The hotel is conveniently located, a 5-minute walk from the Piazza Principe train station and 10 minutes from the city center and the port. The room is clean and comfortable. Bottled water, tea, and instant coffee are provided. The only drawback is the small shower.

The hotel has a great location. That's where the positives end. The reception staff is extremely unfriendly; they don't say hello or goodbye. The rooms are old, the walls are stained, it's noisy until late at night, there's a smell of food in the room from the cafe on the ground floor, and the Wi-Fi signal is terrible.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to Prince Train Station, with convenient transportation and a rich selection of hotels, restaurants and bars around it. However, the hotel is as old as the city of Genoa, with no elevator and simple breakfast. Although the bathroom has been renovated, the shower room is too small, making it almost impossible to move while taking a shower. At the same time...

Great location and easy check in. Very convenient to the cruise terminal (walking distance) and all public transportation. The front desk was very helpful in scheduling our taxi to the airport.

Fantastic hotel, apartments were lovely. Absolutely loved this hotel. Our apartment was really big..and my son was delighted to have his own room. The staff were helpful. The room was serviced every day. The aircon worked well...and it was in a fantastic location. Really clise to the station eith some great bars/restaurants nearby.

Very pretty hotel, well located in Boccadasse, a stone's throw from the beach and restaurants. The hotel has guarded parking (10 euros per night). The rooms are a little small but well equipped and very clean, however the sound insulation is zero and when you have roommates who don't respect anything it's complicated. Small but functional and decent hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the receptionist who gave us so much useful information. Beautiful area just a little outside Genoa, a stone's throw from the beautiful village of Boccadasse. Genoa center can also be reached in about 15 minutes by bus from just outside the hotel.

First day the staff was very nice. Our room was noisy so we ask to be transferred. They were nice to move our staff only the room was smaller but it was quiet.

Clean hotel. Silent, despite being in the alleyways. Friendly and kind staff. We stayed here with our dog (a Weimar bracco). Other hotels refused us because the dog was too big. They don't. Perfect in hospitality.

Little paradise... Hidden at the end of a road that isn't the prettiest, Villetta Bisio is a little paradise that has to be earned. Very pleasant garden (hundred-year-old olive tree, pergola, etc.) and very well maintained in the middle of which sits a beautiful swimming pool. Room with balcony and very nice bathroom. Quality bedding. Warm and smiling welcome. Ideal to spend 2 to 3 nights.

Lovely overnight stay in an area just outside city centre by a few kilometres. Still easy to get to and had a local feel with many workers and families coming together under the arcades. Nice to have breakfast included in price. Would recommend the bed to any traveller!

The old man at the check-in kept us waiting for 20 minutes whilst he was putting our details in the computer (that he could easily do without us). The breakfast was alright, a lot of sweet options but from sour only cheese and salami.

Really cool hotel with a very nice and friendly service. Mattheo is a good service men and you have here a execellent price-performance ratio. Its my second time this summer and the location is still the best to have a good short vacation trip.

Wonderfully comfortable stay. Walking distance to cafes, supermarket, and Genova Brignole station. Very central, highly recommend for convenience as a tourist.

The B&B is also in a strategic position both for moving with trains and buses from the Genova Brignole station and for reaching Boccadasse on foot with an hour's walk. the B&B is super clean, recently remodeled in a very good location and really quiet at the same time. Beds are very comfortable. Good breakfast with excellent coffee, including fruit if you want. Very good central location. Small family run hotel and staff are welcoming and friendly. Clean inside and comfortable rooms. Rooms have an Italian rustic feel. Wifi works fine. This is not a big American style hotel, it is a family run friendly hotel. We loved it.

In the city so parking is difficult. The hotel starts on the 3rd floor so either go up many stairs or wait for an elevator that only fits 2 people. Room was small and loud.

Great hotel with the great and clean rooms. Breakfast is good for Italian standards. Some rooms have a nice look on the city and sea. A little bit far from the center of Genoa.

Terrible place. Airco was broken. Was not told at checking in. Never offered compensation. From 6 in the morning cars line up to go to the ferry/cruise ships for hours with their engines on.

It's real small castel! And you can feel it everywhere.. Yeah, it's not fancy.. And really needs some repair.. Amazing location - directly on the beach, so even worth closed windows you can hear the sea. Nice to have breakfast on the small terrace on the ground floor. I was there for 3 days and 2 nights. The breakfast is awesome. There were a lot of selection for breakfast. Must try the cakes! The cakes weren't too sweet, just a nice. Dinner there is also good. Would totally recommend to have dinner there instead of restaurant outside. The room is also nice and clean. It has a nice wall colour and ambiance. Would definitely stay there again :))

I just loved this place. Grand old style but run down in keeping with the area. Very clean Rooms that were large with very high ceilings. Bathroom a little small but adequate. I give 5 stars because of the staff , what a great team, they will try and help in any way possible with assistance , advice, directions recommendations. If I return i will definitely book direct with the hotel for car parking etc. For me the location was excellent as i was travelling off by train and it literally is a stones throw from Piazza Principe Station which with heavy rucksacks was ideal....

Front desk spoke English and they were very hospitable. We asked them if they had any cheaper rooms than what we could find on their website and he showed us something for $95. Location is great if you are taking a cruise and leave from the port nearby.
