That's our 4th day at Urban Garden and we love it. Personel is really friendly and helpful, rooms are very comfy and clean. The area is calm and safe I would say, really close to metro station and supermarket- Lidl. Garden next to our room is really cozy and cats that are living in here are so nice! Choosing this hotel was a huge blessing because after a long day in centrum of Roma you can come back to this cozy and calm space to chill. I don't see any bad thing about this place. If we ever will be back to Rome we will choose this hotel again! This hotel proves that you don't need to spend a lot of money to stay in Rome for few days in a really comfy, clean & friendly place! Highly recommending!❤️❤️❤️

The story's and foto's on the website are surely not what you get when arriving there. Very small room, only in the door a small window, not really clean. The breakfast is sober, bread is old. Don't stay here is our advice!!

Overall experience of 5 stars and this hotel was a great place to stay for my partner and I during our short city break holiday.
The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The safe did not work so we kept our personal belongings with us as a preference, however the room was very secure and safe. The daily housekeeping was great and the cleaners were very polite.
The service we rated a little lower than 5 due to a particular staff member that was not very welcoming on a night shift, however all the other staff were fantastic, very polite, friendly and happy to help with any questions and provided advice on the best places to visit especially Alessandro!!
We opted one morning for the buffet breakfast, this is exactly what you need if you want a quick breakfast and for a low price €7 pp, the coffee was lovely and the selection of pastry’s and hot food was delicious!
The location for us was perfect, it will not be a great location for those that wish to lounge around the area as there is not much to do, visit or see, however for my partner and I who are big on travelling, there is a local Lidl 10 min walk away for good snacks, the bus garage and metro line is also 6 mins away which is perfect to take you all around the city! Would highly recommend the 24hr or 48hr travel card and is will save you a lot of money on travel.
The hotel itself is situated in a quiet spot with no noise, and it’s great for a sit out outside if the weather is nice which it was, even got lucky with a tan!
The WiFi was great also good connection to make phone calls home and to browse.

Great service and great location right next to the metro line and bus stops going straight to centre of rome ! Rooms were good but lacking some features like a kettle and no TV service but not a big issue and you could hear people on the outside halls walking and talking ext.. but other than that a great stay for a great price

The best place to stay in rebibbia. Will miss this place the most. Great staff, good breakfast and we enjoyed our stay. Days to remember for ever

The wifi is terrible, i had to use my own data.
The rooms were okay but it's overpriced in my opinion. There were no facilities such as kettles, cups, etc.. also the safe box doesn't work.
The location is pretty hard to reach if you have no car. The staff were friendly, and informative.
Overall it's a solid hotel if you're staying for a short amount of time.

Checked in on a Saturday night. Room was clean and functional apart from a flush that didn’t work very well. Reception was nice and helpful getting us checked in. They also allowed us to check in early which was very kind.
It was noisy with party goers that night but we thought it was because it was Saturday. On Monday night it was also so noisy we could not sleep. Around 11:00 at night we asked the reception if he could ask the large group of people to be quieter and he said that usually they allow them to stay until midnight. At midnight, they were still shouting and laughing loudly in the kitchen AND outside our room. We complained again and the receptionist told us angrily he would sort it and that it was his first day back after 5 days off (like this mattered at all!) Fell asleep around 2am.
Breakfast was mediocre. The location was good (at the end of the B line on the metro). Overall it was cheaper than some inner city hotels but not the hotel if you want to get up early and sight see as you will probably lose sleep.

We checked in late, when we got in the room the first thing that we felt was how humid it was in the room, this was the reason that for 5 days couldn't dry any of our sweaty shirts in the room.There was an A/C but when we opened it, the smell that came out was awful and immediately we turn it off. Opening the lights next to the bed you could see that the wall with the wallpaper where the bed stands was full of dust, this was the reason that my husband was coughing all night, in the morning we informed the reception about this and the A/C and they said that they will inform housekeeping which came in the room, "cleaned", but coming back in the evening we saw that the dust was still there. Not wanting to go through another night coughing we took a wet towel and cleaned it ourselves and never opened the A/C again. Previous guest or the guest before had killed a mosquito next to the mirror and left it there with all the blood, when we left it was still there. Unfortunately for us it was not a good experience and we will be not returning back to this hotel.

Avoid room 101 at all cost. Very loud and unpleasant smell from the bathroom. Room and hotel was very clean though. Breakfast could be a little bit better organised eg. vegetarian options (literally not a single vegetable to choose) and it could start earlier then 7AM... the night shift portier could also learn some CS skills but rest of the team is OK.
