Anantara Palazzo Naiadi

Anantara hotels always have high standards, and Palazzo Naiadi definitely reached them. Very nice hotel, outside and inside, ideally located, two restaurants were you can find different dishes to escape Roma classic pizza-pasta-etcetera. Personnel is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is incredible. We will definitely come back. Thank you to all the team.

We were upgraded to a junior suite for our anniversary which was nice but the room was in the very backside of the hotel and far from the elevator. The bed could be better but the service and appearance of the hotel and rooms was top notch. The outside is the best looking hotel in Rome! Would recommend to stay here! It is very close to termini station and about a 30 min walk to most attractions.

I recently visited the Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel, and it left a lasting impression. The hotel is absolutely stunning, with its grand architecture and luxurious ambiance.I could immediately feel the elegance and attention to detail throughout. The location is perfect for exploring Rome, and everything is just a short walk or drive away, the central train station is nearby.

What really made the experience special was the incredible staff. Ms. Gucci and Faruk were particularly outstanding—they were so friendly, attentive, they took the time to ensure I felt comfortable during my visit, which made the experience even more memorable. Their warmth and professionalism made me feel right at home.

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in Rome. I’ll definitely be returning!

A fantastic hotel in the most stunning building overlooking a fountain. Beautifully modern lobby, reception, bar and dining area.

We stayed in 363 (the blue room - the only one of its kind in the hotel).

The hotel is immaculately maintained and clean - a real standout for us having visited a number of other 5 star hotels in the area.

The reception staff, concierge, porters and general manager are exceptional. They really care about the guest experience. They not only welcome feedback but act upon it immediately.

We truly enjoyed our two night stay here in August. The best service I’ve ever had at a hotel. Our driver from the airport to the hotel was helpful and kind. Arrival staff was fantastic. Room - it was a suite with a view of the plaza with stairs - was beautiful and spacious. Room set up for our children and us with a crib and a pull out already made.

We normally stay at Marriott branded hotels and have platinum status with them. After this stay, will be trying more Anantara properties!!

They catered to our children even having small robes and slippers in the room for them! As well, my son has severe egg allergies and they made sure his food was safe each time we ate.

100% would stay again.

What an experience we had! It was simply outstanding. The staff were super friendly and helpful, right from the porters, especially Isabella who helped us book the rooms and gave us an amazing welcome, the front desk staff and Salvadore ( I think I got his name right:) who helped us with booking our local train tickets. I would definitely be back and spend some more time in the city and the hotel when get an opportunity. Thanks guys, much appreciated!

Wonderful service, concierge was exceptional with suggestions and reservations for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was very good, great selection, good quality and attentive service. Unfortunately our bedroom while a nice size was very poorly lit with no window, instead there was a door into a small area which had walls round it which were around 6 foot high. There was literally no view other than a look up to the sky. Very strange, poorly designed and I most definitely would not accept such a room again. I did mention this to the staff on checking out who agreed to add this note to my file for any future reservations.

Wow! What an incredible hotel! The stay here was at the end of our 3 week long tour throughout Italy and we saved the best for last! We had booked a junior suite for our remaining 3-days but upon check-in, we were informed that our room was ready and that we had been upgraded. My wife and I looked at each other and thought great...we had no idea. They upgraded us to the Presidential Suite, which used to be the home of Sofia Loren! OMG! Fabulous!

The staff was super attentive to all of our needs. The pool area was great to cool off on the hot June days of Rome. The Club at the top of the hotel was beautiful with amazing views!

The concierge staff was always available to answer our questions and make arrangements for whatever we needed. We loved Room Service and the in-suite wine selection was excellent and very affordable!

While we knew this was going to be a nice hotel, I didn't realize just how special it was. We were able to walk to so many places that we saw everything we had hoped to find time for during our short stay. Can't say enough good things about this hotel. We hope that everyone that comes after us enjoys it as much as we did! Ciao!

Charming and great location & Awesome service

Mr. Giuseppe greeted our family and others as we prepare to check in. His warmth shined through his smile. The spirit of his leadership was evident in his employees. The hotel is absolutely beautiful full new and old world charm. The room was very spacious and our family of three were super comfortable. The hotel is located in a perfect location and a 10 min walk from Rome Termini. Will recommend this place and also make sure you say hello to Giuseppe as he knows Rome like the ancient librarian.

The hospitality and service were truly amazing! The staff was incredibly caring and attentive to our every need. We stayed for four days and had an unforgettable experience.

The rooftop bar was absolutely stunning, offering high-quality drinks and a modern twist on cuisine.

Room service and cleaning were impeccable - a perfect 10/10

The view from our room was breathtaking. We even dared to say it was better than the Trevi Fountain!
