Park Hotel Cilento

Finally peace... After a year of work we arrived in this little corner of paradise... very beautiful and well-kept structure set among the olive trees, clean, tidy and comfortable. Very polite and available staff for any need. We chose full board, the cuisine was impeccable, everything was fresh and delicious. It has a wonderful swimming pool, small but well-kept... so you can choose to go to the sea or stay in the structure in the cool of the olive trees. We don't really talk about the sea... Marina di Camerota is famous for its splendid coast and crystal clear water... in summary... excellent structure, welcoming and super polite and helpful staff and lounge... the price, in my opinion, is fair, commensurate with the structure and the location. 5 stars we will consider it again even for a long weekend.

I stayed in this fantastic location completely immersed in greenery, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and typical Cilento vegetation for a full two weeks. A true oasis of peace and a breath of fresh air for those who, like me, come from chaotic cities. The strategic position of this hotel allows you to reach on foot, via a comfortable 700 meter route, the heart of the historic center of Marina di Camerota. Also a few meters from the structure and reachable on foot, there is the Calanca beach, suitable for those with small children as the beach is quite sandy. For those who love coves and a crystal clear sea given by the "rocky" landscape I recommend Cala d'Arconte, the Porticello lido, a well-kept beach where the legendary Peter will welcome you in the best way, only as he knows how! This beach is a three-minute drive from the property.
Inside, the Park Hotel Cilento boasts a beautiful, well-kept swimming pool and a comfortable and airy solarium for carving out a few hours of relaxation in the hydromassage tub at sunset. Furthermore, I highly recommend stopping to eat in the evening on the terrace at their historic restaurant "il Frantoio" to taste the typical dishes of Cilento cuisine prepared excellently. Here you can taste a characteristic menu of the area, stuffed anchovies, stuffed aubergines, lagane and chickpeas, maracucciata and also fish specialties typical of the Campania tradition with the catch of the day. Breakfast is also very rich and varied: Simona's jam tarts and plum cakes are delicious, for those who love sweets, however, for those who love savory breakfasts, I recommend Luigi's focaccias, tomatoes/oregano and olives /rosemary.
The rooms have a terrace overlooking the garden which guarantees truly fresh air in the evening, inside they are all equipped with air conditioning and well equipped to ensure extreme comfort during your stays. The welcome is truly exceptional and here you can see the difference in family management compared to other hotels in the area. Right from the start you will feel like you have known the owners, Simona and Luigi, for a long time, always ready to provide you with suggestions on the area. Important for those who want to return home with Cilento souvenirs is the presence of the "La Bottega di nonna Concetta" sales point where you can purchase their delicious Cilento oil and other typical products of the area.
What can I say, the structure presents itself as an excellent point of reference for lovers of the beautiful sea, good food and trekking routes.

Rooms of the right size, with all the necessities and a nice outdoor space.
Restaurant a few steps from the rooms, excellent breakfast!
There is also a beautiful swimming pool... and 2km from the seafront, which can be reached by car or even on foot!
If you are looking to stay near the sea and in a nice, quiet, peaceful and welcoming place, this location is for you!

We stayed last week, with a group of 50 CAI members from Brunico, the new structure is very welcoming with gardens, lawns and centuries-old olive trees
between the various annexes. The management is family-run, friendly, very available for every request and very welcoming, no less so were the collaborators.
The breakfast buffet is more than abundant and varied from savory to sweet.
Dinner, first and second course almost always based on fish, white and red pizza, bread made by the owners always fresh, white and red wine...
What can I say... our group was satisfied with everything the management offered...
Location also recommended for families with children, playground and swimming pool for children and adults.

The Park Hôtel staff were very courteous. The room was very clean but the wifi and air conditioning were inconsistent. It is a bit of a walk downtown but has a good restaurant onsite.

We stayed in room 107 from September 30th to October 1st, a very quiet hotel, a peace for the senses. Friendly staff. Equipped with a restaurant with excellent and abundant portions. Highly recommended

Nice hotel in Marina di Camerota, quite close to the centre. Good potential but not exploited to the full, especially with regards to the care of some areas of the outdoor spaces or the cleaning of the swimming pool. Rooms not too big but comfortable enough. The cleaning of the latter is good. Half board is highly recommended for the good quality/price ratio! The dishes offered were really excellent and the waiter Giovanni was very friendly and kind. Our 4-legged friends are also welcome!
