We booked at 7PM that day (last minute) after a flight cancellation so I’m happy we could stay somewhere. The rooms decor is nice, but the room wasn’t cleaned properly. In our situation that wasn’t that big of a problem, we had a clean bed, towels and a shower and that was all for us😆 Breakfast is simple but nice to eat something after a long night.
The rooms are REALLY noisy, for sure. So if you can’t sleep in noises it’s not for you!

Me and my girlfriend visited this hotel last week and we are very dissatisfied because on the last day of our trip they stole one of the dresses from our room directly from her bag. This is totally unacceptable. Please somebody to contact me over e-mail or from booking.
We left at the reception our address and phone if they find it but I doubt that.

Please, do not visit this hotel in Naples, Italy.On our last day of the vacation , when we got back to the room at night,i found out that one of mine dresses was missing from my bag at the room.We immediately contacted the receptionist.He said that it was late and he could not help us at that moment.He promised that the maneger will contact us tommorow, but nobody call us or emailed us.
Probably one of the housekeeping staff stole the dress, because she forgot the window cleaner spray on the table in the room.I am very dissapointed , because they did not do nothing about out case!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO NO ONE!

The hotel is placed next to the bus terminal and the way the airport is very easy and affordable.
Also, there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel were you can eat.
The rooms looked clean, but first time we entered the hotel, there was a strong mold smell that luckily, didn’t felt in our rooms

The location is good. But the room's sound insulation is very poor and there are some people who are still talking in the midnight just outside our room or making a lot of noises at the corridor ,which made us hard to fall asleep! We all couldn’t sleep well when we stayed in that hotel!

Convenient location in front of the metro station center. A couple of food options next doors as well. The staff was friendly and helpful during my stay. Stairs only to go up to the rooms. The room is quite small! Basically just enough for the bed, and your luggage and that's about it! The bathroom was fine enough.
I don't know if there was an issue with the AC since it didn't feel like it got really cold. I actually woke up a couple times sweating even after adjusting the AC with the remote. It's like if there is a power reset or something as it would default back to 25 degrees.
The bed was a surprising thing! It was a memory foam! Along with the pillows! The pillows were a bit on the thick side for my liking to sleep comfortably, so I didn't end up using them.

Fantastic, helpful and friendly staff. Very carrying owners, friendly and authentic. Beautiful surroundings, beautiful garden, fantastic sea view from the room. Clean and well kept pools including massage features . Terme pool as a nice bonus. We will soon be back . It would be lovely if the breakfast was served longer then 9.30 … so we could sleep longer during holiday 😎

This hotel is ideally located near the train station which is ideal for a tourist. There are good cafe's, restaurants and shops nearby.
The hotel rooms are fairly spacious and the beds are comfortable. The whole hotel is cleaned regularly and very well looked after.
The staff are quite friendly and courteous to their guests, they are always very busy, but will find time to help you with any questions or to offer advice.
A good variety of breakfast buffet options are available as part of the stay.
However, we did face a lot of difficulties with the hotel after a confusion over our reservation - they don't do twin rooms, only doubles!
The WiFi is only available in the "reading room", it does not reach any other part of the hotel. This is a huge inconvenience when planning trips, getting maps or even staying in contact with family at home.
There is currently building work going on throughout the hotel which I am hoping will improve the service. The building work caused a few power cuts - disrupting the equipment, provisions and the Wi-Fi. But the builders were respectful to guests, they worked within sensible hours and were not disruptive to us.
I hope the building work proves beneficial.
