This is good B&B in the centre of the town. Very good location. Magnificent breakfast!

Great location, clean and comfortable and a kind and considerate host. It felt safe and secure and we were kindly allowed to check in early. We had access to a second room which had a microwave and fridge which we appreciated.

If you really want to stay somewhere that is right in the middle of the Old Town, authentic and has the best host - stay here. We really had the best accommodation experience. Our host - Francesca - was in touch with us from before we arrived to ensure we got there without any issues. She assisted us with directions - the best transportation - giving us all the options When we arrived she was there...

The room was bigger than anticipated, very spacious and luminous, in central Genoa, easily accessible. Francesca was lovely and really helpful.

The owner has a very large apartment in an old block into which she has recently refurbished 3 en-suite rooms to an extremely high standard with a very good eye for interior design. She keeps everything absolutely spotless. The rooms are well appointed with everything you may need. She is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. the location is in walking distance of pretty much the whole old town...

The best location in the old port of Genova that we could have wished for. Close to St. Giorgio Metro, historical palazzi and piazzi, restaurants, cafés and shops. Our host was very accommodating with our arrival and departure time and readily available with advice and local knowledge even though there is no "reception" here.

Great location! Quiet and spacious rooms and very helpful and accommodating staff. Right by Genova harbor and a ton of good eats. Close to Ferris Wheel, Eataly - Fine grocery items and restaurants. Everything is short walking distance; famous cathedrals, museums and shops. You can also get fine pesto, bread, gelato, and fresh pasta and have dinner with live music while watching many colorful sunsets...

It's a nice B&B, modern, minimalist and sleek. Could be a bit more personalised, but it's an excellent spot to visit Genoa.

We will definitely be back, great location, only downside is the paid parking which is often unavailable!

Beautiful place, very kind owners, we stayed 2 days in this property and we had a very good time, clean and convenient to reach the center, during this period breakfast was not served due to renovations, but nearby there is an excellent ice cream bar for a stratospheric breakfast.

It was lovely to be greeted by the owner of this property, who was welcoming and extremely kind in advising us on transportation, places of interest, and good places to eat. The property offers clean and well-equipped rooms and more. We highly recommend it.

The owner was very kind and provided us with information about Genoa and some recommended itineraries. The property is welcoming but fairly unassuming, located about a 30-minute walk from the port, reached after a rather steep climb. The room was clean and quiet, and was cleaned every morning. Great location, easy to get to the aquarium

I was unsure walking up to the building about how "hotel-like" it would be but the building is so charming and the hotel staff was very responsive via WhatsApp. We enjoyed that there was a contintental breakfast every morning and felt like we were in a hotel but then had some of the experience of being a local when you walked out the door.

Very Good Very good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and clean rooms. The shower was slow to drain and the bed was more firm than we prefer but would stay here again. Overall a very good stay..

Beautiful apartment, clean with comfortable beds. Small but usable kitchen. Large and modern bathroom with huge shower. Only issue was a slow drain in shower that caused a little flooding. Very helpful and polite front desk person. Would definitely say there again.

The accomodation was really nice! We stayed 5 days and the accomodation is really clean. At the end of the day we spent the evening on her roof - the view is amazing! I forgot something important in the accomodation and Laxmi sent it me back! She is really really friendly and a lovely person.

Lovely place with living-in owner. Breakfast was good - yogurts, cereal, tea. No parking near flat but you can park quite near the place for free on streets.

Nice place to stay. Awesome view from the roof. For the air conditioner was forced to pay extra 10 €, nothing was written about it ... the breakfast was very simple, one pancake with tea to each ... but with all of this pretty good ... and still I consider the price too high for such a service. Choose this place solely because of the view. There is no kitchen to cook something.

simple but very lovely B&B. we loved the welcoming, english speaking staff who made every effort to make our stay comfortable. the indian style rooms are tastefully decorated and comfy. will definitely come back again.
