Rooms are good enough. But the hotel is in a neighborhood with really poor 3G coverage and offers a disastrous WiFi.

Perfect location. But little expensive compared to price we paid. Rooms are smaller similar to what we see in rest of Europe. There is a good Indian restaurant nearby. That makes it good for Indian tourists.

A cozy place with warm hospitality but lack some amenities and not suitable for couple of family. Best for travelling solo or on business trip.

We went on honeymoon with my 6 year old daughter. We got the smallest room. Nothing to clean, not changed the sheets. The dinner was up to 22"00h" as we ask the less room since we don't, we wanted to address. One day we quedamás without hot water. I think they should improve

The room was small, dark, the furniture was dusty and stained. There was no wifi. My bed was a mattress of 1.60 metres with 2 mattresses of 90cm side-by-side. Suddenly every night I fell once or twice on the ground. I've already made several 4-star hotels. The quality was very different. Only the reception, the service and the meeting room had the luxury of a 4 stars. I am very disappointed.

We were in this hotel in may 2015. We had a great time. It is very close to the termini railway station, 3 min walk. The staff is very friendly and atencioso.

Unhelpfully and rude reception staff. Room was a little grubby but comfy beds. Breakfast was ok

It was close to the Rome Termini Train Station. A clean and comfortable room was provided. In addition, I really enjoyed the morning breakfast buffet. I had a great time and hospitality. Thank you !

Nice place, staff accommodates guests very well. Staff are excellent. The hotel is clean and as depicted. I would recommend this hotel, my only issue was it's neighborhood but we stayed in at night.

the Hotel is not clean and the staff is not professional. the staff does not respect the privacy of the guest they enter my room without my permission while I hang the (don't disturb) label .... this hotel has the worst internet in the world. only one manager tell the truth about the internet all the remaining keep give wrong information.
no slipper in the room if you ask it will take more than 2 hr to provide. no hanger for cloth available I did ask the they don't provide up to now. my experience in this hotel is very bad and I will not use it again
