Hilton Lake Como

This has been such a fantastic couple of day's.
My partner celebrated her birthday whilst here and was greeted with a lovely couple of chocolate brownies with a " Happy birthday" greeting.
Our room was superb for sure.
Great location across the road from the lake.
Fabulous food and drinks.
Fantastic staff.

A four star hotel but I’d say between four and five stars. The greeting staff were extremely welcoming, respectful, and friendly. Front desk staff was fine. We tried to check-in earlier but it seems we arrived on a busy day and got our room 3pm on the dot so on schedule. The room was spacious, clean, and with nice amenities. Expect a clean room, a quiet nights sleep, and the most courteous staff of you need anything. The hotel was very kind to send a gift for our anniversary and my wife is birthday. The gentleman at concierge wasn’t the most helpful when asked what to do in the area, but he could have been having a day. The location of the hotel is across from the lake. We enjoyed a swim in the rooftop pool as well as a delicious meal at the rooftop restaurant. All in all it was a good experience and would recommend to anyone considering.

Our stay at the Hilton Lake Como was nothing short of extraordinary. The location is perfect, offering breathtaking views of the lake that made our visit truly memorable. The service was impeccable, with a special mention to Daniele at Terrazza 241, who was incredibly friendly and professional, ensuring we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The rooftop bar provided a magical setting to relax and enjoy the scenery. We highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding hospitality, prime location, and stunning views. We can't wait to return!

5 star hotel with a stunning view of Lake Como. The infinity pool view was breathtaking. The food in the "street truck" restaurant was excellent. It is in the hotel garden area. We didn't go to the upstairs fancy restaurant as we didn't like the menu. Other did but didn't like the food

Our stay at the Hilton Lake Como was absolutely fantastic! The property is stunning, with beautiful surroundings and impeccably clean rooms that made us feel right at home. The staff were exceptional, providing top-notch service throughout our stay. A special shout-out to Filippo, who truly went above and beyond to assist my sister and me in planning our travels to our next destination. His help was invaluable, and he made our trip even more enjoyable. We highly recommend the Hilton Lake Como and look forward to returning in the future!

Beautiful hotel with incredible views and impeccable service. My husband and I kept saying that we could not believe this property did not have 5 stars. It had every amenity available for a top tier experience. We were upgraded to one of the lofts with a sky view over the bed and it was such an incredible experience for us with our infant. The staff, especially the breakfast waitresses and hostess, were so friendly and caring. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We spent 2 nights here on a holiday in Como and had the most amazing time at this wonderful hotel. The staff were all so friendly, helpful and informative.
The hotel spa was well maintained, not busy, and had a variety of amenities including sauna, steam, mist shower, ice, pool etc.
The gym is small in size, kept clean and tidy with a decent selection of equipment. Of course, not many people would stay here to use the gym so it wasn't busy at all and we had the area all to ourselves!
The downstairs has a bar with delicious cocktails, which they allowed us to take up to our room.
We also rented bikes from the hotel and went for a ride around Como. The bikes came with locks and bags for carrying shopping and were good overall.
Breakfast in the ground floor restaurant was brilliant as well. The spread was plentiful and they also had an a la carte menu for ordering custom made items at no extra cost (another menu had one with extra costs if you wanted) but we got omelettes freshly made, my partner got a porridge and we were consistently provided with fresh coffee too.
And of course the standout feature of this hotel is its infinity pool at the very top which is open until 6pm. The views were stunning from the roof and being in the pool while soaking it all in was really the cherry on top.

The location is approximately 15-20 minutes walking to the nearest train station and about the same time to boats going up the lake, so not too bad!

Overall, we have nothing but praise to heap on this establishment and I hope they continue running it to such a high standard so that other guests may experience it as enjoyably as we did. Big thank you to the team!

I attended a business event and received a tour of the facilities. I was very impressed with the spaciousness of all the public areas and rooms. The modern building design is a refreshing change from all the historic buildings and hotels in the area. I particularly enjoyed the covered lounge area with ample natural light, allowing guests to enjoy the hotel regardless of the weather. A standout feature is the rooftop bar with stunning views day and night and plenty of space, perfect for hosting an event. There are meeting rooms available as well. The suite on the top level boasts a private jacuzzi and a small pool with a large open patio. It should definitely be considered for any MICE program. The staff was extremely professional, efficient, and friendly.
A lovely 20 minute walk will take you to the main attractions in Como.
