It is a nice place to stay for a few nights , the rooms was clean and a/c worked fine. The rooms are cozy and small, normal for Rome. The locations is good , close to the Colosseum and other attractions. A lot of comments talk about the neighborhood being dangerous, which i can say i never felt in harms way its just how some of the neighborhoods are in Rome. Overall i would reccomend this place to stay, cant beat the price you will get what you pay.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Lovely, clean room and great location for getting to transport links and close to local shops and bars.

The location is very close to the Termini station which is great and public transport is easily available. In the Roman weather it was boiling but they have air conditioning so it’s a great relief. The front desk is helpful as well because when our flight was delayed they arranged our check so kudos to that.

Lovely hotel, very helpful and nice ladies in reception. Rooms are cleaned every day fresh towels are provided. The area outside hotel looks dirty and graffiti covered 😳. Overall I will give my recommendations.

First off, i believe photos are very outdated...the interior looks about the same but exterior does not warn you of the fact that you are in quite a rough area. Secondly, for what you pay, you dont get the value, e.g. i paid and asked for a double room with a double bed...got a double room, with 2 single beds pushed togheter, that you could nearly slip between as the beds slid on the floor marble. The 2 beds had different mattresses, and slightly different height due to it, one was hard and one was soft...so me and my partner ended up sleeping sepparately anyway. The cover came with no sheet...and from the colour of the cover i could have told you who slept in the bed before us. Asked for different room with double bed...never got an answer, was told they have to check, when i checked with them later, still no solution. Overall, is a good place to stay compared to under a bridge, and you have a place to shower.

I can not say enough positive things about this Hotel. The staff was excellent!!! They had great suggestions of local restaurants in the area that were amazing. Then the unthinkable happened we were the victims of a pickpocket. Took our passports on the way to the airport after we checked out. We went back to the hotel to see if they had any other rooms. They did not, but Joanna called other hotels in the area for us and got us another room at a different hotel!!! She went way above and beyond for us. The hotel even allowed us to keep our bags there until we could check in at another hotel!!! If I could give the hotel more than 5 stars I would. They need 10 stars for sure!!! Thank you Alba and Joanna for all the help and work you two did for us.

Friendly staff and clean room. The hotel is conveniently located close to the main train station and is also well connected to the metro. The area around the hotel doesn't feel safe at night, however.

Don't book breakfast with this hotel. They lie, when you arrive they say they don't really have breakfast in the hotel, what they have is an arrangement with a nearby hotel that gives you a good discount. Esquilino area is not very pleasant.
Reception closes at around 8pm and you on your own till the next morning.
Both receptionists are rude, especialy the blonde one named Nicole.
Our shower cabin leaked water and caused a small flood in the wc's floor. I will never be back again.

Good service as well the metro and the bus stops are very close to the hotel, can order drinks in the bar near the reception. Very gud for not that much money.

For budget travellers, and you just need a place to crash and sleep, it’s really good for its price.
Pros: the affordable price, really spacious and pretty room and bathroom, great cleaning service everyday, staffs were welcoming
Cons: the streets are too loud during even 2-3am at night so you need to close the window to be able to sleep, the area is near the train station so good for commuting, but horrible for living. We saw people stealing in broad daylight. The area surrounding is dirty and smelly.
But all in all, not too bad for spending couple of days :)
