The St. Regis Rome

Beautiful hotel in Rome, close to Termini station and walking distance from the main attractions. The hotel is chic and elegant but the staff is warm and welcoming, human. The rooms are small but the suite was of good size. The lobby hosts Lumen, a beautiful restaurant where the Roman elite and guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch as well as a beautiful afternoon tea. Our breakfast was amazing, loved every single bite and products are of the highest quality. I would love love to go back and, if budget is not a constraint, I would strongly recommend a stay in the marvelous property

The St. Regis Rome truly stands out for its impeccable service and attention to detail. Louise at check-in warmly welcomed us and personally showed us to our room, setting the tone for an extraordinary stay. The turn-down service lady was amazing—so meticulous and thoughtful, keeping our room tidy and spotless every evening. Housekeeping was equally outstanding, ensuring our room was always immaculate.

The breakfast team was exceptional—not only attentive and kind but also incredibly thoughtful. One morning, a staff member congratulated us on our celebration, even though I had only mentioned it to the front desk via the app. This level of care and attention truly sets the hotel apart.

The location is ideal for exploring Rome, with major attractions and shopping districts within walking distance and train and bus stops nearby. Despite being in the city center, our room was a serene retreat, with a quiet atmosphere and an incredibly comfortable bed.

The St. Regis Rome exceeded all expectations. The service was truly impeccable, with every staff member going above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The breakfast buffet was exceptional – easily one of the best I’ve experienced at any hotel, with an incredible variety and quality. The rooms were beautifully designed, cozy, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was serene and elegant. From the stunning decor to the friendly, accommodating staff, everything was top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome – a truly luxurious and memorable stay.

Stellar. One of, if not the best hotel I've ever enjoyed. I am grateful the stars aligned and I was able to take my wife here for a birthday trip. We had planned on seeing Valencia, Spain, but quite sadly and horribly they were hit with a massive flood. With only a day to spare I booked the St. Regis Roma, and despite my pathetic Italian , we were able to put together a wonderful trip to Roma for our family. They are very classic and professional, but not arrogant or rude. The rooms are fantastic and the beds are heavenly. Highly recommend if you can pull this off. We have been to other great St. Regis hotels; however, what sets this one apart is the core Rome location and the extremely friendly, unpretentious staff who are incredibly multilingual.

The rooms are spectacular—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with every amenity you could possibly need. The room service is impeccable, with each request being promptly and flawlessly attended to. Whether it’s a late-night snack or a special breakfast, the quality and attention to detail are second to none.

What really made our last stay extraordinary was the incredible service from the Duty Manager. They went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was perfect, adding thoughtful touches that made us feel valued and welcomed. It’s this kind of personalized care that makes The St. Regis stand out from other luxury hotels.

The hotel itself is stunning, and its central location makes it the ideal base for exploring the wonders of Rome. From the moment we arrive until the moment we leave, we are treated like royalty, and that’s why we can’t wait to return.

This hotel was absolutely amazing and the epitome of luxury. The staff was so kind and so helpful. The location is relatively close to everything you need. The room and bathroom were spectacular and the bathroom provides a scale. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever seen at any hotel, ever.
But I would suggest you do your own research for restaurant recommendations and don’t take them from the hotel staff. Also, the elevator is a tad scary. And there is no pool.
But the hotel overall is so beautifully designed with marble everywhere and quintessential Roma. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We have had the most incredible experience staying here! This was the first stop on our elopement/honeymoon trip and I don’t know how anything will beat it. We came to Rome to get married and the staff here made it so special for us! We did our vows in the library at the hotel and they went above & beyond to accommodate us. Gianluca, Roberta, and Giovanni were the absolute highlights of our stay! We can’t say enough amazing things about these three. THANK YOU for making our experience here so incredibly special!!

We had a beautiful suite at the St. Regis. I was impressed with the size of it and the quality of the materials used. They even provided a Dyson blow dryer! The staff spoke excellent English, and we felt very welcomed as Americans. I can’t wait to come back here!

The best true luxury hotel in Rome. Giuseppe, the GM, and his team are nothing short of amazing! The rooms are beautiful, the restaurant and bar are outstanding, and the people are best in class. I am in Rome a lot and I only stay here (and I have stayed at the other luxury hotels in Rome). Again, Giuseppe and his team are amazing. Thank you for another wonderful stay. Can’t wait to go back.

Staying at the St. Regis is definitely a luxury experience. From the moment you walk into the hotel, you feel incredibly welcome. The lobby is stunning and features high-standard live performances. Everything, from breakfast to the room details, is super fancy. The hotel's central location in Rome makes it easy to get around.

I did experience some issues with the bathroom and room keys, but they were resolved quickly when I mentioned them to the reception. The room service is world-class, making you want to stay in the room all day. While the building has a historical charm and isn't as modern as other hotels, it exudes Italian taste. Although I generally prefer a more minimalist style, I still felt very comfortable staying at the St. Regis.

minus one star just it might be way too pricy but would recommend for sure.
