Great location! Far enough away from the marina tourism but close enough if you'd like to experience all the harbor has to offer. I cannot emphasize this enough... the staff is lovely and extremely kind. The pool has a great selection of drinks and you'll be well taken care of. For the price-point... I highly recommend.

Overall a very nice option for a short stay. The property was very clean, a classic Italian Inn, service was friendly and it was nicely located to walk from the port, as well as back down to the cable car or taxis.. We had a beautiful time on the island. Thank you, Gratzia!!

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel and the service provided was very bad! On the first day, THERE WAS NO HOT WATER!! We complained to the person at the reception, who came to the room and confirmed that indeed, THERE WAS NO HOT WATER. We had to take cold showers! He said he would report the problem to the manager, but he never did!
In the following days, the hotel HAD NO WATER (NEITHER HOT NOR COLD). When we went to complain, they said it was an issue with the ISLAND (external to them) and offered no solutions. After much complaining, the only thing they offered was ONE (1) bottle of water (2 liters), which was ridiculous since there were 4 of us in the room, and one bottle of water was impossible to address bathroom and personal hygiene.
What struck me the most was that during those 2 days on the island, we went to restaurants both in Capri and Anacapri, and none of the places we visited had any water problems in their bathrooms!

The service was awful! We stayed for a couple of nights. The first day was NO HOT WATER, and nothing was done after reporting it. The next days, the hotel had NO WATER AT ALL. Staff claimed it was an external problem but made no effort to help. We had to buy water bottles to clean ourselves, and the only "solution" offered was one bottle of mineral water.
It's disrespectful to charge over USD 600 per night for such poor service. Even if it was an external issue, they made NO effort to improve our stay.

This is a lovely hotel, I wish I could stay forever! Very clean and pretty. The pool has an amazing view of the mountains and peekaboo views of the ocean from pool and most rooms. The hotel has this very charming quaint feel, with great hospital and the owner is always around to welcome you with a big smile. You can tell he loves his hotel. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. We felt very cared for and enjoyed fresh, well stocked rooms that were freshened by room leaning each day. I think the location is perfect because you are in-between all the beach action and the shops and restaurants up on the hill. We walked from the port a min d it wasn't bad, a medium hill, 10 minutes or less. But we are young fit backpackers. Breakfast was very nice, always fresh eggs, fruit, and yummy breads and cakes. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool.

I'm not interested in harming someone's business but I am embarrassed to have stayed here. On my own I'd be fine - but I hate that I allowed a loved one to have to experience this.
Honestly - this property has so much potential I can't understand why they won't simply update the plumbing and fix problems instead of trying to cover them up. Until then avoid it or shoot me a note later apologizing for not heeding my warning.

Beautiful position, near main marine, short walk to hotel, nice room and terrace to beautiful view. Capri the island of dreams when the sun shines! Hotel staff lovely and helpful. Paradise when the tourists go home after a day here. Ferry from Naples or Sorrento, lovely crossing with fantastic views.

My partner and I enjoyed a short stay here in early October. It's a nice, friendly, family run B&B a short walk from the beach and Grand Marina.
The rooms are well appointed and maintained. Breakfast is continental, buffet style and sets you up for the day.
Overall I'd say the PM is convenient, pleasant and good value for money.

I cannot thank the owner, Sandro, and his staff enough for taking care of us during our stay. On our first day our 9 month old developed her first strong fever. Being first time parents, our infant's first fever was quite scary. They immediately offered to drive us to the hospital. Sandro drove us himself. He also showed genuine concern which we appreciated. He is a family man too so he understands. Once we were finished at the hospital he picked us up again and drove me to the pharmacy to pick up medicine for our baby. We really appreciated his help.
In addition, we really enjoyed the service at the hotel. Sandro drives a free shuttle to and from the port, and to the main square. We really enjoyed the pool, and enjoyed lunch at their restaurant beside the pool. We would come back here for our next visit to Capri.
