Perfect place for location in Venice, central to a lot of things!
We had a very enjoyable stay overall - our view was divine and made our stay what it was. The review of our stay might have been different had it not had such a gorgeous view because the rest was good but not super special. We purchased a double deluxe suite with a canal view and I have to say we were disappointed with the size of the room as it was very small for two people but we also had a baby so the cot took up the only space that was left. We therefore spent little time there as it felt a bit cramped.
The bathroom was nice, very powerful shower and good temperature. I was expecting a bath as is shown on the website and would have been helpful with a baby but not a big deal.
We felt the service from the breakfast staff was wonderful, they were so welcoming and accommodating. The front desk staff were helpful but not much interaction when coming and going and it would have elevated our stay.
Breakfast was delicious and had everything you could want.
Overall, a good stay.

Fabulous hotel in a great location - very near Piazza San Marco but also on the edge of the Sestiere with Castello which had lots of fab restaurants. The staff at the All’Angelo Art Hotel were really friendly, helpful, efficient and conscientious. I will definitely return there should I be lucky enough to go to Venice again.

Once you get delivered to the door in your water taxi then you know you have arrived to a wonderful place. We were checked in an on our way. The room my wife and I got has 2 twin beds (king) the shower is wonderful. I do recommend coming here.

!!! NOT SAFETY !!!
During the evening shift, the gray-haired middle-aged man at the reception disturbed me by calling my room phone late in my stay and saying that he found me very beautiful and wanted to do something in the evening. Since I did not feel safe at your hotel, which I preferred for a safe and comfortable stay, I left 1 night early and had to settle in a new hotel. I came to Venice for business and this disrupted my work. Also, I did not get a refund for the last night. Under these conditions, I do not recommend the hotel. I hope you will do your best to prevent another customer from experiencing this.

An absolute gem of a hotel in beautiful Venice, the staff are exceptional and the rooms very comfortable. A good breakfast is on offer as well. I heartily recommend this hotel

The location is excellent. Our suit was perfect for us. Our party had other nice rooms also. The view was lovely. The breakfast was great with the appropriate level of offering and service.
We would stay here again, and that is a big compliment.

We arrived and departed by water taxi. The staff was attentive. One of our traveling party was disabled and the hotel staff were helpful. The rooms were updated but had old European form factor. The bar was excellent and had a great view of the canal. The breakfast was the best that we had in Italy. The Hotel is located near shops and restaurants and is an easy walk to San Marco Square.

I understand that you cannot expect American/Mexican hotel standards in Europe, but the All’Angelo falls flat even by European standards.
To start with, the rooms were the smallest we encountered in our tour of Italy. There was no room to even lay a suitcase down. The bathroom was fine.
The worst part of our experience was the lack of temperature control in the rooms. Over the last few days, Venice had beautiful sunny days, and when we returned to our room, it was miserably hot. The hotel services page says that you can call the front desk for individual temperature control, but I was told by the attendant that “Air conditioning is not open this time of year”. Since my wife and I were sweating, we were forced to open the windows, which allowed countless mosquitoes into the room. The hotel does not have mosquito nets. After two mostly sleepless nights, all we really had to remember the All’Angelo by was numerous mosquito bites.
To add to the issue of the heat making it hard to sleep, the walls are paper thin. There was a restaurant directly below our window which kept the volume of patrons high until past midnight. We could also hear our next door neighbor snoring throughout the night.
The breakfast area only had 10 tables, so it is cramped and chaotic in there as well. The food was good.
The hotel did offer a free trip to Murano island once we checked in, which was a cool option. The front desk was always kind and cordial when we returned to the hotel.
The hotel is located well for most of the tourist attractions. All could be accessed within a few minutes of walking.
Venice is a wonderful city to visit, but at the prices this hotel commands, I would spend your hard earned money somewhere else. We would never return to this hotel for our next trip to Venice.

Beautiful hotel, the room was clean and nice. The service desk person was so really nice and welcoming. Offered to store our luggage if needed. The breakfast area was so small and crowded. There wasn't much of a variety of food. It was such a small area, and very hard to navigate when there were others eating as well. Overall a good stay but I would not do the breakfast.

Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Very central location. There's even an umbrella for use in the wardrobe which I thought was a lovely touch. Fabulous cocktails and a lovely breakfast. Would 100% recommend.
