Hotels in Genoa

Great property, but you need to be ready to use Genoa's metro system. Recommend downloading the AMT app and making use of the extremely convenient 35/36 bus to get too/from the waterfront.

Mirko was very nice and helpful. We tried several of the suggestions he made for food and all of those were delicious comfortable places that we would have never found otherwise.

Neat inside, very welcoming and helpful. Great coffee in the morning. Sweet breakfast is not to everyone's taste. Safe and inexpensive compared to hotels. If you are lucky you can find free parking around the corner, but no guarantee. Walk to center is possible, also metro nearby.

The hotel is in a very good location, about 200 meters from the central railway station, with convenient transportation. The breakfast is very rich. The hotel service is very considerate. The sanitary facilities and surrounding environment are quiet and clean.

The hotel is close to the station and, attached to the pedestrian area, it is difficult to find a place in the blue lines, so you have to use the station car park or a private one closer. Rooms as shown in the photos, spacious and clean. Unfortunately there is a BUT: the breakfast service is mentioned both on the website and in the price list in the room but in reality there is not. It is not clear if for covid reasons but in any case the information must be corrected and updated as I have chosen this hotel for the location, care of the rooms and breakfast !!!

Pleasantly surprised with my stay here! Big room, nice breakfast and lovely host. No aircon which wasn’t ideal during the heatwave but amazing value. About a 10 minute walk from the train station.

Very nice apartment with several rooms and plenty of bathrooms, very clean and nice, stylish in close to the marina. The owner is very nice and friendly, she helped us a lot in a situation where we were robbed in the city, which we appreciate very much! We would recommend to anyone who wants to see the city or maybe just stay overnight before/after the ferry. Thanks again!

Old nice house. You rent the rooms. Has 2,5 bathrooms and kitchen with all the utensils that you need and everything at your home you can find here except TV. You share bathrooms with other guests but all clean. Very nice lady will help you out. Right on the main Street

The host is a very nice and helpful lady! The rooms are like on description and there are no hidden costs or anything. The breakfast was wonderful and big! It is a very recommendable hotel! When travelling with car: be aware of a quite difficult parking situation in this street.

patrizia was like a mother to us and provided us with everything although we were only there for a very short stay. she gave us lots of information about genua and recommended many places. the apartment is very central which was amazing:)

Great central location, comfortable rooms, fair prices and very friendly and helpful staff! Only downside is that it can be a bit noisy if you sleep with the windows open.

Don't expect a luxury hotel, but in the room there is television, bed, bathroom. There was a problem with the electronic key so the managers waited for us late since we came at night. Also Genova was great, an experience that I really enjoyed.

If you are on a budget and don't mind a shared bathroom you will enjoy fantastic views of Genova from the breakfast area and from the balcony. Well kept, clean and comfortable.

This place offers a great view. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. A/C is available. Walking to the old port takes about 20 minutes. The breakfast offered is bad, the greasy croissants and fake orange juice don't convince. Otherwise okay.

The B&B-Hotel is located in the 6th floor of an old flat (it's got a very old wooden lift which may not be available if other guests leave it's door open). The parking is just the street pay & display (they offer you a resident screen paper for 2€/h, even in free days... So careful with this). Very interesting accommodations located in enormous apartments, which seem ancient. Outstanding view on Genova due to its uphill location. Very nice and helpful hosts. The only thing that may bring up some disappointment, is that there is no air conditioning in the rooms. We slept with the window opened hearing a famous Genova emergency, rolling over the city with sirens one every 15-20 minutes. :...

My room was cancelled at the day i reserved, so I needed to find somewhere else in a sudden. I don't know what happened. I leave this comment just to raise the issue, doesn't mean to disparage the hotel. (I rated 4, which is the rating by the time i write this comment.)

The Guesthouse is great The decor is lovely and the staff is friendly. It's very close to the city center and easy to get around. I feel very safe and comfortable here.

Very cool "hotel", looks like an old apartment that was modified to have seperate rooms. You'll have to park in a lot a 5/10 minute walk away and the actual hotel is a bit hard to find. But accommodations are nice, very unique.

The fact that the B&B is located in a former hotel alone, the house that has been restored in the old style, is worth the trip. You dive into another world. We had a large bedroom with an adjoining room for things, suitcases and other things. There was also a refrigerator, in which one finds cool water. The stay was incredible. Easy to get to from the Principe station, stunning view over Genoa from the balcony, and fancy inside. Etta (the proprietor) is very helpful. She speaks good English and is always willing to explain or help you plan your daily trip. Breakfast is delicious and light, with local foods. I will be visiting again one day.

Great bed and breakfast. Great service from staff. Perfect for independent travelers. Beware of the mosquitoes that sneak into the rooms, so keep the windows closed. We woke up with more than a few welcome bites. Overall, the breakfast is always refreshed and the residence is well situated.

Really nice place!! The room had little natural light but everything else was great! The host was very helpful and nice! They provided a breakfast in the room so you can enjoy it the next day. It included juices, milk, yogurt, spreadable cheese, toast, bread, croissants, cookies, fruit, and jams/nutella. They also had multiple coffee options and a coffee maker. This place was a wonderful surprise. Located right next to the port and the old City, very well appointed and maintained rooms and stocked fridge! If you are driving, make sure you get a parking lot outside the ZTL or you will get a ticket as the B&B is in the limited transit zone ( if you don't know what I am talking about look up ZTL Genoa, it will save you time, money and hassle when driving in...

Our friends stayed here and we just came up for a coffee, but it was really nice. It was modern, well decorated, and clean. The room and bathroom were both pretty specious. Two nights in mid-August. Very nice and clean room, great breakfast. Great location to stay quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city but convenient to everything. Beautiful swimming pool and hospitable owners. A bit difficult access, you need to know how to drive :)

Quiet little place clean rooms accessories (swimming pool wifi garden etc) all included .... For those who love tranquility and nature it is perfect. We will be back

In a well-connected area, the room (with a built-in bathroom) was not only clean but also very pleasant and comfortable, perhaps more so than in a hotel. The service was literally exquisite: the owner was very helpful and very kind. The breakfast was excellent. The price was more than adequate overall.

Very nice place. Gian is a very friendly host and even provided a parking place for my bike. Location on Google maps is wrong, the bnb is on the opposite side of the road.
