Chapter Roma

A nice trendy hotel in a great location. The room was stylish and comfortable. The location was amazing. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The shower being right next to the bed was interesting. We only had minor complaints: the seating in the bar looked great but was not comfortable to eat a meal in, there was no counter space in the bathroom, no hooks for towels, etc. I guess that’s the price you pay for trendiness.

We enjoyed the first three nights of our honeymoon here. The room was spacious with an excellent shower and a private “rooftop”/deck. We enjoyed breakfast each morning with made to order coffee and eggs. Nearby to the Pantheon and Piazza Navona - convenient to many tourist spots. The furthest was the Vatican - a 40 minute walk. We were able to leave our bags here when we arrived early from the airport before check in and they were brought up for us upon our return. Great staff and great little find!

I can't imagine a better place to stay for my first trip to Rome. The space is eclectic and beautiful, with delicious food and beverage throughout the day. Gorgeous, clean and comfortable rooms, located in a fantastic neighborhood that was easily walkable to so many things. And the staff - so incredibly helpful, especially Barbara. II encountered a luggage delay and Barbara was relentless in helping me track down and get my bag. The entire team was so warm and helpful the entire stay. I can't wait to return someday!

Super cool hotel! Personally, I would categorize it as a 5-star experience. It all starts with the amazing staff and the exceptional service they provide—they truly make you feel at home, and it works—it really feels like home. The interior design is a perfect balance of modern chic, hipster cool, and a touch of Roman style. Achieving this balance isn’t easy, but they’ve absolutely excelled at it.

As a frequent traveler, I have to say, this is one of the best, if not the best, hotels I’ve stayed at for a short city trip. Even when traveling alone and booking a “solo pad,” I was impressed by the room’s size, the comfort of the bed, and the meticulous attention to detail in the interior. Definitely worth every penny!

Amazing hotel with clean, air-conditioned, esthetically pleasing rooms. Loved the location! Convenient to walk to many areas of interest and if not walkable the bus stop was less then 3 blocks. The roof top resturant was great when you needed to eat something other than Italian. The cherry on top to this place is by far the staff. Wow. Like impressively great. Can't recommend this place enough and wouldn't stay anywhere else in Rome.

I traveled with my kids and we loved the chic boutique hotel. The hotel was new, clean, and the staff was very attentive. We had a little miscommunication with a reservation but they took the effort to correct the mistake and even compensated for what ever they could. The rooms were large and the bathrooms too. We loved the morning cafe on the ground floor. The breakfast was continental style.

Many people had complained previously about noise from outside rooms. I didn’t experience that at all. The WiFi was also great - no issues. I was happy to have selected this hotel.

If you are considering this hotel as a place to stay while in Rome, stop looking elsewhere and book the Hotel Chapter Roma!! We had the best stay in this cute boutique hotel. The location is close to everything but also on a quaint street that is drivable which makes it easy for taxis and moving luggage on since most hotels are really hard to get to in Rome. The rooms are clean, nice, and modern. The hotel has the cutest lobby, coffee shop, bar, and rooftop. Sofia the guest relations manager was so helpful and gave us so many recommendations. Definitely will stay here again the next time I am in Rome!

This is a great option when travelling to Rome as the rooms are modern and air-conditioned… A nonnegotiable during the heat waves of Rome!! The rooms are a little small, however this is to be expected when travelling to Rome. The location is incredible… Walking distance to everything and offers an incredibly delicious little coffee shop for breakfast right down the street. Highly recommend this place! The rooftop bar is also nice and Mexican themed (random for Italy but still very lovely)

The experience we had at Chapter Roma was excellent and made our stay in Rome extra special. The staff are exemplary and the location is perfect for those wanting to see all the sights of the city. We can't wait to return.
