hotel Belvedere

I highly recommend!!! So many great points! The view is absolutely breathtaking! You have free run of the wellness center--sauna, steam room, aromatic shower therapy and more--which is included in your stay, while you can schedule and pay for specific treatments. It is a very easy and convenient walk to the center of town, yet away from the throngs on the waterfront. Charming rooms (clean, old world but not too ornate) and EXCELLENT service and attention to details--welcome sparkling wine and note on first day, beautiful bouquet and delicious treat and note left in room on birthday. They were so very helpful in helping us schedule tours and advising us on basically any questions we had on how to get around (bravo to the front desk staff!), what sites we should prioritize and how to organize our day. LOVED the breakfast buffet and admittedly we were super late for breakfast every morning. They never made a fuss and quickly learned that we were struggling with mornings and worked around us but in a way that made us always feel so welcome and not like we were a problem (a big THANKS to the warm and friendly restaurant staff!). The restaurant also makes a lovely and tasty dinner option, whether or not you stay there.

You just can't go wrong staying here. Honestly, the entire staff made our stay so lovely. THANK YOU to Hotel Belvedere!

Great hotel !! Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Its a 7 minute walk from town. I had a party to go too that was about 10 minutes away by drive. Lake Como is very hard to find taxi’s, the hotel was nice enough to accommodate us and gave us a free ride to the Villa. Overall my stay was great. Recommend this hotel and will stay again!

Where do I even begin!? My husband and I eloped at Hotel Belvedere and it was the best decision we could have made!
Our wedding day, and overall stay at Hotel Belvedere was magical and something we will never forget. From the attention to detail, friendliness and overall exceptional hospitality we received cannot be matched.
The amazing grounds and staff made it hard to leave the hotel to go into town.

Then there is Alice! Alice was our unofficial wedding planner/ event coordinator for the hotel. From the first couple of email exchanges we had with her we knew we were in great hands. Alice’s attention to detail, organization, communication, recommendations and overall professionalism and friendliness is exceptional! We cannot thank Alice enough for all her help making our wedding day and stay at Hotel Belvedere unreal.
We are already planning our next trip back!

This hotel made my entire trip, can’t wait to stay here again. The spa, the food, the pool, the service, the views, and everything else was perfect. I left ready to book for next year.

This is a 6 star hotel, not sure why it’s 4. 140 years in business and the perfect mix of classy with vintage bellagio and an ultra modern spa. The views are unreal, the service is amazing, our room was everything we imagined. We stayed in the apartments, I would highly recommend they’re triple the size for the same or lower price, on hotel grounds, with amazing views. I was initially worried about it and in the end I’m so happy we chose that route. I will never forget my stay there, warm family staff with ultra high end service and amenities what else could you ask for.

This is my favorite place we have ever stayed! I cannot say enough good things about Hotel Belvedere! Wonderful and kind staff, beautiful views, impeccably clean, and shockingly quiet for being there in August. We went to the pool every day and loved the included breakfast. The restaurant was also fantastic. We are already dreaming about our next stay here!

So many amazing things to say about Belvedere! The place to be in all of Como is Bellagio, and the Belvedere is spectacular.

The location is perfect. Centrally located just off the lake and near amazing shops and restaurants with fairytale-like views. All of the staff friendly and attentive. We visited for my birthday and they went above and beyond to make it special! The staff also keep the property and rooms meticulously clean.

Hotel restaurant also great. The breakfast that is included is fresh and with great, healthy choices (fresh fruit, coffee, dairy-free milk, yogurt, etc.). We ate at the restaurant for dinner one night and it was also awesome.

The spa is awesome! Sauna, steam room, massage services, etc.. We visited in April and there was good availability. The gym is great with brand new equipment overlooking the lake.

One of the best hotels ever!

We loved our stay at the hotel. It is conveniently located a few minutes away from the downtown area with many stores and restaurants. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Our suite was spacious, comfortable, clean, and had a beautiful view of Lago di Como. The hotel is kid friendly and has a nice pool facing the lake. The breakfast buffet had a variety of food options that were delicious. La Terrazza restaurant was also excellent.

We just returned from a trip to Italy and our stay here in Bellagio secured that we will be back.

Our room which overlooked the garden, had the most breathtaking views.

Our balcony and room were very comfortable.

We enjoyed the pool food options.

Just a short walk to the little town made this hotel very convenient.

We had a 6:00am pick up and they actually had bags of breakfast food ready for us when we came to the lobby! Can’t wait to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in a fantastic and beautiful location. The bed was super comfortable, the room was very spacious, and overall the whole experience was very nice. I loved the freshly baked cakes and croissants at breakfast, and the whole and fresh honeycomb that was served each morning. Dinner was really good at the restaurant onsite.
