A perfect place to stay while tasting Naples, at one side of the main train station, clean and well keeped rooms, excellent breakfast served by the friendly Tina, reception staff well prepared as well as the houskeeping team

The room was very clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was modest but adequate. It's in the very center of town, close to the main train station, which is a 40-50 minute ride to Pompeii and Vesuvius. A great place to quickly see everything around. Don't read reviews about someone taking a room there and it was noisy because it's right in the city center. If you want it to be quiet, take a room outside the city.

Perfect location. Although the building is old, renovation was good. Everything worked fine in the room( tv, ac, mini ref). Room was standard, bathroom was quite big. Reception was always helpful and friendly. Price/performance is good. This is a very decent 3 star hotel.

I gave pure 5 star based on price/performance metric. It has a perfect location, very good rooms for 3 star hotel and ofcourse price.
Of course you cannot compare it with 4-5 star hotels but you also cannot compare prices between.
If it fits to your budget, go for it. Reception is friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located next to the trainstation very central.

The hotel was great value for money. We paid £57 for one night in Naples for May. The hotel was spotless and the staff were friendly. The location is fantastic, right across from the train station and a 15 minute walk into the centre of Naples. The only criticism is that the rooms are not very sound proof. I could hear the man on the telephone until 11pm in the next room. Consider adding draught excluders to the bottom of the doors or something to block the noise and I wouldn’t be able to fault it.

I helped my friends booked two nights in this hotel through Agoda. However, when my friends arrived, the hotel said we cancelled the reservation and there was no room available! I believe they overbooked and just had no room. Be careful, if you book a room in this hotel, it may result in that you have no room to stay!

We’ve booked hotel ideal for two nights. We do appreciated the service from hotel ideal. There is no lift as a gentle man from reception helped us to take luggage to our room. We feel warmed. The room is so big. Kitchen is great for us to cook. The bed is so clean and we had very good a stay at hotel ideal. I would highly recommend this hotel for people who travel Napoli.

Convenient location. Front staff friendly. I seriously slipped and almost fell in the lobby from a wet floor while the person with the mop gave no warning and stood up the stairs watching. The mornings were very noisy with what seemed to be staff talking up and down the halls in loud voices. The one day we paid for breakfast we found it sub-par. Go just outside and get good pastries!
