We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! The experience exceeded our expectations in every way, from the moment I arrived until my departure.
The service was truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. The quality of the food was outstanding. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes and dietary requirements.
What really set this hotel apart was the incredible kindness of the staff. Their warmth and friendliness created a welcoming atmosphere. From the front desk to the restaurant staff, every interaction was marked by genuine care and a desire to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Including the water sport team in the beach who made our stay amazing.
One of the unexpected highlights and truly the best part of our stay was the amazing array of water sports options available and the experience, kindness and overall professionalism of team who runs it.
Overall, this hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, excellent service, and exciting recreational opportunities. The combination of stellar food, kind staff, and fantastic water sports options made for an unforgettable stay. I can't wait to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly exceptional experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. We were in B12, a one bedroom with a King bed, sleeper couch and balcony facing the lake. Balcony was very spacious, but had quite an obstructed view of the lake which was disappointing. If the lake view is important to you, look into a room or building further up the hill/mountain as the property is pretty spread out with lots of things to potentially block your view. Our room in particular actually faced a parking lot so if you’re on the low level of building B, most of what you’ll see is some buildings, cars and parking lot. I will include photos of the view.
The room was very spacious and clean with a great functional Air conditioning, not easy to find in Italy. The bathroom was large and clean as well. Robes were provided for all of us in the room, which was great for the spa. There was a TV in the living room but not one in the bedroom. This room had a small kitchenette with fridge.
The resort is very child friendly, with a kids club open from 9 am until 9 pm with various things scheduled during the day. We took advantage of this a few times, particularly to go up the hill to Aria for booked spa services. We found our massages priced well and of high quality and their facilities at Aria were excellent. Parco San Marco has a free “family” spa by reception where kids play in an indoor pool and small sauna areas (one sauna is adults only at Parco) We found it quite loud and disruptive and spent only a few minutes. We did also send time at the pool at Parco San Marco, but the blue slide did not work out well for my son and we found the water in the pools cold nearing the end of summer.
Down the hill, closer to the lake there’s a grassy area they refer to as the beach. You take a downhill path with leads under the street and it is secured with a gate code you’ll be provided. We really enjoyed this area with a restaurant, bar, and area to rent water sports items. There’s an easy area to access the lake here and have fun in the water.
Breakfast was included and there were lots of options, including cappuccino and Prosecco.
There’s a parking garage to park your car for a daily fee.
All of the staff we encountered were wonderful and spoke excellent English. Be sure to make reservations for dinner as soon as you can. There are multiple restaurants on property to choose from.
My only criticism would be the wifi. It was quite unreliable and would go off arbitrarily. This hotel wasn’t cheap so it was annoying that my child couldn’t watch shows on his IPAD in the evening if he wanted, but I suppose there’s worse things to complain about.
I’ll add the mosquitos can be quite brutal in the evening, and some how at least 1 or 2 managed to get in to our room. Definitely bring bug repellent. There aren’t screens on the windows so keep them shut.

What a wonderful 8 nights at PSM. Great location with easy access to Como, Lugano, and beyond, but with none of the crowds. Great for families. Lovely dining and the lake beach and pools make it an ideal place to while away the time in a stunning location.

Went here to complete my PADI open water diving course. I had already completed confined water dives but needed somewhere to do open water dives. Brilliant instructor and the people were very friendly. Great equipment and run very well. Some cool dive sites aswell! Would definitely recommend and I really enjoyed it!

We had a suite with a king bed and nice sofa bed in separate rooms. Large balcony facing lake and very spacious. Provided water and large bathroom. Beautiful quiet location. Staff is above superior and fine dining was superb. Great front desk supervisor Laura and restaurants. They have beach chairs in front of property. I loved it and family loved it and would go back in a heart beat.

Family of 5 with young kids and this was a DREAM vacation. This would have also been a dream vacation for just my husband and I. It was SUCH a gorgeous property. This hotel was exceptional from start to finish. Underground parking, gorgeous grounds from the lake level all the way up to what felt like the top of the mountains. The most beautiful hotel grounds!! The best part of this resort however is the service. The staff at Parco San Marco are true gems. We have three kids 9,7,4 and they made them feel so special. They were playful and warm and when I made a mistake in not including my 4 year old on the booking, they rushed to have the hotel staff go to our room to setup the sleeper sofa and left all the kids surprises inside the suite. We were upgraded, had a fabulous view and patio right near the fun outside kids pool area with great stone pizza oven and gelato bar-- the list of great things goes on and on. The family spa was wonderful and kid friendly which is rare. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone and was such a treat (complimentary) each day. The kids club staff were excellent and even during less busy times they still made the kids look forward to being there. We were able to have the kids eat dinner with the kid club while we enjoyed the spa and took a rooftop drink date at the ARIA adult only spa bar. Christian and his team were AMAZING. We felt like royalty and were treated so well by all the staff at this incredible resort. Truly, well done. We have told all our local friends (in Germany) about this resort and hope to make it back one day in the future. Ciao from Sophia and family. 10/10 for this hotel. I felt so lucky to be staying here. The staff, the rooms and the food are faultless. The location is very good. Short bus ride / drive to surrounding areas with public transport network. Easy to travel to Comp from here.

The experience at Parco San Marco hotel and beach resort is mind-blowing. Customer service is exceptional, from the reception to breakfast and cleaners and everyone will make contact with are all friendly people. Helpful and amazing smiles. Our room is a basic one but with amazing views.
The flight from London is an hour 40 minutes with any of the budget airlines. There is an average of an hour 50 minute drive from the Malpenser airport to the hotel. Most convenient approach is to hire a car due to the cost of Taxi which can be in excess of €500 from the airport. A. Prearrange transport is convenient as well.

Perfect.
Absolutely amazing. We had the best time ever and the staff was the most caring, never experienced such a level perfection. Probably the best breakfast buffet you’ll experience in your life as well. Just perfect.
Make also sure to hit some balls with Giampaolo. Amazing tennis experience, great great guy. Something you’ll not forget.
