The hotel is located in a great location close to transportation like train and metro stations, and a 20 min walk to the busy food street in the Centro Storico. The rooms were modern and recently renovated and the air condition was great as it was very hot when we staying last week. The hotel staff could not have been any more helpful and the breakfast was pretty decent. The street where the hotel was located is a bit scruffy but never felt unsafe .

We found everything very good and enjoyed the big kingside bed they offer. The breakfast was second to none which I enjoyed very much as a platinum member. The location is right where we needed it. Not too close but close enough to the Naples Central Train Station.

It is a minimalist hotel, but the rooms are clean and luxurious. The location is near the train station, making it convenient to travel anywhere. You can walk or take the train. The breakfast here is quite varied.

It's very close to the hotel from Naples, but the environment along the way is really not good. I can't imagine that this is Italy. Southern Italy is really hard to describe. The receptionist was very enthusiastic and introduced the local attractions. The room was average. The road outside and the exterior wall of the hotel were under renovation. The noise was from early in the morning to the afternoon. The main problem was that the sewer in the bathroom was very smelly.

I mean the rooms are ‘clean’ but there was a terrible odor coming from the bathroom drain and they wouldn’t help us out. We asked multiple times to change rooms. Also, no hot water in the shower and they kept saying it would be fixed. The pricing is decent so I guess you get what you pay for but there’s no way I would stay again. The entire surrounding area nearby the central station is kind of run down. If you have a family, I would recommend finding somewhere nicer to stay maybe to the further west. The only nice part about the hotel is it is in walking distance from the train station so hauling your bags there isn’t a problem.

Overall, I liked it. The location is of course specific next to the train station. Active street trading of people from Africa and Asia. But everything is fine in the hotel itself. Clean and comfortable. I recommend it if you arrive by train.
But the surroundings spoil the impression of Naples.

We liked the hotel.
It is located on a very busy street.
If you open the window, it is noisy. We did not open it.
But there are cafes and shops nearby. Breakfast is 10 euros, not 8 euros, as stated in the description on the trip.com website. The breakfast was good.
A little bit of everything: sausages, sliced sausage, cheese, fruit, croissants, eggs, tea, coffee, nuts, Nutella, yogurt, sun-dried tomatoes, etc. There is a small refrigerator in the room, a minibar is included in the price, which was very pleasing!
Friendly staff.
The only thing I didn't like was the hum of the ventilation. Maybe it was only in our room?

Great location with train and airport minutes away. Less fortunate hang around the area. Showers were not functioning properly with intermittent hot water. Single small elevator is a challenge and no stairwell lights. Probably historic building making it a challenge to renovate, but lighting and water should be fixed.
