We chose this hotel for a weekend stay in Naples and don’t regret it at all. Our room was spacious and clean, as were the common areas like the lounge. Despite being close to the central station, our room was very quiet. The location is convenient for getting around, especially if you're planning to visit sites outside Naples by train. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast. If we return to Naples, we would definitely stay here again.

After a long day of travel this nice hotel is right next to the train station. The staff was great, rooms were large, and they got us a taxi for 21 euros to the airport in the morning. Will definitely stay here again when connecting through Naples.

Booked as a last-minute getaway with my partner, this hotel turned out to be a delightful surprise. Located conveniently next to the main Naples Train Station. Front desk staff is very nice. Rooms were clean. Positives end there. Two nights - 3 different rooms. A/C non-existent. Engineer actually told me the A/C in my room worked, while I stood there with sweat running down my face after it had been running for 3 hours. Same night: Euro Soccer Final on a 9pm. Probably 20+ hotel guests go to bar at 8:45 expecting the TV on and the bar to be ready for such a popular European event. We all arrive to TV off and bar closed. They had to go find someone to open up. I can't understand what appeared to be the most unqualified bartender and waitstaff we experienced in our 10 day trip in Italy. Not sure if it was laziness or lack of intelligence, but it was frustrating. The hotel manager needs to increase their standards of who they hire for service roles. The liquor selection was NONEXISTENT. As a fellow guest said to me, "I wouldn't marinate my steak in their bourbon". Service was piss poor. The area outside the hotel is dangerous. I expect so much more for a 4 star hotel. This was a 2 star hotel at best. Next time, I will take a taxi to a safer area and a real 4 star hotel.

Hotel location was perfect for us given that it was the meeting point for multiple day trips we had planned. It was also right across the street from the train station. Having said that, the staff was a bit direct and not overly friendly. Quite the difference from this hotel and others we stayed at during our Italy trip. They almost seemed a bit bothered. Rooms were ok overall. I might consider staying again but would likely look around for others in the area.

Strategically located at the train station. If you can avoid this area, do it! It is extremely dirty, and the surroundings are the opposite of great.

The breakfast offer was under mediocre, and the staff was even worse. Rude and not caring at all.

We had a great stay. The superior room was very comfortable, the bathroom is huge, plenty of space to manage suitcases and there’s also a kettle which is nice to have. The breakfast is amazing and there’s so much to choose from. Great location just a few steps away from the station. Vittorio from front desk was super helpful in getting us a transfer to Sorrento!

Great location and the hotel and rooms are very good. Only a minus, at the check-in, while I was already paying in cash I was asked for a card authorization of the total amount that would be refunded....10 days after! This is non sense, if I pay full in cash why would the hotel charge also my card and keep the amount for 10 days? This process has to stop.

Receptionist on arrival rather curt. I checked in early 12.30 and knew there was a possibility the room would not be ready but was astounded to hear that I could check in to another room that was ready if I paid 20 euros for early check in! I waited for a room and got one about 1.30 but having contacted the hotel prior to booking and asking if there were kettles in the rooms and given a positive answer I found my Superior room did not have a kettle. I returned to reception to complain but was told there were kettles only in Executive rooms. After considerable discussion with the receptionist (a different one and actually quite helpful) I decided to up grade to Executive but would not pay the 40 euro per night (4 night stay) and offered 20 euros which was accepted.
I have stayed in Starhotels Bologna twice and could not fault it which is why I choose the Terminus for my stay in Naples but I was disappointed.
