Highly not recommended!
Comfortable location as it is near the Roma termini but most of the staff were rude and sullen, the rooms were dirty, the towels and the pillowcases were stained and they had a really bad smell. There was also only one plug in the room.
They also have this strange rule: Do not use mobile phones while at the breakfast room. When we asked about it we were given no explanation.

BED BUGS - avoid!
Housekeeping were lovely, they did change our towels every day however they all smelt like grease as if they were hung to dry above a restaurant extractor. Unfortunately I woke up with bed bugs in the bed and have been eaten alive by them! Really not a nice way to wake up. Some reception staff were nice and others very rude. All in all would not recommend especially due to the bed bugs. On the plus side there was a lovely bar downstairs on the corner near the round about for drinks before heading in to the city

Pros- it's in a great location for trains,buses, and about a 20-minute walk to triva fountain.
Very basic room don't expect to much and I didn't think much of the breakfast sections either.

We have stayed in the Quadruple annex for four nights. I'm very happy with the stay. Clean and spacious room. Housekeeping staff were wonderful, they did a great job cleaning the rooms every day. Toilets are cleaned every day. With all basic toiletries, towels changed every day. Hair drier provided. Also a mini fridge. Only negative is no coffee making facility in room.
Location is another plus point. Near main terminal station with connections to airports, trains to other cities. Also, two metro stations in walking distance. Lots of restaurants around.
In summary, great value for money. Will stay again on my next visit.

It's a complete disappointment, the rooms are not clean. Unfortunately the beds are not comfortable. There are no facilities in the room. The employees are sullen. They look at you as if asking why did you come? The location is very reverse, not close to the center

🙌🏻😉 Great staff flexibility, they were very accurate giving advices to get to know good places in the city and, great staff integrity. They allowed us to leave the luggage watched at the lobby for a couple of hours because we wanted to make a late tour in the city after the check out. Once we came back to pick our luggage up, they gave us back a watch that we left in the room without notice it. Kudos for the room service! In terms of amenities, they could improve a few things but not a deal breaker so far. The most important thing... Customer Service attitude, they have it. Walls and stuff can be acquired later. Grazie mille!

The only thing that is good about this hotel is the location. The rest is horrible.
We paid almost 200 EUR per night, got dirty small room with mold on the wall and a view to messy backyard. We could hear every toilet flush. The breakfast was a joke. No fruit, no vegetable, no juice, just 1 kind of bread, a bit of cheese and ham that smelt funny.

The rooms are very clean and modern. The prices are ok and the location of hotel is near to Roma Termini. You can go everywhere with this location.
