A quaint accommodation located on the outside of the touristic city areas. Great appearance driving in, best for those traveling with a vehicle. ( parking on property for €15 a night. Excellent service! The rooms are clean ( a little dated ) but still very well put together. We only stayed for one night but got a feel for it and we would definitely stay again and or recommend as a decent stay if on a budget or looking to save some money for other more important attractions during your visit to Rome.

All in all I enjoyed this hotel. Breakfast was great, and my underground room was kept cool during the painful heat of the summer. The location is very peaceful, near lots of embassies. A very safe area to walk around. The public transport getting into the centre was easy... but getting back is harder until you learn the city. Sadly therefore, on reflection I might choose to stay more centrally next time.

Everything was good, until the workers started stareat my family during the breakfast.
Maybe because my family is Korean than they were curious, But nobody likes it when someone stares at us while we're having breakfast.

This was our honeymoon destination.
Musty rooms, broken plumbing, water drips out of shower.
False advertisement.
Seems they rent out their green space to people (to make extra money). The events are loud and go pretty late, disturbing actual guests.

The worst hotel I’ve stayed in my life time. No air con even though it’s stated there is. Hotel receptionist offered a fan. Room got switched and it smelled like faeces. It’s a one star. Avoid at all costs.

Would never stay there again. Reception staff was abrupt and inconsiderate. Rooms had a damp smell , dusty headboards and insects. Pictures are deceiving from what it actually is.

The front desk staff at the hotel were very kind and gave us drinks and a map of Rome for sightseeing at check-in. The room had a hair dryer, bath towels, soap, cotton and cotton swab sets, and a shampoo hat, but there were no tissues or toothbrushes. I was a little disappointed that my room was on the basement floor, so I couldn't use my smartphone much due to poor reception, but there is a pizza shop nearby that sells pizza by weight! It's so delicious! I booked the hotel thinking it would be a little far from the center, but the access from the airport to Termini station to Bologna station (nearest) was good, so I didn't have any problems. It's a little walk from the station. The sidewalks are narrow, so carrying heavy luggage may be difficult. The attached photo is a pizza from a nearby pizza shop that sells by weight. If you try to eat outside, you will be right in front of a car parked on the street. But it's delicious!

It was a great location near the metro B, so I could get quick to most locations. The staff was very helpful and nice. Would definitely recommend it!
