We met Romano who was absolutely lovely and although our Italian isn't good and his English was poor we managed to get through the choices on the dinner menu and he showed us our room. The entrance is warm from the afternoon sun and smells fresh and clean. Our room is lovely, very clean and has everything we need. The bells on the goats and cows in the nearby paddocks ringing various chimes in the background and the hotel is well presented with lovely gardens, ornaments and stone work. Shower is very good, towels are fluffy and our meals were excellent. You too will love this hidden gem out of town. Highly highly recommend.

We stayed for one night and we had dinner too.
Room was very clean, everything was working well and shower has a fantastic flow of water.
Dinner was very very good: small choice but great quality, price is fair.
It is handled by a family: all of them very kind.
Location is perfect: quite but close to Livigno.
We recommend this place to persons who want to stay in a very nice place and pay the right price !

Wow! The location is simply amazing! Looking over the mountains with nothing to restrict the beautiful view! The staff is going all the extra miles to make you feel good and welcome. The food is extraordinary both in breakfast and dinner. Simply perfect! Bravo!

It's I nice apartment, and a lovely owner. Trying to make the best experience for the guests. There's just one minus the owner doesn't speak English.

Very nice new guest house! Stayed here on a mountain biking holiday - secure bike storage and a hose available. Friendly staff, good cheap food. Highly recommended!

A lovely and peaceful place a bit off the main roads with gorgeous views on the mountains. Comfortable, pretty and cosy room with a superb modern bathroom. It seemed like it's established rather recently. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed that night, so we can't judge on that. But the breakfast was fine and we left the place with marking it as a place to stay again if we need a night in the area.

Summary in one simple wordt: Excellent. It is a bit of the main road but it is really worth the extra bit by the meter. The room was well decorated and equipped. As well as the very well and nice bedroom. After our rest we enjoyed the nice breakfast.
