Chapter Roma Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Rome! The location is fantastic, close to so many great restaurants and easy to explore the city from. The hotel itself was very nice and comfortable, but what really stood out was the receptionist, Andre. He was so kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived and went out of his way to make us feel at home. He also gave us excellent local restaurant recommendations that we absolutely loved. Andre truly made our stay extra special, and we’re so grateful for his hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel!

Chapter Roma is the perfect stay for travelers who are either just passing through Rome or enjoying Rome thoroughly. The hotel has a nice rooftop bar which has a nice view of Rome which is worth checking. My favorite part is the staff and the service. In the short 1 night stay, they made me feel very welcome.

Excellent hospitality! Friendly, warm, and helpful service with reservations and suggestions. Big room (for Rome) and big bathroom. Very clean. Lovely view over the rooftops, and quiet at night. Super well-located. Great stay!

Hotel Chapter Roma is a unique gothic-style boutique hotel with plenty of charm. I stayed in a single room — compact, as expected — but it more than made up for the size with a great private patio (a perk only the single rooms have).

The staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout my stay. One quirky detail: the room keys have heavy keychains, which aren’t pocket-friendly. Luckily, the hotel has a convenient courtesy system where you can leave the key at the front desk when heading out — one less thing to worry about.

The location is excellent, with easy access to major sites: about a 20-minute walk to the Colosseum and just 10 minutes from the Pantheon. Perfect for exploring Rome on foot.

Overall, a stylish and comfortable stay with fantastic service and a great base for seeing the city.

Staff 10/10 - open door for you, welcome with champagne, very friendly and English is good.

Location 10/10 - walking distance from Pantheon, Trevi, Spanish steps and very safe area even at night.

Facilities in room 10/10 - provided hair dryer and air conditioning. Room 7/10 - standard size room was good for 1 person and had good bathroom with great shower pressure, but bed is very hard, room a bit older looking, no great views, and not good noise control (can hear other guests, housekeeping, and people on the streets at all times of the day).

Overall happy with stay and would stay again.

A nice trendy hotel in a great location. The room was stylish and comfortable. The location was amazing. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The shower being right next to the bed was interesting. We only had minor complaints: the seating in the bar looked great but was not comfortable to eat a meal in, there was no counter space in the bathroom, no hooks for towels, etc. I guess that’s the price you pay for trendiness.

We enjoyed the first three nights of our honeymoon here. The room was spacious with an excellent shower and a private “rooftop”/deck. We enjoyed breakfast each morning with made to order coffee and eggs. Nearby to the Pantheon and Piazza Navona - convenient to many tourist spots. The furthest was the Vatican - a 40 minute walk. We were able to leave our bags here when we arrived early from the airport before check in and they were brought up for us upon our return. Great staff and great little find!

I can't imagine a better place to stay for my first trip to Rome. The space is eclectic and beautiful, with delicious food and beverage throughout the day. Gorgeous, clean and comfortable rooms, located in a fantastic neighborhood that was easily walkable to so many things. And the staff - so incredibly helpful, especially Barbara. II encountered a luggage delay and Barbara was relentless in helping me track down and get my bag. The entire team was so warm and helpful the entire stay. I can't wait to return someday!

Super cool hotel! Personally, I would categorize it as a 5-star experience. It all starts with the amazing staff and the exceptional service they provide—they truly make you feel at home, and it works—it really feels like home. The interior design is a perfect balance of modern chic, hipster cool, and a touch of Roman style. Achieving this balance isn’t easy, but they’ve absolutely excelled at it.

As a frequent traveler, I have to say, this is one of the best, if not the best, hotels I’ve stayed at for a short city trip. Even when traveling alone and booking a “solo pad,” I was impressed by the room’s size, the comfort of the bed, and the meticulous attention to detail in the interior. Definitely worth every penny!
